Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung     eines    neuen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  Farbstoff erhält, wenn man     diazotierte        4-          Benzoylamino-2-amino-l-benzolsulf        osäure    mit  1-     (2'-Chlor    -5'-     sulfosäure)-phenyl-3-methyl-          5-pyrazolon    kuppelt. Der so     erhalteneFarbstoff     bildet ein gelbes Pulver. Er färbt Wolle aus  schwefelsaurem Bade in sehr gleichmässigen,  grüngelben Tönen.

   Die Färbungen sind sehr  gut licht-,     wasser-,    wasch- und     alkaliecht    und  halten der sauren Walke stand.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  29 Teile     1-(2'-Chlor-5'-sulfosäure)-phe-          nyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon    werden in 150     Tei-          lenWasser    mit 20 Teilen     calcinierter    Soda gelöst  mit Eis gekühlt und hierauf mit der     Diazo-          verbindung    aus 29,2 Teilen     4-Benzoylamino-          2-amino-l-benzolsulfosäure    versetzt. Der sich  bildende Farbstoff scheidet sich teilweise    aus.

   Durch Zusatz von Kochsalz wird die  Fällung     vervöllständigt,        dann,        wird        möglichst     neutral gestellt, filtriert und getrocknet.

Der so erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein gelbes Pulver. Er färbt Wolle aus schwefelsaurem Bade in sehr gleichmässigen, grüngelben Tönen. Die Färbungen sind sehr gut licht-, wasser-, wasch- und alkaliecht und halten der sauren Walke stand.
