Zugregelungseinrichtung an Feuerungen.
Die Fig. 3 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch eine abgeänderte Ausführungsform; die Fig. 4 zeigt einen Einzelteil; die Fig. 5 und6 zeigen eine weitere abgeänderte Ausfüh rungsform in Vorderansicht und Seitenan- sieht;
Bei der in Fig. 10 und11 dargestellten .;Iusfüllrungsform sitzt, wie ersichtlich, der Nebenluftregler, der in seiner Ausführung dein in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten entspricht, .,eitlich am Schornstein und wird von beiden Feuertüren1 und11 beeinflusst. Die beiden Seilzüge26 und27 sind hier ähnlich wie bei tn der in Fi;
Beim Schlie ssen der Feuertüre II erfolgt wiederum ein Zurückziehen des Doppelschiebers 14 durch fl a s Gegengewicht10. Auch bei dieser Aus- n C führungsform könnte statt des Doppelschie bers14 eine Klappe, entsprechend der Klappe16 nach Fig. 3, zum unmittelbaren Nebenlufteinlass in den Schornstein oder auch ein zwangläufiger Offnungsliebel, ent sprechend dem Hebel23, für die am Wage balken aufgehängten Ventilscheiben Verwen dung finden;
Draft control device on furnaces. For economic reasons, the aim of combustion systems is always to ensure that the combustion process takes place with an amount of air that is as close as possible to the theoretically correct one, and that therefore only a correspondingly small amount of air is supplied by the draft.
This is en not only in the case of a furnace for an always high output and one of this burning speed; corresponding tensile strength must be taken into account, but also in the case of a furnace for varying outputs and therefore for different tensile strengths corresponding to the individual combustion process indices.
In all these cases, however, the respective tensile strength is constantly exposed to fluctuations upwards and downwards, since the state is constantly changing due to frequent opening of the fire door and the progress of the combustion process the combustion and the gas column in the chimney, which is constantly changing due to atmospheric influences, continue to act on each other in alternating ways.
The elimination of these fluctuations as far as possible must therefore be one of the first tasks in structuring the combustion process economically.
To solve this problem, the present invention is to serve, which consists in that one or more members for letting in the outside air on an automatic secondary air inlet regulator are brought into a dependency relationship with at least one closing element, for example with a fire door of the furnace which temporarily outside air enters the furnace.
The drawing shows a number of exemplary Ausfülirungsformen the subject of the inven- tion, namely, Figs. 1 and 2 in front and side views show an embodiment in which the secondary air regulator is placed on the flue gas duct leading to the chimney .
FIG. 3 shows a longitudinal section through a modified embodiment; Fig. 4 shows a detail; FIGS. 5 and 6 show a further modified embodiment in a front view and a side view;
FIG. 7 shows an individual view, FIG. 8 shows a further simplified filling form in cross section through the auxiliary air regulator, and FIG. 9 / B > A side view of the fire door with a cable connection leading to the secondary air regulator, while FIGS. 10 and 11 show an embodiment in front view and side view, in which a secondary air vent is attached to the side of the chimney ,
fler sits between two firings and is dependent on the fire doors of both.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 9 C and 29 , 1 is the fire door: one runs below it Shaft 4 rotatable in bearings 3, in which a lug 2 can be adjusted, is fixed. At one end the e wears
C wave -! a lever 5 with counterweight 6 -in which in turn adjustable, for example by means of a clamp or clamp 7, a cable pull 8 is attached, which runs over guide rollers 9 . One of these roles 9 . Sits on the housing of a secondary air regulator and the end of the cable 8 engages all of the connecting rods of two slides 14 through which the entry of the outside air into (read regulator housing can be released or locked.
A continuation of the cable pull 8 engages the same connecting rod, which carries a counterweight 10 via a further roller at the end. 21 The inner adjustment tuno of the secondary air flap cannot be seen in Fig. 1.
In this embodiment, it can be the same as it emerges, for example, from the section in FIG. 3. On a double carriage beam 13 which forms a handlebar guide and carries an adjustment weight 15 , there are two valve disks 11 and 12, which are influenced on the one hand by the vacuum in the flue gas flue '30 Z, and on the other hand through the outside air, the inlet of the secondary air is continuously regulated.
The '# Virl-, un-s-way in the execution-s-form according to Figs. 1 and 2- is as follows. If the fire door 1 is opened, the lever 5 is turned around and the double slide 14 is opened by means of the cable pull 1. The reverse is done after closing the fire door is moved into the closed position by turning the lever 5 .
By adjusting the clamp 7 , the amount of opening and closing movement of the double slide 14 can be set for each case. Fig. 4 shows the attachment of the clamp 7 to the lever 5 on a larger scale.
FIG. 3 shows a hasty, modified embodiment in that in it the cable pull 8 engages a flap 16 , which is pulled by the cable in the same way as the slide 14 in the in Fi-. 1 and 2 shown embodiment is opened and closed by a counterweight. 17 .
In contrast to the regulator according to FIG. 1, here the outside air is not let into parts of the housing which are sliced through the valve 11 and 12 against the flue gas duct 30 , but when the flap 16 is opened, outside air bypassing the valve discs 11 and 12 directly enters the flue gas duct 30. </ B>
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6, a simple shutter lock 21 is provided on the controller housing. which is shown on a larger scale in Fig. 7. The rope closes, here runs over a pulley 9 and through the eyelet of a rope holder 2.5 that can be adjusted on the fire door 1 by means of a slide guide.
Depending on the setting of this S, -, filter on the fire door, the shutter 21 is opened and closed to a greater or lesser extent when the door is opened and closed.
In the closed position of the fire door, the shutter lock assumes such a position as is desired for the correct automatic control by means of the valve disk 20 of the controller, which is shown in FIG. 6 by a balance beam 19 < / B> is balanced with an adjustable counterweight 18 - Fig. 8 shows a modified embodiment, at which is the air inlet; ii the Housing is unchangeable - and the cable 8 means one at 22 in the housing.
rotatably attached lever 23 acts directly on the valve disc 20, so that when the fire door is opened, the valve disc 20 is pressed into the open position, without prejudice to the automatic regulation of the auxiliary air supply through this valve disc when the fire door is closed.
In the case of the filling form shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, as can be seen, the secondary air regulator, which in its embodiment is shown in FIG. 1, is located and 2 shown corresponds to,., on the chimney and is influenced by both fire doors 1 and 11 . The two cables 26 and 27 are here similar to those of tn in Fi;
-. 5 and 6 shown embodiment through the eyelet of a cable holder 2.5, which is adjustable in a (x'leitleituiig 24) ali-the fire door.
Both cables run together in front of the pulley 9 attached to the controller housing and each carries a special weight 28 or a weight in front of the union. 29, while the united, cable, which is connected to the connecting rod, of the double slide 1-1 , has a weight at the end of the cable > 10 . When the fire door 1 is opened, the rope 26 with geo-weight 28 is pulled, which the double slider in follows the opening sense,
while the loosening rope 27 is held taut by the weight 29 . When the fire door I closes, both gate valves and the weight 29 are pulled back into the starting position by the heavier counterweight 10 attached to the end. The same applies when opening the fire door ii, where the rope 27 is tightened with weight 229 , the double slide opens and the loosening rope 26 is held taut by the weight 28 * 4.
When the fire door II is closed, the double slide 14 is in turn withdrawn by the counterweight 10. In this embodiment, too, guidance could take place of the double slider 14 a flap, corresponding to the flap 16 according to FIG. 3, for the direct secondary air inlet into the chimney or an inevitable opening love ent using the lever 23 for the valve disks suspended from the balance beam;
also, of course, a shutter lock according to Fig. 7.
In all cases it is ensured that the harmful effects that arise. if the fire door in the chimney is opened frequently, it is eliminated. When the fire door is open, the air entering the furnace compensates for the otherwise prevailing negative pressure in the flue gas duct. the chimney more or less approaches the external air pressure, so that the air inlet valves of the automatic secondary air regulator are in the closed position and may also be deactivated.
By opening the double slide 14 respectively. the shutter 21 of the Re #, lers this after part is fixed in the facilities shown without changing the weights on '##,' a-, eball, en. or * this can be done by forcibly opening the air inlet valve 20 itself (FIG. 8), or by opening the flap 16 (FIG. 3) > through which additional outside air is let into the smoke duct directly.
Which of the illustrated embodiments deserves preference in one or the other application is determined by the particular operating conditions of the furnace in question.
