Extrusion cutting table for building block bricks with device for cutting out lateral longitudinal grooves on the bricks. As is known, in the manufacture of building blocks, the moist Nlaterialstrang put in an extruder is pressed out of the mouthpiece of the press in order to be cut into moldings on the cutting table provided, whereupon these are passed on for drying and firing.
The modern construction method now often requires building blocks that, in addition to internal hollow chambers, are also supposed to have lateral channels or channels that can be used for various purposes.
The subject of the present invention is now an extrusion cutting table for building block bricks with a device for cutting out lateral longitudinal grooves on the same, which is characterized by a receiving path for the cut molding, which is directed transversely to the feed direction of the material strand, and by throat organs arranged on this path in connection with Means for bringing about a relative movement in the direction of the path between it and the throat organs, for the purpose of cutting out lateral longitudinal grooves in the molding lying on the path by means of the latter.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown as an example.
1 is a front view, FIG. 2 is a side view, FIG. 3 is the rear view and FIG. 4 is the plan view of this embodiment.
On a stationary frame 1 sits on the balls 2 easily movable table frame 3. At the front side, the table frame 3 is connected below dureh a Ga bel 4 with a link arm 5, which sits on a shaft supported in the frame 1 ge (i sits on which is attached a hand lever 7. A bracket 8, which carries the cutting wire 9 for cutting off the moldings from the material strand emerging from the mold mouthpiece A, is mounted to swing on the table frame 3.
On both sides of the table frame 3, pulleys 10 and 11 are mounted on this, over which an endless conveyor belt or conveyor belt 12 is stretched. The conveyor belt 12 runs transversely to the feed direction of the material strand. A number of ho rizontally mounted rollers 13 serve the strand of material as a support, while verti cally standing rollers 14 serve as a limit stop.
A gearbox 15, wel Ches is driven by a shaft 18 mounted on the table frame through the intermediary of the rod 16 and the swing arm 17 attached to the shaft 18, gives the conveyor belt 12 a step-by-step movement transversely to the feed direction of the material strand via the bevel gears 20, in each case in the same direction, that is, in the direction of arrow a (Fig. 1 and 3).
The shaft .1 # 8 receives an oscillating movement about its own axis as a result of the back and forth movement of the table frame 3 by virtue of a link arm 19 attached to it, which rolls on a fixed guide roller 22 leads. On both sides of the conveyor belt 12 adjustable throat organs are arranged in the form of small wire brackets 21 which are intended to cut the longitudinal grooves out of the molding.
The apparatus described is used in the following way: W, if the strand of material has been advanced to the loading limit stop 14, it rests with its foremost part on the conveyor belt 12 and is then to a certain extent, in the present case exactly the width of the conveyor belt, cut off by the cutting wire 9 moved transversely to the material strand. The table frame 3 is then pulled away from the mouthpiece A by pulling the lever 7 in the direction of arrow b (Fig. 2),
the conveyor belt 12 simultaneously receiving a conveying movement directed transversely to the displacement direction of the table frame 3 in the direction of arrow a (FIGS. 1 and 3) through the intermediary of the gearbox 15 actuated by the shaft 18. In this way, the conveyor belt with the lying on it, Abschnit Tenen molding executes, the molding is carried out between the two fillet brackets 21, whereby the lateral longitudinal grooves are cut out in it and the molding is then removed from the conveyor belt for further treatment becomes.
Due to the transmission ratio in the bevel gears 20, the path of the conveyor belt will be approximately one and a half times as long as that of the table frame 3. When the table frame 3 is returned by the lever 7, the gearbox 15 performs an idle gear in order to prepare for the next operation.
On the outside as well as on the inside of the conveyor belt, scrapers can be provided, which are intended to prevent the conveyor belt from getting dirty.
The device is easy to use and requires little effort to operate.
