Description
Formwork device for concrete work. The object of the present invention is a formwork device for concrete work.
Figs. 1 and 2 of the accompanying drawing show, by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view, showing a formwork, intended for the construction of a concrete floor, by means of a support flange, and FIG. 2 shows said flange, front view, as well as the partial section of an expensive concrete plan.
In a wall 1 is embedded the end of one of the joists 2, which must include the floor to be established, these joists to be embedded in concrete 3; the process for establishing a formwork, intended to support said concrete until it hardens, provides for the use of a floor 4, formed of juxtaposed boards and supported by formwork beams, as designated in 5 .
The formwork beams 5 are suspended parallel below the joists 2 of the floor under construction, by support brackets S, in flat iron, bent in the shape of an inverted U, and the branches of which are each pierced with equidistant holes 7, allowing to introduce therein a rod 8, curved at one end so as to constitute a handle 8 '.
Between the upper part of the U iron and the joist is placed a wedge 9, in wood or in metal, which can be driven out, so as to make the floor 4 rest against the on the underside of the joist 2; in this way, the lower surface formed by the concrete 3, cast, is located on the same plane as the lower surface of the joists 2; between the floor 4 and the joist 2 is placed a metal mesh 2 ', intended to facilitate plastering during the finishing operations.
When the concrete floor 3 is suf ficiently hard, and you want to remove the formwork, it suffices to drive out the wedges 9 so as to give play to the boards of the floor 4, as well as to the formwork beams â, and thus be able to remove them. Likewise, to remove the flanges, it suffices to remove the rods 8; the slots left in the concrete floor by the flanges 6 are then sealed with cement.
It is then possible to complete the expensive plan as usual.
