Description

  

  Dübel für     Sehrauben.       Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein  Dübel für Schrauben, bestehend aus einer  dünnwandigen Metallhülse, welche nach aussen  vorstehende Gewindegänge aufweist, die     innen-          seits    zur Aufnahme des Gewindes einer  Schraube und     aussenseits    zur Verankerung  der in eine Wand, Decke     etc.    versenkten  Metallhülse dienen.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes samt  Schraube teilweise im Schnitt, teilweise in  Ansicht dargestellt.  



  Es bezeichnet 1 eine Hülse aus verhältnis  mässig dünnem Blech. In die Wand der Blech  hülse sind Gewindegänge 2 der zur Verwen  dung bestimmten Holz- oder Metallschrauben  grösse gedrückt, und zwar derart, dass die  Gewindegänge aussen vorstehen. Am ge  schlossenen Ende ist die Blechhülse flach zu  sammengedrückt und etwas verdreht. Ist die  Blechhülse in einer Wand, Decke     etc.    ver  senkt, zum Beispiel in Gips oder Zement einge  bettet, so wirken die nach aussen vorstehenden  Gewindegänge, sowie das flachgedrückte Hül-         senende    als Verankerung und verhindern jede  Bewegung der Hülse, wenn eine Schraube  in dieselbe     eingewindet    und diese dann be  lastet wird.

   Die Schraube kann beliebig viele  Male gelöst und wieder eingeschraubt werden,  ohne dass eine Lockerung sowohl des Dübels  als der Schraube zu befürchten ist.  



  Der beschriebene Dübel kann aus einem  Blechröhrchen und dieses nahtlos oder aus  schraubenförmig gewickelten Blechstreifen ge  bildet und statt auf der ganzen Länge, auch  nur am geschlossenen Endteil derselben mit  Gewinde versehen sein. Gegenüber bisher be  kannten Dübeln aus Metall, Holz usw. hat  der beschriebene Dübel den Vorteil grosser  Billigkeit in der Herstellung, indem er leicht  aus Blechabfällen hergestellt werden kann.  Ferner hat der beschriebene Dübel den Vor  teil geringen Gewichtes und Raumbedarfes.
