Fig. 1 ist eine Seitenansicht ,der Kamera. Ein Teil der vorn liegenden Seitenwand ist ausgeschnitten, um die Vorschubeinrichtung zu zeigen; Fig. 2 ist eine Vorderansicht,der Kamera rückwand, wobei einige Teile fortgelassen sind, um die Einrichtung klar @zu zeigen;
Roll film camera for perforated photo tapes. The invention relates to a roll film camera for perforated photo tapes, in which the film strips coming from the supply roll, after it has been exposed, is moved by means of a gripper that engages the holes of the film in the direction of the receiving roll. The movement of the gripper is so dimensioned; that a certain amount of film length is conveyed by each gripping operation and this movement is limited, for example, by stops.
In roll film cameras of this type it happens by chance or by carelessness that the gripper is not shifted the full way before it is returned to be ready for the next film feed. In this case, the film section that has just been exposed would not be completely conveyed out of the image window and the new film section would not be fed completely into the exposure position.
The subject of the invention is a roll film cavrera in which such an imperfect film advance is prevented and the film must necessarily be displaced the full path with each actuation before the gripper can perform the return movement.
The invention is illustrated, for example, in the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 is a side view of the camera. Part of the forward side wall is cut away to show the advancement mechanism; Fig. 2 is a front view of the camera back with some parts omitted to clearly show the device;
3 is a side view of the rear wall of the camera with the film feed device; Fig. 4 is a fragmentary perspective view of the film advance device in a position in which the fuse is activated. The camera 1 is equipped with the viewfinder 2 and contains the film chambers 3 and 4. The film 5 is passed from the upper chamber 3 past the image window 6 into the lower chamber -4. On the inside, the removable rear wall 7 of the camera is a.
Plate 8, expediently with: screws 9, fastened. The side edges of the plate 8 are bent inward and form the guide strips 10 for a .Schlitten 11, the -auf- and along the plate 8. can be moved away.
With the upper end 12 of the carriage 11, a gripper 13 is connected by hinge, the teeth of which can engage in the holes 7 4 of the film 5 so that they convey the film down when the Schlit th and the gripper moves down will.
The leaf spring 15 is attached to the carriage 11 and presses against the rear of the gripper 13, thereby bringing it into the position in which it engages the film 5 in a resilient manner. In Fig. 1 it can be seen that the teeth of the gripper 13 are cut straight on the underside, while their upper edges are beveled.
Therefore grab when the! Slide is moved down with the gripper; the teeth with aden below straight - edges into the film perforations and convey the film downwards (film advance), while the beveled upper edges of the teeth slide out of the holes when the carriage moves back upwards, nm to reach into the perforations again at the upper end of this path,
whereby the device is ready for the next film feed down. The spring 17, which carries the pressure plate 16, is generally attached to the stops 18 and 18 'at the top and bottom of the plate 11. This acts on the film 5 by pulling it towards the film web 19 pressed:
The coil springs 20 ″ are attached with their upper ends to the rear wall of the camera 7 and with their lower ends to eyelets 21, which protrude laterally -an .dem lower end of the carriage 1i and -capacity of a curvature over) the guide strips 10 -to au The springs 20 will therefore snap back the) carriage 11, together with the gripper, into the initial position, when it is pulled down and is now released.
The rear wall 7 has an elongated cutout (522) through which a handle 23 attached to the slide 11 protrudes. The slide can be moved by means of this handle.
The other carriage 11 is loosely rotatable about a pin 2'4, for example, the pawl 25 is attached, one end 26 of which is close to the pivot point 24 is flat and sharp-edged. The leaf spring 27 is supported at both ends, for example on pins 28, is in contact with the corners at the flat end of the pawl 25 and has. hence the endeavor to press it into its middle horizontal position (see Fig. 2).
The other end 2.9 of the pawl 25 is rounded off and can engage in each of the projections 30 and 31, which are provided at a certain distance from one another at the lower end of the one guide bar 10: the last Parts described are shown in Fig. 2 in solid lines in their usual ge position.
During the downward movement of the slide 11, the pawl 25 resting with its round end 29 on the edge of the guide bar 10 is rotated upwards about its pivot bearing against the pressure of the leaf spring 27.
With continued downward movement of the dull carriage 11, the pawl 25, which slides along the edge of the bar, is carried along until the film advance has ended, that is, up to the lower end of the carriage 11, butts against the pin 18, which the movement is limited.
Now the pawl 25 engages with the end 29 in the lower detent 31 in the guide bar and assumes its horizontal rest position, as shown in Fig: 2 in dashed drawings Darge.
After this movement has been completed, the handle 23 is let go, and the springs 20 now pull the carriage 11 upwards to the starting position; here the) pawl is placed in the opposite direction (downward) and slides again along the edge of the guide bar 10 until it reaches the rest position, in which it snaps into the upper notch 30.
If, however, the downward movement of the carriage 11, through which the film 5 is pushed further, is not completely carried out and the carriage is released before it has moved the film further by the necessary piece, it is evident for the springs 20 impossible to pull the carriage back into the upper rest position, since in the position of the pawl 25 shown in Fig. 4 i at any point between the notches 30 and 31 the pressure of the leaf spring 27 the end 29 of the pawl with the edge of the guide bar 10 is constantly in holding intimate rubbing touch,
and prevents the upward movement of the carriage. From the fact that the expected snapback of the gripper in the standby position for the promotion of the next film section does not occur, one notices that the slide 11 is moved further down and the current film advance must first be ended.
The rotatable pawl 25 actually forms a! Siche locking bar, which prevents the premature re-actuation of the film conveyor as long as its downward movement has not been fully executed and the pawl is not snapped into the lower detent 31, which makes it possible @ that the slide executes the return movement.
The invention is of course not limited to the details of the construction and the type of operation of the example set out here.
