Description

  

  Vorrichtung zur gleichmässigen     Beheizung    von Spinnschächten.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein neues  Heizsystem für Spinnschächte bei     Herstellung     von Kunstfäden nach     dem        Trockenspinnver-          fahren,        wobei        eine    Mehrzahl von Spinn  schächten zu einem     Aggregat    vereinigt und  die     Beheizung    der obern und     untern    Hälfte  jedes     Spinnschachtes    getrennt     mittelst    einer       Umlaufheizung        durchgeführt    wird.

    



  Will man den     Spinnprozess    in allen  Schächten,     wie    es     erwünscht    ist, unter genau  denselben     Bedingungen    durchführen, so be  steht die Aufgabe, jedem einzelnen Schacht  in der Zeiteinheit     genau        dieselbe    Wärme  menge bei ein     und    derselben Temperatur zu  zuführen.  



  Erfindungsgemäss wird diese Aufgabe     ge-          löst,    indem man die Gesamtzahl der Spinn  schächte hälftig teilt und in jeder der bei  den     Hälften        Schacht    für Schacht hinterein  ander von     Ader    Heizflüssigkeit durchströmen  lässt.

   Hierbei erleidet die     Tleizflüssigkeit          zwischen    dem ersten und dem letzten Schacht  (im     Sinne    der Strömung gerechnet) einen    gewissen     Temperaturabfall,    der zwar durch  Vergrösserung der umlaufenden Flüssigkeits  menge beliebig klein gemacht werden kann,  im     praktischen    Falle     aber    immerhin messbar  bleibt.

   Um diesem     Temperaturunterschied    zu  kompensieren, wendet man     im    zweiten     Heiz-          system    die     entgegengesetzte        Strömungsrich-          tung    an,     derart,        da.ss    der Schacht, welchem  im     erstere    System infolge     Temperaturabfalles     der     Heizflüssigkeit    weniger" Wärme zuge  führt wird, im     zweiten    System umgekehrt als  erster beheizt wird und     .daher    die grösste  Wärmemenge erhält.  



  Die     Vorrichtung        ist    schematisch in     Fig.    1  dargestellt. Eine grössere Anzahl gleich  gebauter Spinnschächte     ist    zu einem Aggre  gat     vereinigt    und im obern Teil von     Heiz-          mänteln        a,    im untern Teil von Heizmänteln     l)     umgeben. Die Mäntel a gehören zu dem obern       Heizsystem,    dessen     Heizflüssigkeit    durch die  Pumpe c im Umlauf gehalten wird.

   Die       Heizflüssigkeit    tritt     zuerst    in die beiden  äussersten Schächte und durchströmt sodann           hintereinander    sämtliche Schächte der bei  den     Hälften,    welche unter sich durch die  Rohrstücke 4     verbunden    sind, bis sie in     eines          Sammelleitung        vereinigt    zur     Pumpe    c     zti-          rückgelangt.    Das untere     Heizsystem    durch  die Pumpe d versorgt,,

   wird     umgekehrt        durch-          trömt,    derart,     dass    die Heizflüssigkeit in  die beiden mittleren Schächte zuerst eintritt,  die Schächte     hintereinander    von innen nach       aussen    durchströmt und von den äussersten       Schächten    zur Pumpe d     zurückgelangt.    An  beliebiger geeigneter Stelle sind in die     Ring-          leitungen        geizvo@rriehtungen    (in der Zeich  nung     nicht    dargestellt) eingebaut,

   welche das  umlaufende     Heizmittel    wieder auf die er  wünschte Temperatur bringen.  



  Um eine gleiche Verteilung der umlaufen  den Heizflüssigkeit auf die beiden parallel       geschalteten    Hälften jedes Systems zu ge  währleisten, kann in an sich bekannter Weise  eine beliebige     Druckmindervorrichtung        f    in  jeden Zweig des     Kreislaufes    eingebaut wer-    den,     welcho so    beschaffen ist, dass ihr Wi  derstand erheblich grösser wird als der Wi  derstand der hintereinander     geschalteten     Rohre.

  According to the invention, this object is achieved by dividing the total number of spinning chutes in half and allowing the heating fluid to flow through each of the halves, chute by chute, one behind the other.

   In this case, the fluid between the first and the last shaft (calculated in terms of the flow) suffers a certain drop in temperature, which can be made as small as desired by increasing the amount of fluid circulating, but remains measurable in the practical case.

   To compensate for this temperature difference, the opposite flow direction is used in the second heating system, so that the shaft, to which less heat is supplied in the first system due to the temperature drop in the heating fluid, is reversely heated in the second system as the first and .therefore receives the greatest amount of heat.



  The device is shown schematically in FIG. A large number of spinning shafts of the same construction are combined to form an aggregate and surrounded in the upper part by heating jackets a, in the lower part by heating jackets l).
