Description

  

  Einriehtung an Zylinderstreckwerken von Spinnerohnasthinen zur Erzielung von  grossein Vorzug.    Die im Hauptpatent Nr. 125687     beselirie-          bene    Einrichtung zur Erzielung von grossem  <I>n</I> 2n  Verzug an Spinnerei-Vorbereitungsmaschinen  en  betrifft in der Hauptsache die Ausführung  der zwischen den Speisewalzen und den Ab  zugswalzen angeordneten Druckwalze, die  aus einem vollkommen elastischen, dicken  und derart nachgiebigen     Mäantel    besteht,     dass     sich derselbe unter Einfluss des Eigen  gewichtes der Walze und nötigenfalls eines  zusätzlichen Gewichtes so zusammendrückt.  dass er den untern Zylinder auf einem ver  hältnismässig grossen Teil seines Umfanges  umfängt.  



  Im Zusatzpatent Nr. 132792 sind Druck  walzen beschrieben, die zwecks     Erreiehung     möglichst gleichmässiger Nachgiebigkeit über  den ganzen Umfang     und    auch über die Länge    hin im Innern mit Aussparungen versehen  sind.  



  Die verschiedenen Ausführungsformen  entsprechend den erwähnten Patentseliriften  bedingen als Material zur Herstellung des    elastischen Mantels hauptsächlich Gummi.  Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung be  zieht sich auf weitere Ausführungsformen,  die aus beständigerem Material als Gummi  hergestellt werden können und hauptsächlich  dadurch gekennzeichnet sind,     dass    die     Druch-          walze    aus einem Rundbürsten ähnlichen Ge  rippe aus Draht oder anderem federnden Ma  terial besteht, über welchem ein nachgiebiger  Leder- oder Gummiüberzug geschoben wird.  



  Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht sechs ver  schiedene, als Beispiel dienende Ausfüh  rungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes in       ZD     zehn Figuren.  



  Gemäss     Fig.   <B>1</B> und 2, besteht die in     Quer-          und    Längsschnitt gezeichnete Druckwalze  aus einer metallenen Achse a, auf welcher die  Rundbürste<B>b</B> sitzt. Diese besteht aus Draht.  Borsten. Plüsch oder irgend einem andern  Stoff metallischer, pflanzlicher oder tieri  scher Herkunft. Die Bürste<B>b</B> ist von dem  aus Leder oder Gummi hergestellten Über  zug     c    umgeben.      In Fig. 3 ist eine andere Ausführungs  form im Querschnitt dargestellt, bei welcher  die metallene Achse d mit einer grossen An  zahl dünner Spiralfedern e besetzt und das  Ganze von einer Gummi- oder Lederhaut um  hüllt ist.  



  In Fig. 4 und 5 ist eine Variante der in  Fig. 3 dargestellten Ausführungsform in  Quer- und Längsschnitt wiedergegeben. Die  Federblätter<B>g</B> sind     schraubenlinienähnlich     um die Achse h angeordnet. Die Umhüllung  ist mit i bezeichnet.  



  Die im Querschnitt dargestellte Ausfüh  rungsform nach Fig. 6 weist einen aus     Kar-          denbeschlägen    k gebildeten elastischen Kör  per auf mit dünnem Leder- oder Gummi  überzug.  



  In Fig. 7 und 8 wird der elastische Zwi  schenkörper der in Quer- und Längsschnitt ab  gebildeten Druckwalze aus einem gemäss dem  in Fig. 7 angegebenen Schema aufgewickel  ten dünnen Metalldraht erzeugt. Die dadurch  entstandenen Abbiegungen bilden ein     bür-          stenartioes,    sehr elastisches Gebilde, das von  einem Überzug bedeckt wird.  



  Eine weitere Ausführungsform der  Druckwalze veranschaulicht Fig. 9 und 10.  Der elastische Zwischenkörper ist aus fass  daubenartig angeordneten Federlamellen l zu  sammengesetzt und mit einer Gummihaut in  überzogen.
