Description

  

      Verfahren    zur     Herstellung    von auf einer 'Pragschnur     aufgereiliteu        Plastik-Bonbons.       Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur  Herstellung von kettenartig aufgereihten     Pla-          stik-Bonbons,    welches sich dadurch kenn  zeichnet,     dah        man    die     zubereitete    Zucker  masse gleichmässig ausbreitet, eine Tragschnur  darauf legt, die     Zuckermasse    dann darum  rollt und den so gebildeten Strang hernach  einer     Konus-Ausrollmaschine    und einer Bon  bons-Abteilvorrichtung zuführt.  



  Die schematische Zeichnung dient zur Er  läuterung einer beispielsweisen Ausführung  des vorliegenden Verfahrens. Die hierbei ver  wendeten, an sich bekannten Maschinen sind  nicht dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt teilweise einen konischen  Strang aus Zuckermasse;       Fig.    2 ist ein Querschnitt desselben, und       Fig.    3 stellt kettenartig aufgereihte     Pla-          stik-Bonbons    dar.  



  Die zubereitete Zuckermasse zur Herstel  lung von     Plastik-Bonbons    wird auf einem  Tisch in gleichmässiger Dicke ausgebreitet    und die einzuschliessende Schnur aufgelegt,  worauf der Zuckersatz um die     Schnur    als  Seele     .bei-um    zusammengerollt und in eine an  sich bekannte, daher hier nicht dargestellte       Konus-Ausrollmascliine    eingeführt wird. In  dieser Maschine wird die Zuckermasse     ver-          rnittelstWalzen    zu einem konisch zulaufen  den Strang a ausgerollt, wobei die einge  schlossene Schnur     b    stets in der Mitte ein  gerollt verbleibt.

   Hernach gelangt der Zucker  strang a in die eigentliche, an sich bekannte       Bonbons-Abteil-    und     Pressvorrichtung;    welche  den Strang in an sich bekannter Weise nach  der Form der herzustellenden     Plastik-Bon-          bons    abteilt, ohne indessen die     Einzugschnur     zu beschädigen, so dass man schliesslich die  kettenartig aufgereihten     Plastik-Bonbons    er  hält, in denen überall die     Einzugschnur    fast  genau in der Mitte des Bonbonkörpers liegt.

       Fig. 1 shows partially a conical strand of sugar mass; Fig. 2 is a cross section of the same, and Fig. 3 shows plastic candies lined up like a chain.



  The prepared sugar mass for the production of plastic candies is spread out on a table to a uniform thickness and the string to be enclosed is placed, whereupon the sugar substitute is rolled up around the string as a core and into a cone known per se and therefore not shown here. Roll-out machine is introduced. In this machine, the sugar mass is rolled out into a conically tapering roll a, with the enclosed string b always remaining rolled in the middle.

   Thereafter, the sugar strand a arrives in the actual, known candy compartment and pressing device; which divides the strand in a manner known per se according to the shape of the plastic candy to be produced, but without damaging the feed cord, so that one finally holds the chain-like plastic candies in which the feed cord is almost exactly in the middle of the candy body.

PATENT CLAIM A process for the production of chain-like lined up plastic candies, characterized in that the prepared sugar mass is spread out evenly, a carrying cord is placed on it, the sugar mass is then rolled around and the strand thus formed is liered after a cone rolling machine and a candy dividing device feeds.
