Description

  

      Bettbeschlag.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein       Bettbeschlag,    welcher     in        Verbindung    mit  einem     Einhängemittel    zur Befestigung von       Bettkopfteilen        und    Bettseiten miteinander  dient.  



  Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass hinter  einer     Einhängeplatte    und zwischen daran be  findlichen     Klemmarmen    ein     Holzdübel    ange  ordnet ist. Die     Klemmarme    greifen zweck  mässigerweise um den Holzdübel, können aber  auch     vermittelst    Nägeln damit vereinigt     sein.     Durch eine solche Ausbildung wird ein     Bett-          beschlag    geschaffen, welcher zufolge des  Holzdübels in einem Bohrloch :des entspre  chenden     Betteils    durch Verleimen befestigt  werden kann.  



  Die Erfindung zeichnet sich noch weiter  dadurch aus, dass der Holzdübel auf einer an  der     Einhängeplafte    vorgesehenen Umrandung       lagert.    Durch eine solche Ausbildung     kann          zwischen        Einhängeplatte    und Holzdübel ein       bestimmter    Hohlraum gebildet werden, worin  die     Einhängemittel    eine begrenzte Bewe-         gungsfreiheit    erhalten, in     .dem    Sinne,     d'ass    das  störende Spiel     zwischen    Bettseite und Bett  kopfteil     beseitigt        wird.     



  Auf der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausfüh  rungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes       dargestell;          Fig.    1 zeigt in     Vorderansicht    eine     Kopf-          platte    a mit     Klemmarmen    b;       Fig.    2 ist ein     Längsschnitt    nach der Linie       I-1    in     Fig.    1 mit einem Holzdübel<I>f,</I> wel  cher auf dem     umgebördelten    Plattenrand c  lagernd, zwischen den umgebogenen Enden d  der Klemmarme     b        angeordnet    ist;

         Fig.    2a zeigt einen Schnitt nach Linie       3--3    der     Fig.    2;       Fig.    3     zeigt    eine Detailvariante der  Klemmarme, wobei der Holzdübel durch seit  liche     Befestigungsmittel        wie    Nägel, Schrau  ben, vorstehende     Auspressungen,    Spitzen oder  dergleichen gehalten ist;

         Fig.    4 ist ein Schnitt     nach        Linie        4-4     in     Fig.    2 und zeigt,     wie    der Holzdübel auf      dem Rand c der Kopfplatte a sitzt und ge  sichert ist;       Fig.    5 zeigt ein     Bettkopfteil        g    mit dem  durch Verleimen eingedübelten Beschlag und  der     zugehörigen        Linsenkopfschraube,    die in  ein Seitenteil des     Bettes    verschraubt ist;

         Fig.,    6 zeigt,     wie    der Linsenkopf der  Schraube in den Beschlag eingreift, wobei er  sichtlich ist,     da.ss    der Kopf kein Spiel mehr  hat,     siondern    an der auch     rrückwärts        .ge-          sicherten        Dübelbegrenzung    seine gesicherte  Lage hat.



      Bed fitting. The subject matter of the present invention is a bed fitting which, in conjunction with a suspension means, is used to fasten bed headboards and bed sides to one another.



  The invention consists in that a wooden dowel is arranged behind a hanging plate and between it be sensitive clamping arms. The clamping arms expediently grip the wooden dowel, but can also be combined with it by means of nails. Such a design creates a bed fitting which, according to the wooden dowel, can be attached in a drill hole of the corresponding bed part by gluing.



  The invention is further characterized in that the wooden dowel is supported on a border provided on the hanging plate. With such a design, a certain cavity can be formed between the hanging plate and wooden dowel, in which the hanging means are given limited freedom of movement, in the sense that the disruptive play between the bed side and the bed headboard is eliminated.



  In the drawing, two Ausfüh are approximately examples of the subject matter of the invention; 1 shows a front view of a head plate a with clamping arms b; FIG. 2 is a longitudinal section along the line I-1 in FIG. 1 with a wooden dowel <I> f, </I> wel cher mounted on the flanged plate edge c, is arranged between the bent ends d of the clamping arms b;

         FIG. 2a shows a section along line 3--3 of FIG. 2; Fig. 3 shows a detailed variant of the clamping arms, wherein the wooden dowel is held ben by Liche fastening means such as nails, screws, protruding press-outs, tips or the like;

         Fig. 4 is a section along line 4-4 in Fig. 2 and shows how the wooden dowel sits on the edge c of the head plate a and is secured GE; 5 shows a bed head part g with the fitting dowelled by gluing and the associated pan head screw which is screwed into a side part of the bed;

         Fig. 6 shows how the pan head of the screw engages in the fitting, whereby it is evident that the head no longer has any play, but has its secured position on the dowel border, which is also secured backwards.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Bed fitting which, in conjunction with a suspension means, is used to attach bed headboards and bed sides to one another, characterized by a suspension plate with a flanged edge and with clamping arms, as well as a wooden dowel, which is fastened and determined between the clamping arms on the headplate border is to be fixed in a borehole of the corre sponding bed part by gluing.

SUBSTANTIAL CLAIM: Bed fitting according to patent claim, characterized in that a cavity of such dimensions is provided between the wooden dowel and the hanging plate that when the oval head of an owl screw fastened in the other bed part is hooked into the hanging plate, the limited movement for the oval head is secured, disturbing play between the sides of the bed and the headboards is avoided.
