Description

  

  Ventilsteuerung an     Verbrennungskraftmaschinen.       Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine  Ventilsteuerung an     Verbrennungskraftma-          schinen.    Gemäss der Erfindung sind die die  Ventile betätigenden Hebel fliegend und  drehbar auf Zapfen gelagert. Diese Zapfen  können aus den Hebeln herausgezogen wer  den, worauf diese ohne weiteres von den  Ventilen weggenommen werden können.     Da-          durch    wird eine rasche Demontage dieser  Hebel     ermöglicht    und     nahher    können die  Ventile aus dem Zylinderdeckel herausge  nommen werden, ohne dass die Ventilhebel  dabei hindern.

   Die Ventilhebel können     mit-          telst    Gelenkstangen betätigt     werden    und kön  nen bei deren Demontage mit ihnen in     Ver-          bindung    bleiben.  



  In den     Fig.    1 bis 3 der Zeichnung ist ein       Ausführungsbeispiel    des     Erfindungsgegen-          sxandes    dargestellt. Diese zeigt einen Zylin  derdeckel mit je zwei Einlass- und zwei     Aus-          (a        ssventilen.     



       Fig.    1 ist ein     Vertilkalschnitt;        Fig.    2  und     :3    sind Grundrisse desselben. In     Fig.    2    sind alle Hebel in der Betriebslage darge  stellt. In     Fig.    3 sind die untern Hebel demon  tiert.  



  1 ist ein Zylinder einer     Verbrennungs-          kraftmaschine,    2 der Zylinderdeckel, 3, 4, 5,  6 sind Ventileinsätze, in welchen Ventile 7  und 8, 9 und 10 (die beiden ersten nicht dar  gestellt) angeordnet sind. Die Steuerung der  Ventile 7 bis 10 erfolgt durch die Nocken  welle 11 mit den Steuerdaumen 12 und 13,  welche mittelst Rollen 14, 15 und Stossstan  gen 16, 17 auf die Ventilhebel 18, 19 wirken.  Für die Betätigung der von der Steuerwelle  abliegenden Ventile 7 und 9 sind die Ventil  hebel 20g21 vorgesehen, die von den Hebeln  18, 19 mittelst     Mitnehmern    22 betätigt wer  den.  



  Die Ventilhebel 18, 19     bezw.    20, 21 sind  fliegend und drehbar auf einem Zapfen 23       bezw.    24 zu beiden Seiten eines Lagers im  Support 25     bezw.    26 gelagert. Die Zapfen  23, 24 sind so ausgebildet, dass sie in ihrem  Support 25     bezw.    26 axial verschoben und so      aus dem Ventilhebel herausgezogen werden       können,    so dass der     Ventilhebel    nach oben  umgeklappt werden kann, wie dies in     Fig.    1  für den Hebel 18 durch die     punktierte    Stel  lung 181 dargestellt ist.  



  Der Hebel 20 kann dann durch einfache  Drehung in die punktierte Stellung 201     (Fig.     1 und 3) gebracht werden. Damit werden die  beiden     Ventileinsätze    5 und 6 freigelegt, so  dass sie ohne weiteres nach oben herausgezo  gen werden können. Die Erfindung ermög  licht also beim gezeichneten Ausführungs  beispiel eine rasche Demontage der Ventile  ohne weitgehende Demontage der Ventilhebel  und ihrer Verbindung mit den übrigen  Steuerorganen.
