  Fiche de     menuiserie.       La fixation des lames des fiches de me  nuiserie dans les rainures aménagées à cet       effet    dans les montants des cadres de portes  ou de fenêtres nécessite un travail supplé  mentaire pour enlever à la main les parties  arrondies laissées par la fraise dans les  angles de la rainure, afin de permettre d'en  foncer la lame de la ferrure.  



  Pour économiser cette     main-d'oeuvre    sup  plémentaire, la présente invention a pour  objet une fiche de menuiserie, dans laquelle  la lame de fixation destinée â être logée  dans la rainure fraisée     dit    montant de me  nuiserie présente aux angles formés par  l'arête principale avec les côtés latéraux,  au moins deux organes tranchants découpés  dans la laine de telle sorte que, lorsque la  fiche est enchâssée dans le montant, ils  puissent pénétrer dans les parties latérales  pleines non atteintes par la fraise au fond  de la rainure.  



  Le     desain    annexé représente, à titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'inven  tion appliquée à une     fiche    de porte.    La     fig.    1 est une vue en perspective  d'une moitié de charnière à fiche ; la     fig.    2  est une élévation partie en coupe et la       fig.    3 une vue latérale montrant un montant  dans lequel est fixée la fiche     fig.    1.  



  La fiche représentée comporte une moi  tié de charnière 1 et sa lame de fixation 2.  Cette dernière est découpée aux deux angles  formés par son arête principale 3 avec les  arêtes latérales pour former deux dents 4  semblables aux dents de scie.  



  Le fond b de la rainure fraisée dans le  montant sur lequel doit être figée -la fiche,  a la forme représentée en     fig.    2 par un  trait pointillé, arrondie dans les angles du  fond suivant le profil circulaire de la fraise.  



  La forme caractéristique de la lame 2  permet d'enfoncer la fiche dans la rainure  sans dégager au préalable à la main au  moyen d'un     bédane    les parties latérales 6,  ainsi que cela se pratique actuellement pour  les fiches se trouvant dans le commerce. Le  découpage des dents dans l'arête 3 crée à  chaque coin de la lame des organes tran-      chants 4 qui pénètrent dans les parties laté  rales arrondies 6 non atteintes par la fraise  circulaire.  



  Une fois en place, la fiche est fixée au  moyen de clous ou vis 7 qui traversent les  trous 8 de la lame.  



  IL va sans dire que les dents 4 peuvent  varier comme forme ou comme nombre.

  To save this additional manpower, the present invention relates to a joinery sheet, in which the fastening blade intended to be housed in the milled groove called the upright amount present at the angles formed by the main edge. with the lateral sides, at least two cutting members cut in the wool so that, when the plug is embedded in the upright, they can penetrate into the solid lateral parts not reached by the cutter at the bottom of the groove.



  The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the invention applied to a door plug. Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a plug hinge half; fig. 2 is an elevation partly in section and FIG. 3 a side view showing an upright in which is fixed the plug FIG. 1.



  The sheet shown comprises a half of the hinge 1 and its fixing blade 2. The latter is cut at the two angles formed by its main edge 3 with the lateral edges to form two teeth 4 similar to saw teeth.



  The bottom b of the groove milled in the upright on which the plug must be fixed, has the shape shown in fig. 2 by a dotted line, rounded in the angles of the base following the circular profile of the cutter.



  The characteristic shape of the blade 2 allows the plug to be inserted into the groove without first releasing the side parts 6 by hand by means of a chisel, as is currently the practice for plugs found on the market. The cutting of the teeth in the edge 3 creates at each corner of the blade cutting elements 4 which penetrate into the rounded lateral parts 6 not reached by the circular milling cutter.



  Once in place, the plug is fixed by means of nails or screws 7 which pass through the holes 8 of the blade.



  It goes without saying that the teeth 4 can vary in shape or number.

CLAIM Joinery sheet, characterized in that the fixing blade intended to be housed in the milled groove of the joinery upright has at the angles formed by the main edge with the lateral sides at least two cutting members cut in the blade of such so that, when the plug is embedded in the upright, they can penetrate into the solid side parts of the groove not reached by the cutter at the bottom of the groove.
