In der Zeichnung sind mehrere Ausfüb- rungsbeispiele der Heizeinrichtung gemäss der Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 einen Küchenofen im Längsschnitt nach Li nie I-I der Fig. 2 und die Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach Linie II-II der Fig. 1: Fig. 3 ist ein Vertikalschnitt durch einen Ofen anderer Bauart;

Fig. 10 ist eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 9.
Heating device with heat storage. Heating devices are already known which contain, as a heat accumulator, a metal block which is set through a self-contained network of ducts and in whose ducts a vaporizable liquid is filled once and for all.
The aim of the invention is to create a heating device which, with extensive use of space, allows different temperatures to be available at different points of the heat accumulator at the same time and which makes the stimulus device suitable for meeting the special requirements that occur in some trades.
According to the invention, this is achieved by an Ileizeinrichtung with several superimposed, the metal blocks serve as heat storage, which are penetrated by a closed network of channels containing a vaporizable liquid, the channel networks of the Individual blocks connecting pipes as supports for the stacked metal blocks are formed.
The drawing shows several exemplary embodiments of the heating device according to the invention, namely FIG. 1 shows a kitchen oven in a longitudinal section along line II of FIG. 2 and FIG. 2 shows a cross section along line II -II of Fig. 1: Fig. 3 is a vertical section through a furnace of another type;
Fig. 4 shows a vertical section through a bread oven; Fig. 5 is a similar section through a sugar baker's oven; Fig. 6 shows a detail in section; Fig. 7 is a section through a heat accumulator which can be heated by means of steam; Fig. 8 is a side view of Fig. 7; Fig. 9 is a partial section through the heat accumulator for a kitchen oven;
Fig. 10 is a plan view of Fig. 9
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, X is the heat storage device, which has two metal bodies 1 and 2 arranged one above the other. Each of the two metal blocks is surrounded by a closed sewer network 3 or. 4 interspersed, in whose channels a vaporizable liquid is filled once and for all. At the bottom of the two horizontally arranged blocks, three vertically arranged blocks 5, 6 and 7 are attached, which are also supported by channels 8, 9 and < B> 10 are solid. The channels 8, 9 and 10 are connected to the sewer network of block 2 by pipe sections 11, 12, 13 .
A grate 1.5 is installed between blocks 5 and 6 , which is used for coal firing. The flue gases sweep from the furnace between blocks 5 and 6 to the rear, around block 6 which is shorter than the other two, around and between blocks 6 and 7 to the front again to escape from here through the chimney. The sewer networks 3 and 4 of the two blocks 1 and 2 are connected to one another by man-made pipes 20 .
As shown in detail in FIG. 6, these tubes are provided with a thread 21 at their ends, screwed into the metal blocks 1 and 2 and welded at 22. These tubes 20 serve at the same time as supports for the block 1. The space between the two blocks 1 and 2.
is divided into two chambers 26 and 27 by a partition 25 made of heat-insulating building material, one of which, 27, is completely lined with insulating building material 30 . The surface of blocks 1 Z - and 2 is ground to ensure good heat transfer to the objects to be heated.
The rooms 26 and 27 , which as a result of the lining 30 have different temperatures in the company, are used for roasting or baking while the cooking vessels are on the outer surface of the block 1 can be set up. Instead of coal firing, an electrical resistance heater, as indicated in FIG. 2 at 29 , can also be used to heat the blocks.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the space between the two blocks -1 and 2 is through the isolating intermediate spaces 25 and 35 divided into four chambers 36, 37, 38, 39 , of which chambers 36 and 37 are provided with a lining 40 made of insulating building material. The chambers 36 to 39 are used to insert frying pans 41 or the like, while the cooking vessels 42 are placed on the surface of the block 1 .
Fig. 4 shows an embodiment in which the heat accumulator comprises four metal blocks 50, 51, 52 # 53 . The blocks 51 to 53 are supported by supports 55 ; these supports are Herge made from Mannesmanurohren and also serve to connect the sewer networks of these blocks. As described in the filling example according to FIGS. 1 and 2, vertical blocks 56 are attached to block 50, which are heated by a heat source (not shown) and the ducts of which are connected by pipes to the duct networks of the remaining blocks.
A chamber 59 made of insulating building material 58 is placed on the block 53 . This heat accumulator can be used in particular for bread ovens. In the chamber surrounded by the walls 58 , the temperature in the company is lower than in the rooms between the metal blocks 50 to 53. , Fig. 5 shows a heat storage device similar to that of FIG. 4, which can be used with advantage in particular for confectionery shops.
In this storage unit, the chamber placed on the metal block 53 is enclosed on the sides and above by insulating walls 58 , but also by the heat-emitting surface 60 </ B> of the block-es 53 separated by an insulating intermediate layer 61 , so that only moderate heat prevails in this chamber, as is required for certain confectionery products .
The channels seen in the individual metal blocks can also be arranged at different distances from one another. For example, in FIG. 4 the 'channels of blocks 51 and 53 are closer to one another than the channels of blocks 50 and '52.
As a result, blocks 51 and 53 will reach a higher temperature in the company than blocks 50 and 52. Also It is possible to arrange the ducts closer to one another in one and the same block at points which should have a higher temperature during operation, and those points which should only have a lower temperature, for example those which are only used to keep the food warm .. to be provided with channels that are further apart.
By appropriate selection of the distance between the channels and by lining the spaces between the blocks with insulating building materials, it is possible to have a wide variety of temperatures available at the same time in an Ileizein- device, as shown in FIG. 7 a heat accumulator, which consists of the two horizontally arranged metal blocks 62,
63 and a vertically arranged Meiallblock 64 '. The block 64 and the Mannesmann tubes 65 form supports for the block 62. The outer vertical surface 66 of the block 64 is ground. 67 is a metal body through which a steam line 68 passes. 70 is the steam line through 71 </ B> the steam is discharged.
The supply line 70 can be connected to any existing Pampf central heating system. Should the block 64 and with it the blocks 62 and 63 </ B> are heated, then the metal body 67 , which can optionally also be mobile on wheels, is pushed onto the ground surface of the block 64 so that a good heat-conducting contact is present.
The usability of this metal body 67 is twofold: If, with the metal body 67 placed on the block 64, steam is passed through from the outside through the line 68 The metal body 67 is initially heated, but transfers its heat through the surface 66 to the block 6-1 and from this through the sewer network of this block and The sewer network of blocks 62 and 63 connected to it also transfers the heat to these latter metal blocks.
In this use, the heating device is heated by the steam introduced into the line 68 in the event that, for whatever reason, the furnace is not to be used for heating.
Conversely, however, when the furnace is in operation - the heating device and with the metal body placed against the block 64 - water can be introduced into the line 68; There is then a heat transfer from the block 64 to the metal body 67 , the water in the line 68 is converted into steam and the steam can be used for any purpose , for example for the operation of a steam heating system.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, 80 is one of the metal blocks of the heat accumulator for a kitchen oven. As in the exemplary embodiments described above, this block is penetrated by a sewer network 81 and connected to other metal blocks by the Mannesmann pipes 82. A frame 83 made of metal (cast iron, copper or the like) is arranged around the block 80 , which is connected to the block 80 </ B > stands.
When the oven is in operation, this frame 83 will heat up to a moderate temperature and can be used to set up food to be kept warm. The width of the frame can be of different sizes depending on the local requirements on the different sides of the block.
The metal blocks described above, serving as heat accumulators, are of course built into an insulating body that prevents undesired heat radiation to the outside. It is also possible to obtain a larger area for setting up objects to be heated, to build several Meiallblocks of the type described next to each other in an insulating body.
