Erde, Kontakte 7r, 5i, Scli-altarm 6s des Schrittsc'haltwerkes, Relais i, Batterie, Erde.
Das Relais P betätigt seine Kontakte und führt dadurch folo-ende Selialtvornäno--e herbei: Durch Off- e ;# in Den des Kontaktes 73p wird die Relaiskette H, IN,Q, 0 in den Anfangszustand gebraelit, ebenso wie die RelaisHl, H2-, H3, H4, LLI5 durch Öffnen des Kontaktes109p; durch Öffnen des Kontaktes118p kommt auch die Kette der RelaisA,B,D3, E in die Ruhe lage;
Remote oil plant with company lines. The invention relates to a telecommunication system with company lines.
Its purpose is to be able to connect a large number of connection points to the company management without having to divide the exclusion points into groups.
This enables the use of simple dialers and, in particular, small current impulse transmitters (10-part number discs), which in the latter case avoids particular difficulties when connecting a company line to an exchange equipped with automatic decadic connection lines, since the Connection points their surge transmitters in case of traffic in any direction, i.e. when calling subscriber stations and the
as well as another company management or switching center connected to the company management.
This is achieved in that the converters assigned to the company management are set by the number bursts sent out by a calling connection point to select a connection point of the own line in decadic grouping and number current bursts in uninterrupted succession in order to reach the desired connection point .
An exemplary embodiment of a system according to the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 of the drawing in a scheme. FIG. 1 shows the company line VL with the subscriber stations T and TI, while FIG. 2 shows an exchange assigned to the company line. In the following, a connection of a subscriber T of a company management with a participant TI of the same company management is initially described.
In the present example, written switching mechanisms are provided at each subscriber station, which can be influenced by a device located in an exchange that is accessible to the company management.
The stepping mechanisms at the individual points work in such a way that when they leave their rest position, they actuate certain contacts and also. In a certain position, in which the relevant subscriber position can be called, influence further contacts. At the Tbilnelimerstelle T, for example, these contacts act as follows: the switching arm 20s comes into contact with the contact seament immediately in the first step; the Schaltarin 6s leaves for example at the penultimate step, z.
B. in the present case at 31 step, the contact segment, while the switching arm 9s opens its contact immediately when leaving the rest position; the other switching axles 10s, lls and 17s only cause contact closures when the step switchgear is in the position in which the relevant intercom can be reached.
The facility in the switching center accessible to the company management serves to receive the current surges sent by the calling subscriber, as well as to store and convert them; In addition, it causes the current impulses to be sent back to the company line for the purpose of connecting the desired subscriber by operating the step-by-step switching devices assigned to the individual stations.
For storage and conversion, for example, two stepping mechanisms are used, of which the memory Spl, which is set first, is of the type of a first preselector with five contact banks and consequently also with five switching arms (a, b, c, d-. e) , while the memory Sp2 in the manner of a control switch also consists of five contact banks with 10 contacts each consists,
whereby the corresponding contacts can be bridged by the holding arms when adjusting the memory. The mode of operation of the two memories is such that the five switching arms a, b, e, d, e of the memory Spl be set to the step Schr corresponding to the number of current surges in order to remain there until the reset, when the connection is terminated,
and that by a subsequent second series of current impulses the Schaltarnie of the memory Sp2 are adjusted to the contacts corresponding to the number of current impulses in the contact banks Kb and bridge these contacts. A certain way is determined by the setting of the two spouts. When the memory is accessed, a test device addresses this specific path when it is reached.
The wiring of the memory can be seen in a simple manner from the exemplary embodiment given. The memory is tapped by a relay, whereby alternating current impulses are simultaneously sent to the company line to connect the desired subscriber.
If the subscriber T wears off his receiver, the contacts of his switchover switch are thereby actuated, that is to say who the contacts 13hit and 15hit are opened and the contacts 14hu and 167at are closed. By closing the 161bit contact, the relay U-2 is excited in the circuit:
Earth, contact 16hu, relay U2 switch unit 9s of the stepping mechanism, contact 5i, switching arm 6s of the stepping mechanism, relay J, battery, earth. The relay J does not respond in this circuit due to the lower current due to the provision of relay U2.
By energizing the relay T72, the contacts 1u2, 2u2, 8u2 and 12u2 are closed, so that the wires a and b of the connecting line VL are bridged via the subscriber station T.
As a result, the relay _A which is accessible to the company management is energized via: earth, battery, winding I of relay A, contacts 14le, 2-lwl, 135x, a- Wire of connection line VL, contact 1u2, subscriber T, contact 2u2, b-wire of connection line VL, contacts 133x, 23w1 .. Wichung H of relay A, earth .
The relay A actuates its contacts so that the delayed relay Y is excited via: earth, contacts'29w, 30a, relay V, battery, earth. By energizing the relay V, the relay Z is over: earth, contact 31v, relay Z, battery, earth and the relay U over. Earth, battery, rotary magnet DI of accumulator Spl, switch arm sl of accumulator Spl, relay U, contact 91v, earth energized.
In addition, the relays 8 and R are energized via: earth, contact 80v, switching arm 132s9, the memory Sp2, winding, en 1 of relays R and 8, Battery, earth.
After the relay U has been energized, the contact 56u is closed and the winding II 'of the relay TVI is energized via: earth, battery, relay Wl, contacts 56m, 57ul, 58pl, 59v, earth. The relay TVI opens its contacts 21w1 and 231vl and closes its contacts 22w1 and 24w1.
By # opening the above-mentioned] contacts, the relay A is switched off by the loop running through the subscriber station, so that it drops out. As a result, the relay H is now energized. Earth, battery, relay H, contacts 70q, 79v, 78a, 76, tv, earth. By excitation of the relay 11 an excitation circuit for the relay M is closed via: earth, battery, winding II of the relay .II, contacts 62q, 63h, 65v, earth.
By closing its contacts 26nz and 28m, the relay M applies an alternating current to the wires a and b of the connecting line VL, which feeds the alternating current relays B, RI, provided at the individual call stations. . . influenced. When the relay B is energized, the relay J in the intercom T and also responds. in a corresponding manner in the other microphone units, the facilities of which are not shown here, since they are the. Facilities of the subscriber station T correspond to come about. The excitation circuit for the relay J runs in the speaking point T.
Earth, contacts 7r, 5i, switch 6s of the stepping machine, relay i, battery, earth. The relay J is initially independent of the contact 7r, via earth, contact 4d of the rotary magnet D of the stepping mechanism, contact 3i, relay J, battery, earth.
By energizing the relay J , the rotary magnet of the stepping mechanism D is influenced via the contact 19i, so that the writing mechanism is moved one step forward and consequently on its switching arm 9s clears the contact. The relay T.T2 remains energized in the calling station despite the opening of the contact on Schaltarra 9s, since the contact closed by the same in the rest position is bridged when the relay U2 on contact 8u2 responds.
Since the relay corresponding to the relay U2 is not energized at the other intercom stations, except for the calling one, there is no possibility for any other subscribers of the company management to use their hook switch contacts to pick up their corresponding U2 relay to respond and thus connect to the common line.
Let us now look further at those. Switching processes in the exchange, we see that after the relay N has responded and the associated emission of the alternating current surge, the relay Q is excited via: earth, battery, relay Q , Contacts 68m, 65v, earth. The relay Q is placed in a holding circle over: earth, battery, relay Q, contacts 69q, 79v, 78a, 76w, earth. By opening the contact 62q the relay M is de-energized, since the contact 71m is opened and therefore the relay H is also de-energized by opening the contact 70q .
It should also be mentioned here that when relay M responded, relay Ul was also excited via earth, battery, winding II of relay Ul, switching arm 51s2 of memory Sp2, contacts 54m, 5.3v, earth .
The relay UI is located with its winding, II in a C holding circuit, which after de-energization of the relay 31 is via the contact 54nz, via the Contact 529ul runs.
By energizing the relay Ul, the excitation circuit of the winding II of the relay WI is separated on contact 570, so that the subscriber loop is now separated from the normal current source and is in turn switched through to the relay in the exchange, which as the responds and by opening the Kontak Tes, 78a also de-energizes the relay Q.
As we have seen with the outside of the AC surge, the relays H, 31 and Q work in an excitation chain. These relays are used to correct current surges, since the relay A does not work regularly enough for the required regulated sequence of current surges and pauses due to the long connecting lines.
This ID in irregular mode of operation is corrected by the n IMais 31, Q and H 1-, and thus creates a uniform current surge ratio. After the relay Ul is energized, the relay D3 responds via: earth, battery, differentially connected and parallel windings I and II of the relay D3, contacts 129it, 130u1, 131v, earth.
As a result of its differential action, the relay D3 comes after Err-eiun "", the relay UI is delayed to respond, the delay time is such that it is only responded once the correction chain of relays M, Q and H has occurred in order to avoid premature influencing of the memory, the connection of which is dependent on relay D3 at contact 86d3 .
After the step-by-step switchgear at the individual speaker stations, the relays A, V, Z, B, 8, are in the switching center U, Ul and D3 excited.
If the calling subscriber now sends out bursts of numbers in order to connect the desired subscriber, that is, if he intermittently breaks the subscriber loop that runs on wires a and b of the connecting line, the relay <will be in accordance with the interruptions in the loop B> A n in the exchange intermittently aberreo., T and erreat again. The surge correldur- t 'relay M,
Q and II now work according to the number selected by the subscriber, under the influence of the surge receiving relay A. The correction chain of relays iII, Q and H is activated via the.
Contact 78a is influenced in a way as already described in the description of the first alternating current impulse for progressing the stepping mechanisms from the idle position, namely by relay H through contact 78a and relay II (contact 63h) the relay M and the relay Q is influenced by the relay M (contact 68m),
which the latter now brings the entire correctness to drop again by opening the contacts 62q and 70q, so that a new influence can occur through the pulse contact 78a.
So we see that each relay of the correction chain is influenced according to the current surges of the power surge receiving relay A , so that the memory Spl, whose rotary control DI is influenced by the contact 87q via a circuit mentioned below , according to the series of impulses sent by the participant.
If they consist of four current surges, the emitted current impulses influence the rotating man, DI of the memory Spl four times, via: earth, battery, rotating man, net DI of the memory Spl, contacts 93u, 85u1, 86d, 87q, 88v, earth. The memory Spl, which, as already mentioned, corresponds to an already known preselector, is accordingly, as shown in the figure, by indicating the five switching arms a, b, e, </ B > d, e shown at step 4, set to the fourth step.
After the first series of current impulses has elapsed, relay U drops out, which during the series of current impulses via: earth, battery, resistance Wil, contacts 89q, 90u, relay U, contact 91v, Earth, was kept excited.
As a result of the de-excitation, the rotary magnet DI of the memory Spl on the rotary magnet D2 of the memory Sp2 is reversed at the contact 92u , so that the second current surge line, which may consist of two current surges, now applies to the rotary magnet D2 of the memory Sp2 acts and this is actuated twice over.
Earth, battery, rotary magnet D2 of storage tank Sp2, contacts 92m, 85ul, 86d3, 87q, 88v, earth. According to the influence of the torque magnet D2, the memory Sp2 is advanced by two steps, so that its switching arms in each contact bank, as shown in the figure by dashed lines. Lines shown, bypass step 2.
- After the second series of current impulses has elapsed, the relay UI, which was kept energized during the second current impulse series, is via: earth, battery, winding I of relay Ul, contacts bäul, 541n, 53v, earth, fall off. In this case, the relay W is excited, which, in the same way as the relay D3 , responds with a delay due to the differential connection of its two windings via:
Earth, battery, parallel windings 1 and II of relay TV, contacts 127u, 57u1, 58pl, 59v, earth; In addition, the relay D3 is de-excited by opening the contact 130ul and the relay WI is excited after the relay W has spoken via: earth, battery, relay IVI, contacts 128 w , 58pl, 59v, earth.
By energizing the relay TV, the relay chain consisting of the relays HI, H2, H3, H4, Hä and P is started for tapping the set memories, and simultaneously with tapping the Relays Wl and M the transmission of alternating current to the company line to connect the desired participant takes place via the contacts on the line.
The relay _A, , which worked as a current receiving relay when receiving the current surges sent by the subscriber, works as a timing relay in the relay chain for the current surge in the company line when the memory runs out.
In addition to the current surge correction relays M, Q and H, there is now another relay 0, welclie working together as a current surge relay, in such a way that the relays M, 0 , Q and H determine the length of the opening and closing of the impulse circuit without interruption by mutual play.
The alternation of the above relays M, Q, H and 0 is transferred to relays A, B, D3 and E in such a way that, as will be described later, the relays A, B, </ I> D3 and E work for different times in time.
It should also be mentioned that the relays M, 0, Q and H with the switching of contacts of the relay ZI-I (1 13h and 1141b) on the relay chain A,B,D3 and E and with the mediation of a contact -des Relay 111 (261n and -Hin) sends current impulses to the GeselIsellaftsleitung.
The relays R and S , which, as already mentioned, were already energized when the switching center was occupied, are placed in a hold circuit, namely the relay S via contact 84s its weighing 1, and the relay R its winding II, through the intermediary of the contact 83r.
The memory is tapped by the chain of relays HI, H2 etc. as follows: After relay 147 has responded, relay III is excited via: earth, battery, relay HI, contacts 9912, 9 , 6e, 9,5h, 94w, earth. The relay Hi places it in a holding circuit via: earth, battery, relay Hl, contacts 100h1, 109p, 110v, earth. When relay HI responds, relay H is excited via: earth, contacts 77w, 75h1, 74pl, 73p, 72o, 70q, relay II, battery, earth.
By closing contact 11412, the relay A is excited via: earth, battery, winding III of relay A, contacts 112w, 125b, 114h, 117pl, 118p, 119v, earth.
The activation of the relay H brings about successive excitation of the relays ill, Q and 0 , as was the case for relay 111 and Q was described when the number current impulses were recorded, which after their mutual influence cause relay H to drop again, so that when contact 113h is closed, relay B is excited takes place via:
Earth, battery, winding III of relay A, contacts, 112iv, 1.25b, winding 11 of relay B, contacts 115a, 117pl, 118p, 119v, earth. The relay A remains energized in this circuit, and at the same time a holding circuit for the relay B comes into being by closing the contact 126b via the winding I of the relay B.
When relay H responds for the first time, via contacts 28m and 26m, since relay M is energized depending on relay H (contact 631b) , an alternating current surge is generated in the company line C sends. At the same time, the test relay PI is applied via the contact 34h to the odd-numbered steps (1, 3, 5 ...) of the contact bank Kbl of the memory Sp2, specifically via contacts 3-9r, < B> 36b, 3.5ul, 34h, Re lais Pl, battery, earth.
When relay H responds for the second time, the second alternating current surge is sent out, with simultaneous application of the test relay PI to the precise steps of the contact bank Kbl of the memory Sp2, since now relay B, which, with the first Ab - </ B> if the relay H has been energized, its contact 37b has closed over. Contact bank Kbl (even number of riders), contacts 40r, 37b, 35ul, 34h, relay Pl, battery, earth.
Since there is no potential at the contact bank Kbl for the individual steps (even and odd), the relay PI is not energized.
At the second response of the relay. LI, the relay A is de-energized as a result of the disconnection of the contact 113h .
Relays D3 and E work as a function of relay A in the same way as relays A and B work depending on relay H by energizing relay D3 via: earth, contacts 119v, 118p, when relay -4 is first addressed, i.e. also when relay H is first addressed 117pl, 121a, 122e, 124w, winding III of relay D3, battery, earth. When relay A drops out for the first time (i.e. when relay H responds for the second time), relay E is excited via: earth, contacts 119v, 118p, 117pl, 116d3, winding I of relay E, contacts 122e, 124w, winding III of relay D3, battery, earth.
The relay E places its Wiekluno, II in a holding circuit via the contact 123e.
If the relay H drops for the second time, the relay H2 is excited via: earth, battery, relay 112, contacts 102h3, 97e, 95h, 941v , Earth. The hold circuit for relay 112 is via: earth, battery, relay H2, contacts 101h2, 109p, 110v, earth. In addition, the relay B is de-energized by opening the contact 1141b.
When the relay 11 is reached for the third time, the test relay Pl is again as with the first excitation. Anceleut to the odd steps of the contact bank Kbl and, in addition, the relay A is excited in the same way, which now the relay D is deenergized by opening its contact 120a.
If the relay H drops for the third time, the relay B responds as in the first de-energization, which closes its contact 37b, so that the test relay PI takes the even steps of the fourth response of the relay II Contact bank Kbl checks.
When the relay II is energized for the fourth time, the relay A drops out, just as it did when the relay 11 was reached for the second time, so that the relay E too, by opening the contact 121a is de-energized.
When relay H drops for the fourth time, when contact 11411 is opened, relay B is again de-energized and relay H is also energized via: earth, battery, relay 113, contacts 154h4, 98h2, 96e, 951b, 94iv, earth. The relay H3 puts it in a hold circuit via its contact 105h3.
If relay H is excited for the fifth time, the processes just described are repeated for relays A, B, D3 and < B> E, with the sixth de-energization of the relay H the relay H4, with the eighth de-energization the relay H5 , which relays are placed in corresponding holding circuits.
When the relay L-1 is energized for the ninth time, the relay A is again energized and thus also the relay D3 is energized.
At the ninth drop, the relay B is excited in the manner already described, so that at the tenth excitation of the relay H, the test relay Pl is connected to the contact bank Kbl for the tenth time; At the same time, the relay A is de-energized, which in turn causes the relay E to be excited. As a result of this excitation, on the tenth fall of relay H, relay P is excited via: earth, battery, relay P, contacts 155h5, 10312, 97e, 95h, 94w, earth.
The relay P activates its contacts and thereby brings about the following Selialtvornäno - e: By Open e; # in Den of contact 73p the relay chain  H,  IN,  Q, 0 < / B> returned to the initial state, as did the relays  Hl,  H2-, H3,  H4,  LLI5 by opening the contact  109p;  by opening the contact  118p  the chain of relays  A,   B,  D3,   E  in the resting position;
In addition, the holding circuit of the winding II of the relay B is separated by the contact 82p ; the relay 8 holds itself during the short time of the separation due to a short circuit of its' V # 7iakluno, II. By closing the contacts 38r and 41r the test circuit of the relay PI is prepared for the contact bank Kb2.
After relay P has also become de-energized when relay E drops out, the processes are repeated in the same way at contact bank Kbl.
Again, 10 current impulses are sent out by checking the even and odd steps of the contact bank Kb2 five times each; after this has elapsed, relays HI to 1-15 of the relay box are deenergized again by energizing relay P. Now the relay 8 , since it has no delay effect when the contact 82p is opened by removing the short circuit at contact 81r, is stroinless,
so that the test relay PI is made available by closing the contacts 42s and 44s for the contact bank Kb3 of the memory Sp2. Even when the uneven steps of the contact bank Kb3 are picked up for the first time, the relay Pl will not yet respond, since the relay Hl has already closed its contact 46hl, but step 1 is not bridged. This will only happen.
#vonn on the second response of the relay H, i.e. on the second current surge since reaching the contact bank Kb3, the even steps are checked and thus an excitation circuit is closed via the bridged step 22 . This runs via: earth, contact 46h1, memory Spl, step 2 in memory Sp2, contacts 4-4, s, 41r, 37b, 35ul, 34h, relay Pl, battery, earth.
By selecting the contact 32pl, the relay Pl is placed in a holding circuit and prevents the relay 11 and thus also the entire relay chain from being excited by the opening of the contact-es 74pl, so that no further alternating current surges are sent out into the company line. The relays A, B, D3, E are also de-energized when the contact 117pl is opened.
From the description we can see that when searching the contact bank Kbl ten current surges, when searching the contact bank Kb2-again ten current surges, and when searching the Koniaktbank Kb3 two currents, a total of 22 current surges instead of the - The number 4.2 given by the subscriber station was sent. All Sellrittsellaltwerke are adjusted by 22 steps by the 22 current surges, but in the position 2-22 of the same only at the desired intercom 22 the ent speaking contacts are closed.
so that the contact corresponding to the contact 17s closes a circuit for the alarm clock Wk to call the subscriber. When the receiver is picked up, the contact closure at the visual arms corresponding to the arms 10s and IIs causes the relay corresponding to your relay U2 to be energized, thereby causing the desired subscriber to be connected.
As a result of the already described excitation of the relay Pl, the relays W and Wl continue to drop when the contact 58pl is opened, so that when the contacts 2: Iwl and 2,3w1 close, the call connection is fed via the surge receiving relay A < / B> success.
If the subscriber loop is interrupted after the call has ended, the relay _A drops out and after some time causes the delay relay V to drop out, which in turn causes the heavily delayed relay Z to de-energize after some time . During the time from the de-energization of the relay V to the de-energization of the relay Z, a circuit for the relays M and Wl is established via: earth, contacts, 60? " 61v, vibrations 1 of relays 31 and Wl, battery, earth.
By closing the contacts 22w1 and 24w1 respectively. 2611b and 28in an alternating current is applied to the company line, whereby the return of the stepping mechanisms is brought about. The memories 1 and 2 are also returned to their rest position in some way that is not of interest here.
If the calling subscriber had influenced the memory 1 not by 4, but by a current surge, a circuit for relay X would have come about after the current surge - earth, contact 138zII (in another Switching point), relay X, store Sp2 (step 2, segment 4), Selialtarme of store Spl, point o, resistance Wi2, contact 137ul, 92u, rotating magnet D2 (does not respond), battery, Earth.
The relay X switches off the relay A of the calling subscriber station by opening its contacts 133x and 1.35x and switches it to the current receiving relay of the other communication direction (line II), but prevents the transmission of a non-r C of its own Line corresponding code number the further influencing of the conversion of the own line. Relay A is kept energized via contact 149x.
When contact 148x closes, the relay. Pl energizes and thus prevents the memory from running out. ' By energizing the surge receiving relay in line II, which corresponds to the relay _A , the same processes are brought about as is the case when the relay A is energized; namely once an excitation of the relay V corresponding to the relay and through this an excitation of the relay corresponding to the relay Z, so that the relay X is kept excited by:
Earth, contacts 1507, 11, 139, vII, 140x, relay X etc., as already described when the relay X is energized.
The series of current impulses that continue to be emitted after the selection of a line on the other line therefore act on switching devices in the other exchange, bypassing the reverser of the own line.
The triggering takes place in such a way that initially when the power surge receiver is de-energized, o, # s relay in line II, the same processes that would also occur if the relay A were de-energized, that means first the relay V corresponding to relay V, located in line II, is de-energized, so that by opening contact 139vII relay X is de-energized and the holding circuit for relay A at contact 149x opens,
so that the triggering already described is thereby brought about.
