Description

  

  Stecker mit     Zugentlastung.       Für längsgeteilte elektrische Stecker, deren  Griffkörper aus zwei gleichartigen isolierenden  Hälften besteht, die lösbar zusammenge  schraubt sind, sind     Zugentlastungsvorrich-          tungen    für die einzuführende Leitungs  schnur in Form zweiteiliger Schellen bekannt,  welche entweder lose im Innern des Stecker  körpers liegen, oder in ihm durch Einpressen  oder Verschrauben befestigt sind.  



  Während sich das lose Einlegen der  Schelle als unpraktisch erwiesen hat, da man  beim     Öffnen    des Steckers, das heisst beim       Auseinanderschrauben    der     Griffkörperhälften,     die Schelle leicht verliert, ist die andere Art  der Befestigung, zum Beispiel durch Ver  schraubung oder Einpressen, in der Herstel  lung zu teuer.  



  Um nun die     Zugentlastungsscbelle    bei ge  öffnetem Stecker auch ohne besondere Be  festigungselemente gegen das Verlieren zu  schützen, wird gemäss der Erfindung die eine    Hälfte der Schelle mit zwei Lappen versehen,  die federnd in den     Steckerkörper    eingreifen.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei  spiel für die     Zugerrtlastungsvor#richtung    eines  längsgeteilten Steckers dargestellt.     Fig.    1  zeigt einen Schnitt durch eine     Steckerhälfte     mit dieser     Zugentlastungsschelle    in Seiten  ansicht. Darin bezeichnet 1 den isolierenden  Griffkörper des Steckers 3 und 4 die beiden  Teile der     Zugentlastungsschelle;    5 sind die  beiden Schrauben, mit denen die Schelle zu  sammengezogen wird, während 2 die Lappen  sind, welche federnd in entsprechende Aus  sparungen 6 des     Steckerkörpers    1 eingreifen  und die Schelle vor dem Verlieren schützen.  Die Aussparungen, in die die Schrauben 5  hineinragen, sind mit 7 bezeichnet.

   Die Schelle  kann aus Metall oder Isolierstoff bestehen.

  While loosely inserting the clamp has proven to be impractical, as the clamp is easily lost when the connector is opened, i.e. when the handle halves are screwed apart, the other type of fastening, for example by screwing or pressing in, is in the manufacturing process too expensive.



  In order to protect the strain relief clamp from being lost even without special fastening elements when the connector is open, one half of the clamp is provided with two tabs that engage resiliently in the connector body.



  The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment for the tensioning device of a longitudinally split plug. Fig. 1 shows a section through a connector half with this strain relief in side view. Therein 1 denotes the insulating grip body of the plug 3 and 4 the two parts of the strain relief clamp; 5 are the two screws with which the clamp is pulled together, while 2 are the flaps, which resiliently engage in corresponding recesses from 6 of the plug body 1 and protect the clamp from being lost. The recesses into which the screws 5 protrude are denoted by 7.

   The clamp can be made of metal or insulating material.

<B>PATENTANSPRUCH:</B> Längsunterteilter Stecker mit Zugent- lastungsvorrichtung für die einzuführende Leitungsschnur in Form einer zweiteiligen Schelle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Hälfte der Zugentlastungsschelle mindestens zwei Lappen besitzt, welche federnd in ent- sprechende Aussparungen im Steckerkörper eingreifen. <B> PATENT CLAIM: </B> Longitudinally divided connector with a strain relief device for the line cord to be inserted in the form of a two-part clamp, characterized in that one half of the strain relief clamp has at least two tabs which spring into corresponding recesses in the connector body.
