High-voltage transformer with a high-voltage side disk. A high-voltage transformer, in particular a voltage converter, has already been proposed in which the high-voltage winding unit is wound and connected in layers in a one-piece coil box made of insulating material,
that its potential increases from the external starting potential towards the core it encompasses and the beginning of the innermost winding layer is passed through the flange of the coil box. The main advantage of such a design of the high-voltage transformer is that no oil insulation is required for the windings of the transformer and an oil-free transformer can be created.
In order to be able to use these advantages also in a high-energy transformer whose winding consists of individual disks, it is proposed according to the invention to accommodate the winding disks in the annular space of a one-piece insulating body which envelops the iron core and has a double U-shaped cross section.
taking the middle potentials from the disk on the open side of the annular space to the disk at the closed end of the annular space and the end of the disk adjacent to the part of the insulating body forming the closure of the annular space by means of a one-piece insulating body Lead out isolator. So the potential of the disks increases in the direction of the central axis of the transformer.
Thanks to this, the wall thickness of the walls of the one-piece insulating body can be selected according to the potential of the coils in order to save insulating material, so that, for example, a winding space with a wedge-shaped cross-section is obtained. As the voltage increases, the individual disks of the winding become smaller in their outer diameter and larger in their inner diameter, which enables the short-circuit voltage to be reduced and a compact design of the transformer.
It is also possible to push two one-piece insulating bodies provided with execution insulators into one another in such a way that the execution insulators are on different sides of the transformer. This also makes it possible to manufacture a transformer isolated from earth with both poles.
In the drawing Ausführungsbei are games of transformers according to the invention He is shown. - Fig. 1 shows a section through a high voltage transformer according to the invention and Fig. 2 shows a section added by 90 °. In this embodiment, the core <B> 11 </B> is surrounded by the low-voltage winding 12 and the one-piece, double-U-shaped insulating body, consisting of the waridings <B> 13 </B> and 14, to which the the part <B> 15 </B> connecting both walls on one side and the execution insulator <B> 16 </B> around.
The individual disks of the single-hole voltage winding <B> 17 </B> are accommodated in the annular space that remains free between the two walls <B> 13, </B> 14 and there is one between each two disks Insulating washer <B> 18 </B>. The insulating washers themselves are held on an insulating tube <B> 19 </B> so that the high-voltage winding is assembled outside the one-piece insulating body <B> 13, </B> 14, <B> 15 </B> and can then be introduced as a whole.
The beginning 20 of the high-voltage winding composed of the individual disks is connected to the earthed iron core 11, while the upper end of the winding, which is below the maximum potential, is connected to the end of a slotted metal ring 21 , the other end of which is led out by means of the conductor 22 through the insulator <B> 16 </B>.
The metal ring 21 serves as an entrance wire and is hidden in the closed end of the annular space. From the G-Iimmrille 23 onward, a conductive coating, produced for example by spraying on metal or graphite, extends on the outer surfaces of the walls 13 and 14 and of the connecting part 15 24, as shown in broken lines in FIG. The open side of the insulating body is also covered by a base <B> 25 </B> attached to the core.
Instead of arranging the insulator 16 in the direction of the axis of the insulating body, it can also, as shown in dashed lines on the right in Fig. 2, protrude perpendicular to the same from your one-piece insulating body. This results in a further saving in overall height.
Fig. 3 shows, with otherwise the same design of the high-voltage transformer, a one-piece insulating body, in which the wall thickness of the two walls <B> 13, </B> 14 increases with increasing voltage of the enclosed coils. The inner surfaces of the walls run towards one another in the direction of the terminating part <B> 15 </B>. However, it is also possible to leave the winding space cylindrical, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, with the same clear width everywhere and to bevel the outer surfaces of the walls towards the open end of the annular space.
In order to enable the Elochparinung transformer to be built into a wall. The ceiling of a switch house can also be the end of the core which is adjacent to the closed part 15 of the insulating body for fastening an installation or Fastening flange <B> 26 </B> are used.
In Fig. 4, a high-voltage transformer is shown in which neither of the two terminals of the high-voltage winding is grounded. In this case, two one-piece insulating bodies 27, 28, described in the preceding figures, with a double U-shaped cross section, are pushed into one another so that the execution insulators 16 for the two poles of the Transformer lie on opposite sides of the transformer. In this embodiment, too, the wall thickness of each insulating body can increase after the closed part of the annular space.
If several of the transformer systems described are placed next to one another on a common three-legged iron core, respectively. arranged, a three-phase transformer is created which has significantly smaller dimensions than the transformers known up to now. This even goes so far that the phase spacings between the insulators are insufficient and they have to be offset from one another.
It is also possible in transformers in which a described insulating body with coils is placed on the legs of a two-legged iron core, with the winding ends located at the open ends of the annular spaces of the insulating bodies in the middle to connect the high-voltage winding with the core and set up the core isolated.
It is also possible to assemble this type of high-voltage transformer into a suspended or standing column.
