Description

  

  Machine pour la fabrication d'assemblages.    La présente invention a pour objet une  machine, destinée à être commandée par un  moteur ou à la main, pour produire en  grande série des assemblages.  



  Une forme d'exécution de la machine  suivant l'invention est représentée, à titre  d'exemple, sur le dessin annexé, dans lequel:  La     fig.    1 montre une vue d'ensemble  d'une machine à plusieurs axes     porte-          outils;    la     fig.    2 indique le détail d'un axe       porte-outil.     



       Sur    ces figures, 1 est un châssis, en  fonte ou acier coulé (il pourrait aussi être  en bois),     portant    deux paliers 2 dans les  quels tournent les axes porte-outils 3, pour  vus, à l'une de leurs extrémités, d'un man  drin sur lequel est montée une fraise façon  née 5 et, à l'autre extrémité, d'un foret 4.  



  Les axes sont animés d'un mouvement de  rotation par l'intermédiaire d'un renvoi de  mouvement et d'une poulie 6. Sur le dessin  ci-annexé, la machine étant munie de plusieurs  axes porte-outils, le mouvement est commu  niqué par l'axe central qui, au moyen des    pignons 7, transmet le mouvement aux au  tres axes pourvus d'engrenages cylindriques  8, de     façon    que tous les axes et, par suite, les  outils,     tournent    dans le mime sens.  



  L'appareil est enfin pourvu de tables  d'appui 9 et 10 pour les pièces en travail,  ces tables étant commandées par les leviers  11 et 12 qui servent à les déplacer et com  portent des vis de pression actionnées par  des volants 18 et 14 pour la     fixation    des  pièces en travail.  



  Le plateau 9, de son côté, est pourvu  d'une vis 15, avec volant 16, qui détermine  le déplacement vertical du plateau et, par  suite, l'avancement     vertical    des pièces à fa  çonner. Le mandrin 5 travaille de façon que  la partie mâle de l'assemblage puisse être       fabriquée    par des fraises     façonnées    et, de  son côté, le foret 4 a un diamètre corres  pondant ,à la pièce à façonner.

  An embodiment of the machine according to the invention is shown, by way of example, in the appended drawing, in which: FIG. 1 shows an overview of a machine with several tool-holder axes; fig. 2 indicates the detail of a tool holder axis.



       In these figures, 1 is a frame, in cast iron or cast steel (it could also be made of wood), carrying two bearings 2 in which the tool-holder axes 3 turn, for seen, at one of their ends, d 'a man drin on which is mounted a 5 way milling cutter and, at the other end, a 4 drill bit.



  The axes are driven by a rotational movement by means of a movement return and a pulley 6. In the accompanying drawing, the machine being provided with several tool-holder axes, the movement is communicated. by the central axis which, by means of the pinions 7, transmits the movement to the other axes provided with cylindrical gears 8, so that all the axes and, consequently, the tools, turn in the same direction.



  The apparatus is finally provided with support tables 9 and 10 for the workpieces, these tables being controlled by the levers 11 and 12 which are used to move them and include pressure screws actuated by handwheels 18 and 14 for the fixing of the working parts.



  The plate 9, for its part, is provided with a screw 15, with handwheel 16, which determines the vertical displacement of the plate and, consequently, the vertical advance of the pieces to be shaped. The mandrel 5 works so that the male part of the assembly can be manufactured by shaped cutters and, for its part, the drill 4 has a diameter corresponding to the part to be shaped.
