In eine Dose eingebautes 1Vlusikwei Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein in eine einen Deckel aufweisende Dose einge bautes und durch eine Feder angetriebenes Musikwerk, bei welchem die Antriebsfeder durch Bewegen des Deckels zwischen seinen Endlagen gespannt wird und die Federstärke so berechnet und das Übersetzungsverhältnis zwischen Aufziehvorrichtung und Feder welle so gewählt ist, dass die Feder im ge spannten Zustande imstande ist, ein Musik stück von Anfang bis Ende vollständig durchzuspielen.
Ein Beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung schematisch darge stellt.
Abb. 1 zeigt einen Querschnitt des Mu sikwerkes; Abb. 2 stellt die Draufsicht auf die ge öffnete Dose dar.
Das in die Dose eingebaute Musikwerk besteht aus einer von der Feder 2 angetrie benen Nadelwalze 3, welche mittelst ihrer Nadeln die Stäbe 4 des Stabkammes 5 zupft und dadurch zum Ertönen bringt. Die Fe- der 2 ist mit ihrem einen Ende am fest stehenden Federgehäuse 7 und mit ihrem andern Ende an der Welle 8 befestigt. Eine Scheibe 9 sitzt fest auf der Welle 8 und ist mit Sperrkerben 10 versehen, in welche eine mit dem Antriebsrad 11. wel ches lose auf der Welle 8 sitzt., verbundene Sperrklinke 12 eingreift. Eine weitere, auf der Welle 8 befestigte Scheibe 13 besitzt einen Stift 14, gegen welchen der auf der Welle 8 drehbar gelagerte Hebel 15 an schlägt.
Der Hebel 15 ist durch einen wei teren Hebel 16 mit dem in den Scharnieren 17 drehbaren Dosendeckel 18 verbunden.
Wenn der Dosendeckel 18 im Sinne des Pfeils 19 zugeklappt wird, wird der Hebel 15 vermittelst des Hebels 16 im Sinne des Pfeils 20 um die Welle 8 gedreht. Durch den Stift 14 wird die Scheibe 13 und die fest damit verbundene Welle 8 im gleichen Sinne gedreht, so dass die Feder 6 gespannt wird. Die Sperrklinke 12 greift kurz vor der vollständig geschlossenen Stellung des Dosendeckels in eine der Sperrkerben 10 ein. Beim darauffolgenden Öffnen des Dosen deckels treibt die Feder 2 die Achse 8 und vermittelst der Scheibe 9 und der Sperr klinke 12 das Antriebsrad 11 und die Na delwalze 3 im Sinne der eingezeichneten Pfeile 21 und 22, wodurch die Stäbe 4 des Stabkammes 5 gezupft werden und das Mu sikstück ertönt.
Die Kerben 10, der Stift 14 und die Hebel 15 und 16 sind derart bemessen und angeordnet, dass die Nadelwalze 3 minde stens einmal vollständig sich dreht, das heisst, dass das Musikstück mindestens ein mal ganz von Anfang bis zu Ende gespielt wird, wenn der Dosendeckel für dieses Bei spiel aus vollständig geöffneter in vollstän dig geschlossene Stellung verschoben wird. In andern Fällen kann natürlich das Span nen der Feder auch durch Bewegen des Dosendeckels aus geschlossener in geöffnete Stellung oder durch aufeinanderfolgendes Schliessen und Öffnen, oder umgekehrt durch Öffnen und Schliessen, erfolgen. Die Auslösung der gespannten Feder kann auch durch Schlie ssen des Deckels erfolgen.
An Stelle eines Zupfmusikwerkes kann natürlich auch ein Pfeifenmusikwerk, das heisst eine durch den Federmotor angetrie bene Drehorgel, oder irgend ein Musikwerk in die Dose eingebaut werden. Das Musik werk kann natürlich auch eine beliebige An zahl von verschiedenen Musikstücken spielen. Die Federstärke kann so bemessen werden, dass die Feder im gespannten Zustande alle Stücke, ohne von neuem aufgezogen zu wer den, spielen kann, oder aber so, dass sie im gespannten Zustande jeweils nur ein Musik stück spielt.
Endlich kann die Musikdose auch mit beweglichen Figuren ausgerüstet sein, welche gegebenenfalls beim Ertönen des Musikwerkes, mit Hilfe besonderer Verbin dungen, mit dem Federmotor des Musikwer kes, Bewegungen ausführen.
Schliesslich kann die Dose vorteilhafter weise auch so bemessen sein, dass sie ausser zur Aufnahme des Musikwerkes auch Platz zur Aufbewahrung von irgendwelchen Ge genständen bietet und zum Beispiel zur Auf nahme von Geschenkartikeln und dergleichen dient.
