Device for remote transmission and summation of register information by means of relays controlled by the counters. The device for remote transmission and summation of counter information, in which the switching mechanism that causes the remote registration and consists of a ratchet gear arrangement of the number of counters in the various Relays corresponding to the needs of the power supply units and controlled by a special engine have the essential advantage
that the relay currents are very weak and consequently the relays, the ratchet mechanism and the contacts of the transmitter instrument that control the relays can be kept small. Although the mode of action of such remote registration devices is inherently reliable, the ratchet gears of the switching mechanism can cause small switching errors that give rise to incorrect registrations.
The invention now relates to a device for teletransmission and summation of counter information using individual relays actuated by the transmitter instruments and a special drive unit. According to the invention, the inconveniences associated with the aforementioned known devices are largely reduced in that a differential gear arrangement is used instead of the ratchet mechanism.
The design can be made in such a way that in the case of the differential gear arrangement, the gear shaft of which rotates according to the remotely transmitted counter information, the one outer sun gear on the gear shaft under the influence of the engine, the other outer sun gear is attached to a carrier and the remaining sun gears and the planetary web axles are loosely arranged on the transmission shaft, the planet web axles being held by the relays in a locking position that prevents pivoting.
When one or more relays are energized, the corresponding planetary web axles are released so that the gear shaft under the influence of the engine can rotate until all the planetary web axles that have become free are turned back into their locking position.
Furthermore, means can also be provided which ensure an absolutely safe operation of the planetary web axles of the differential gear arrangement with the relays.
The revolutions of the gear shaft corresponding to the individual remotely transmitted information from the counters can be registered by a counter either directly or via a gearbox. If necessary, each of the remotely transmitted value of a counter corresponding to the rotation of the planetary web axles can also be individually transmitted to a special counter.
1 of the drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the invention in which only one contact mechanism of the transmitter measuring device which controls a relay and a remote measuring device in a view from above and with. is shown in section drawn housing. In Fig. 2, a plan view of a detail of a further Ausführungsbei game is also shown schematically and on an enlarged scale. In the exemplary embodiments, it is assumed that the measurement data from an electricity meter is transmitted remotely.
Naturally, however, the invention is not restricted to the electricity meter field. but can also be used for water, gas and steam systems.
The gear parts of the differential gear arrangement, which are seated on a gear shaft 1, are made up of sun gears 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and planet gears 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, with sun gear 2 By means of a screw 15 on the gear shaft 1, the sun gear 8 is attached to a carrier 17 welded to the lower housing part 16 and the remaining sun gears O to 7 and the axle carriers 18 of the web axles 19 carrying the planet gears 9 to 14 are only loosely rotatable are arranged on the transmission axis 1.
The web axles 19 of the planet gears 9 to 1 3 carry weights 20. the lugs 21 aufwei sen.
The limlauftrleb of the last differential gear is a little different from the previous one. There the Pla netenrad 14 in a loosely seated on the transmission axis 1, via a gear 23 with a single counter 24 coupled toothed wheel 22 which carries a weight part 20 whose nose 21 cooperates with a pulse relay 34. The purpose of such a design of the circulating drive is to be able to make individual entries of the remotely transmitted meter data in addition to total and individual entries. It can of course, if so desired, all of the circulating drives for the individual registration are formed in the manner corresponding to the last circulating drive.
On the gear axis 1 coupled via a gear 25 with a totalizer 26, a drive pulley 27, a servo motor 28, is attached.
On both sides of the differential gear arrangement, a-Lis-formed pulse relays 29 to 34 are arranged as rotary relays, which are under the tension of a spring 35 and have a stop 3 (> having rotary armature 37.
The cap 39, which is fastened to the lower housing part 1,6 by sealing screws 38, is provided with openings 40, 41 which allow observation of the counters 4, 26.
In the drawing, a connected to the pulse relay 31 via the long-distance line 42 connected contact 43 of a Geberinstru mentes is shown, which holds a driven by an electricity meter disc 14 ent, the driver pin 4: 5 against a likewise provided with a pin 46, Tilting weight 48 sitting loosely on the axis 17 presses. The pin 46 of the tilting weight 48 interacts with a contact device consisting of a rigid contact 49 and a contact spring 50.
The disk 44 driven by the drive disk of the electricity counter now lifts the tilting weight 48 by means of its 3litnehmer 45 until it becomes overweight and tips over. The pin 46 of the tilted fabric then presses the contact spring 50 against the fixed contact pin 49, whereby the contacts 49, 50 briefly come into contact with one another and a current pulse is sent into the long-distance line 42, which excites the pulse relay 31.
The armature 3 7 pulled by the poles 51,: r 2 n then releases the nose 21 of the weight 20, which is pressed by the driving force of the servo motor 28 against the stop 36 of the relay armature 3 7, so that the planetary web axle 19 is pushed downwards by its weight 20 is pressed and thereby reaches below the stop 36 of the armature 37, which is immediately brought back by the spring 35 after the tightening. The drawing shows a position of the web axle 19 carrying the planet wheel 11 shortly after it has dropped from the stop 36 of the relay 31.
As a result of the blocking of the Stegaclise of the planetary gear 11, the gear axis 1 under the influence of the servo motor 28 can now rotate, the transmission of the movement of the sonic gear 2, which is firmly seated on the gear axis 1, to the planet gear 1.1 in the through Arrows marked motion directions via the planet gear 9, sun gear 3. Planet gear 10 and sun gear 4 takes place.
Since the sun gear 5 is fixed by the pin axles of the planet gears 1.3, 14 held in the locked position, the planet gear 11 will roll on this sun gear 5) for a long time until the nose 21 of the weight? (1 on the stop 36 of the relay 31 The gear shaft 1 thus makes one complete revolution, which is registered by the totalizer 26 via the gear 25.
If the planetary gear 11 is designed in the same way as the last right planetary gear of the differential gear, individual registration of the measured values of the rock instrument containing the contact mechanism 43 is also possible.
In the event that two or more pulse relays are excited at the same time, the first exposed planetary web axle that is initially located on sun gear 2 is always returned to its locked position. The other free planetary web axles are then rotated one after the other into their locking positions.
For a more detailed explanation of the mode of action of the differential gear arrangement with the simultaneous excitation of two relays, it should now be assumed that the two relays 30, 31 receive a current pulse at the same time. The stops 36 of these relays 30, 31 then release the web axles of the two planetary gears 10, 11 for a brief moment, which as a result of their weights 20 are below the stops 36 of the after the excitation by the spring 35 as the retracted armature 37 of the Relay 30, 31 arrive.
The gear shaft 1 can now be rotated by the servomotor 28 who, until the web axes of the planet gears 10. 11 take their locking positions, first the web axis of the Pla designated wheel 10 and then that of the Pla netenrades 11 brought into its locked position becomes. As a result of the friction of the planetary gears 10, 11 on their web axes and due to the changing weight effect of the planes tenstegachsen during their movements, of course, when the transmission axis 1 is rotated, a mutual influence of the plane ten wheels take place.
So not only the web axis of the planetary gear 10, but also that of the planetary gear 11 will be pivoted. For example, when the nose 21 of the web axis of the planetary wheel 11 is freed from the stop 36 of the relay 31, the web axis of the planetary wheel 11 is pivoted due to its weight. This pivoting of the web axis of the planetary gear 11 causes
Since the sun gear 5 cannot rotate due to the subsequent locking of the planetary web axles, the sun gear 1 is entrained and, consequently, the direction of movement of the sun gear 3 is counteracted by turning back the planet web axis of the planetary gear 10.
Likewise, the web axis of the planetary gear 10 also causes the web axis of the planetary gear 11 to pivot due to its weight in certain positions, namely in a direction which is opposite to the direction in which the webbing axis is rotated after the locking position. Since the Ge weight effect in the different positions of the web axles of the two planetary gears 10, 11 changes continuously, an immediate compensation of the movements of the two web axes of the planetary gears 10, 11 not originating from the servo motor will of course not occur Plane tenrades 10 has reached its locking position.
a complete compensation of the pivoting of the web axles of the planetary gears 10, 11 resulting from the weight effects has taken place, so that the gear shaft 1 has actually performed two revolutions in this case.
It is of course also possible to arrange the planetary web axes in such a way that they are moved in horizontal planes instead of in vertical planes. The dead weights of the tarpaulin web axles then no longer influence each other.
But there is a weight effect here. no longer occurs, provision must be made that, when a planetary bar axle becomes free, it is swiveled immediately behind the stop of the relay and that a lifting of the other planetary bar axles from their stops of the relay caused by a planet bar axle that has become free is also avoided in any case what can be achieved by providing appropriately trained means.
For example, the pivoting of the planetary web axis behind the stop of the rotating armature when a relay is energized can be achieved by resilient training of the lugs located on the web axes or the stops arranged on the rotating armature. The lugs of the stay axles then rest on the stops of the armature with spring pressure, which causes the exposed lug of the stay axle to be immediately pushed back when a relay is activated.
Since the nose of the web axis then comes to rest behind the stop of the returned to the rest position anchor, incorrect registrations are avoided. A reverse rotation of the planetary web axles which bear against their stops on the relays when a planetary web axle becomes free can be avoided, for example, by a further blocking provided on the pulse relay.
According to Fig. For example, a. Such a locking mechanism includes a locking lever 50, a V1Tinlzelstücli 51 attached to a support part of the pulse relay, serving as a bearing and stop for the locking lever, and a spiral spring 5 \ _ 'attached to the locking lever 50 on the one hand and to the angle piece 51 on the other. Furthermore, the nose 21 of the weight 20 of the planetary web axle 19 is resilient here.
When the armature is actuated by the control coil of the pulse relay, the tensioned spring lug 21 is released and fast forward, so that when the armature 37 is returned to its rest position it is finite security behind the stop 36 of the armature 3'7.
Shortly before the end of a rotation of the planetary web axle 19, the nose 21 will then push the locking lever 50 to the side. At the end of the revolution of the planetary web axis 19, the locking lever 50 has fallen off the nose 21 and is brought to rest against the angle piece 51 by the spiral spring 52 tensioned when the locking lever 50 is pivoted.
Since the locking lever 50 on the one hand comes into contact with the angle lever piece 51, the planetary sleeve 19 can only be rotated backward until the lug 21 is in contact with the locking lever 50 when another pin or pin axis becomes free comes.
The means for achieving an immediate pivoting of a planetary bar axis in the required direction when its blocking and to avoid lifting of the planetary bar axes in the blocked position when a planetary bar axis is in operation can also be used in a differential gear arrangement with planets movable in horizontal planes B> 21 are provided.
