Description
Druckflüssigkeitspresse mit mehreren gleichachsig ineinander angeordneten Zylindern. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Druckflüssigkeitspresse, zum Beispiel eine Druckwasserpresse, mit mehreren gleich achsig ineinander angeordneten Zylindern. Sie ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als An schlag für jeden Zylinder in seiner aus geschobenen Stellung ein in seine äussere Wandung eingelassener Spannring dient, der beim Auseinanderschieben in eine Nut des ihn umfassenden Zylinders eindringt und beim Ineinanderschieben der Zylinder wieder in seine Anfangslage zurückgedrückt wird.
<B>Auf</B> der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungs gegenstand in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 die Presse im Längsschnitt mit ineinandergeschobenen Zy lindern, Fig. 2 die Presse mit ausgeschobe- nen Zylindern, teilweise im Längsschnitt; Fig. $ bis 5 zeigen Einzelheiten.
Es bedeuten a die Zylinder der Presse. b ist die äussere Wandung jedes Zylinders, der von einem weiteren Zylinder umgeben ist. c sind Spannringe, die in die äussere Wan- dung dieser Zylinder eingelassen sind. d sind Nuten in der innern Wandung der Zylinder, in die bei ausgeschobener. Stellung der Zy linder die Spannringe c eindringen, um den Ausschub der Zylinder gegeneinander zu be grenzen. e sind die Zylinderdichtungen, die sich unterhalb der Spannringe c befinden. f sind die Kanäle, die die Druckflüssigkeit unter die Dichtungsringe gelangen lassen. g ist. der Eintrittskanal für die Druckflüssig keit in die Zylinder.
Beim Eintritt der Druckflüssigkeit in die Presse durch den Kanal<I>g</I> werden die Zylinder<I>a</I> auseinander geschoben, bis dass die .Spannringe c in die Nuten d der sie umgebenden Zylinder ein dringen können und so den Ausschub begren zen. Beim Zurückschieben der Zylinder, nach Aufhören des Pressdruckes, durch die auf ihnen ruhende Last werden die Spannringe c zufolge der besonderen Ausbildung der Nu ten d, sowie der Nuten, in denen die Spann ringe in der eingeschobenen Stellung der Zy linder gelagert sind, in diese wieder hinein gedrückt.
