Formuhr.
Form clock. The subject of the invention is a small watch, a so-called form watch, such as a wrist, ring and jewelry watch, in which the organs of the running mechanism including the escapement in one part and the unrest along with the balance spring in another part above the mentioned part to save space Part of the clockwork frame are provided and the shafts of the organs of the drive and the escape wheel are arranged in approximately demsel ben distances from the shaft of the balance wheel.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment and it shows: FIG. 1 the view of the clockwork from the rear, FIG. 2 a section along the line AA and FIG. 3 a section along the line BB in FIG. 1 FIG. 4 shows the front view of the clockwork, FIG. 5 shows a detail from FIG. 1,
in a different position development of individual parts and Fig. 6 the clock shell, in plan and cross section along the line C-C, in the clockwork shown opposite, smaller pale rod.
The clockwork shown shows a plate 1 and a winding pin 2 which can be moved in its longitudinal direction (Fig. 4, 5), which carries a winding button 3 on the outside and a toothed piston 4 on the inside, the latter being rotated by the latter when the winding pin is turned, however, it is not shifted when moving the winding pin.
This toothed piston is in engagement with the gear wheel 5, which in turn engages two transmission wheels 6 and 7 which are rotatably seated on a carriage beam 8, the pivot axis 9 of which is identical to the axis of rotation of the gear wheel 5. A spring 10 (FIG. 4) and a double-armed lever 11 serve to pivot the balance 8.
The spring 10 tends to always pivot the carriage 8 so that the transmission wheel 6 engages the spring tensioning wheel 12, while the fork 13 of the double-armed lever 11 engages around a cross pin 14 of the elevator pin 2, so that when the pulling pin is pulled 2 to the outside the double-armed lever 11 is pressed with its lever arm 15 against the end of the balance 8 carrying the transmission wheel 7 and, under tensioning the spring 10, the balance 8 is pivoted so that the transmission wheel 7 with the ring gear 16 of the large pointer 17 load-bearing,
on the pointer axis 18 fully fitted sleeve 19 gets into a handle. The pointer axis 18 is rotatably mounted in the plate 1 and in the cover plate 20.
A sleeve 22, which carries the small pointer 21 and is provided with a toothed ring 23, is pushed onto the sleeve 19. The ring gears 16 and 23 are in the middle of coaxially interconnected transmission gears 24, 25 in motion connection in such a way that when the small pointer is rotated according to an hour division of the dial, the large pointer executes one complete revolution.
The spring tension wheel 12 is firmly seated on the gela Gerten axis 26 in the board 1 and the cover plate 20, to which the mainspring 27 is attached at one end, the other end of which is attached to the housing 29 surrounding it, which is rotatable about the axis 26. The wheel rim 30 arranged on the spring housing 29 engages in the toothed piston 31 fixedly arranged on the pointer axis 18. To the side of this, an impeller 32 is provided, which by means of the two impellers 33, 34 and the drive rods 35, 36 is in movement connection with the drive wheel 37 of the armature wheel 38.
The headstocks 35, 36 respectively. The shafts 39, 40 carrying the impellers 33, 34, and the shaft 37, which carries the drive wheel 37 and the escape wheel 38 are at one end in the plate 1 and at the other end in an intermediate plate 41, where necessary in Stones stored.
The armature shaft 42 with the armature 43 is mounted in the board 1 and in the anchor bracket 44, the latter being fastened to the board 1 be. The armature 43 is designed in a known manner to form a fork 45 with a mandrel 46 and is set in motion by means of the pin 48 arranged on the sleeve 47. The sleeve 47 is attached to the axle 49 of the balance wheel 50, wel Ches is under the action of the balance spring 51, one end of which is attached to a sleeve 52 fixed on the axle 49 and the other end to the pins 53 of the regulator 54.
The indexer 4 is sunk into a recess in the balance bridge, which is fastened on the plate 1 and on the intermediate plate 51 the adjustment range of the arm 56 of the indexer 54 is provided with a division 57.
The pawl 58 serves to hold the spring tensioning wheel 12 in place when the spring 27 is tensioned, the cam 59 of which is pressed into the teeth of the spring tensioning wheel 12 by means of the spring 60.
The watch shell 61 has corresponding to the recesses 62 @ at the top and bottom end of the board 1 tapered ends 63, where in over the tapering, which after any line, for example, as shown, an arc line, or even after a straight or Broken line can run the staples 64 can be arranged to attach the shell to tape parts, in such a way that the staples are below half the top of the shell and within its outer transverse side surfaces.
According to the illustration, the clockwork has the organs for driving the clockwork in the lower half of the clockwork frame formed by the plate 1, the cover plate 20, the intermediate plate 41, and the balance bridge 55 and the organs for the drive, consisting in the upper half from the running wheels 33, 34, the rackets 35, 36 and the corresponding shafts, as well as the parts used to regulate the gear, the drive wheel 37, the escape wheel 38,
the armature 43 and the corresponding shafts. The organs for setting the hands and for winding the mainspring are approximately in the bottom of the clockwork: to the side of the organs mentioned.
In contrast to the known arrangements in clockworks, where all the running gear parts, including the inhibiting parts, such as anchor, escape wheel, and unrest, are in a sequence to the side or side. are arranged one behind the other, in the present embodiment, the above-mentioned organs forming the running mechanism, the wheels 33, 34 and the headstocks 35, 36 along with the associated shafts,
as well as the escape wheel 38 with the drive wheel 37 and the armature 43 in a special part of the clockwork frame delimited by the plate 1 and the intermediate plate 41 and arranged over the sem in a special space limited by the plate 41 and the balance bridge 55, the balance 50 and whose spring 51 is anomdnet. The shafts of the drive members are mounted in the parts which limit the space intended for them, i.e. in the board 1 and the intermediate plate 41,
while the shaft of the balance wheel 50 is mounted in the plate 1 and the balance bridge 55.
At; This arrangement, the shaft 37 ', 39 and 40 for the drive members, as well as the shaft 42 were arranged in approximately the same position in a circular arc around the shaft 49 of the balance wheel and the shaft of the balance wheel moved pretty close to the pointer axis than this with others Executions is the case, whereby a large space saving is achieved.
This enables the waves to be unsteady in the armature and to be arranged in relation to one another in such a way that the angle enclosed by the connecting lines a, b of the wave 42 with the waves 37 'and 49 is less than 80 (Fig. 4), while usually the three axes mentioned lie in a straight line or at an obtuse angle at most a right angle to each other.
