Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Brot, welches in Kleie und     Getreidekeimen     enthaltene     Nährstoffe    enthält.    Beim Vermahlen von Getreide zu Mehl  fallen immer beträchtliche     Mengen        sogenann-          t:er    Kleie und Keime ab, welche wegen der  in ihnen enthaltenen Nährstoffe als Viehfut  ter verwendet werden können.  



  Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung von Brot unter Ver  wendung von     in    Kleie und Keimen enthal  tenen Nährstoffen, welches dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist, dass man ein Gemisch von aus  Kleie extrahierten und in Getreidekeimen  enthaltenen Nährstoffen herstellt und dieses  Gemisch mit Mehl zu     Brot;    verarbeitet.  



       Beispiel:     1/2 kg Kleie und 1/2 kg Getreidekeime  werden mit 5 Liter kochendem     Wasser    über  gossen und in einem Behälter 4 bis 8 Stun  den stehen gelassen. Die Lösung wird vom  Ungelösten getrennt. Die so gewonnene Flüs  sigkeit     wird    mit 9 kg Mehl zu Brotteig ver  arbeitet und letzterer gebacken.    Man kann auch nur Kleie mit einer     Flüs-          sigkeit    behandeln, diese von den     Kleierüch-          ständen    trennen und mit Getreidekeimen     und     Mehl zu Brot verarbeiten.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung von Brot, wel ches in Kleie und Getreidekeimen enthaltene Nährstoffe enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass man ein Gemisch von aus Kleie extra hierten und in Getreidekeimen enthaltenen Nährstoffen herstellt und dieses Gemisch finit Mehl zu Brot verarbeitet. a UNTERANSPRUCH: Verfahren gemäss' Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Gemisch von Nährstoffen herstellt, indem man Kleie und Getreidekeime mit einer Flüssigkeit be handelt und diese von den Kleie- und Keimerückständen trennt.
