Elektrische Kettenfadenwäehtereinrichtung an Webstühlen.
Electric warp machine on looms. The invention relates to an electric warp thread monitor device on looms with contact strands in the heald frames and with a control circuit to be closed by falling healds (in the event of a thread break). According to the invention, the individual heald frame is provided with stretchable springs connected to the parking circuit for the periodic production of contact closure in the shed position by means of a contact device with which a second contact device that produces a corresponding periodic contact closure interacts.
The aim is to ensure a permanently reliable readiness for action by avoiding contact parts that slide on one another and are therefore subject to severe wear.
The drawing serves to explain an embodiment of the subject invention. It shows: Fitg. 1 a (only partially drawn) loom in elevation. 2 shows the connection of the individual heald frame with the first contact device, FIG. 3 shows a section through the second contact device, FIG. 4 shows an end view of FIG. 3, while FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 illustrate on a larger scale details of the individual heald frame; Fig. 8 shows the circuit diagram.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes some heald frames, the number of which can of course be different. These heald frames 1. are suspended in a known manner on (nichtgezeich designated) cords to be moved up and down in the required manner. As can be seen from FIG. 8, the individual heald frame has two rods 2 and 3 for receiving the heald or contact strands 4 (FIGS. 7, 8). The upper rod 2 has two electrical conductors 6 and 6 lying one inside the other, which are separated from one another by an insulating layer 7.
This shaft rod 2 lies at both ends in insulating pieces 8 and 9 (shown in section in FIGS. 5 and 6). The current conductor 5 of the shaft rod 2 is connected by a bolt 10 arranged in the insulating piece 8 and a compression spring 11 acting on this with a contact line 12 attached in the shaft frame and thereby connected to a contact pin 13 in a current-conducting manner. The contact pin 13 de heald frame is through a stretchable con tact spring 14 in constant connection with a contact plate 15, which is switched into the Ab alternating circuit 16, 17 of the loom.
The conductor 6 of the shaft rod 2 is electrically connected to a contact line 19 provided in the shaft frame, which leads to a contact pin 20, through a fork-like crossover bolt 18 (FIG. 6) mounted in the insulating piece 9 and a compression spring 18 '. The contact pin 20 of the shaft frame is connected to a contact pin 22 by a stretchable contact spring 21. All the contact bolts 22 present are arranged in a common insulating piece 23 such that they can be displaced. On the individual contact bolt 22 a relative to the contact spring 21 weaker spring 24 is pushed, the pressure of which can be regulated by means of a nut 25.
The screw nut 25 serves at the same time as a contact disk 26 as a stop, which contact disk serves to interact with a contact plate 27 provided on the insulating piece 23, which in turn is connected to the shutdown circuit 16, 17. On the stretchable contact springs 21 an insulating stable protective cover 28 is applied, in order to avoid the transmission of current from one spring to an adjacent spring.
Since as a result of the described connec tion of the two conductors 5 and 6 of the upper shaft rod 2 with the contact pins 13 and 20 also a current transmission to the upper and lower longitudinal part (wooden rod) of the individual heald frame unifying rails is prevented, a current transmission from one Heald frame on the other hand excluded, that is, the stretchable contact springs can only establish an electrical connection via the conductive parts of the upper shaft rod 2.
Every time the individual heald frame reaches the lower shed position, the corresponding contact disc 26 occurs as a result of the longitudinal displacement of the contact pin 22 caused by the contact spring 21, in touch with the contact plate 27, so that the shutdown circuit 16, 17 is closed at this point. When a strand of contact 4 falls (as a result of thread breakage) in the heald frame, the same comes into contact with its current conductors 5 and 6, as shown in phantom in FIG. the intended second contact device is used for precise control of this point in time.
This has two contact tongues 29, which are switched on via a relay x in the shutdown circuit 16, 17. These two contact tongues 29, which are arranged on an insulating body 30 and covered by a protective cap 31 (omitted in FIG. 4), are periodically connected to one another by a contact disk 32. The contact disk 32 is attached to a shaft 34 via an Issoiler piece 3ss attached, which is longitudinally adjustable in a bearing 35 ", - (, is arranged.
The bearing 35 is provided on a guide fork 36 which cooperates through a roller 37 with a lifting disc 39 adjustably attached to a drive shaft 38; the guide fork 36 is laterally guided on the shaft 38 between the cam disk 39 and the hammer eccentric.
The contact shaft 34 guided in the insulating body 30 is periodically advanced against the influence of a compression spring 40 against the contact tongues 29 by the influence of the hub disk 39, so that the same are electrically connected to one another via the contact disk 32. The pressure of the spring 40 on the contact shaft 34 can be regulated by means of an adjusting ring 41. The insulating body 30, which is equipped with the contact tongues 29 and the contact shaft 34, is adjustable in the height direction on a support rod 42, which in turn is adjustable on a holding device 43.
The contact plate 27, which belongs to the contact device cooperating with the upper shaft rod 2, is adjustable in the height direction on the loom by means of a support arm 44 fastened to the insulating piece 23.
