Auf den Zeichnungen sind mehrere Aus- führungsb,eispiel,e der neuen Einrichtung ver anschaulicht. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Rührenlampe, deren linker Sockel in einer Fassung mit abnehmbarer und deren rechter Sockei in einer Fassung mit fester Schutzkappe steckt;
In den Fig. 3 bis10 sind zwecks besserer Übersicht die Umrisse der Fassungen mit abnehmbarer Kappe mit punk tierten und die der Fassungen mit fester Kappe mit vollen Linien eingezeichnet. Die n7 _e:a eine aus zwei Fassungen Fia-. 11 12 zeig mit fester Schutzkappe bestehende Doppel fassung im Längsschnitt und im Querschnitt nach Linie 12-12 in Fig. 11; Fig. 13 zeigt eine zu dieser Doppelfassung gehörige Ein zelheit;
A, A' überdeckt werden.
Device to achieve contact protection for the sockets of electric e5 Böln-en lamps. The invention relates to versions of electric tube lamps in which each lamp base is covered by a protective cap, and relates to a device for achieving contact protection for such versions, that is to say a device which allows the human body to touch voltage-filling parts prevented.
The invention essentially orders in the following facility. In both mounts, the live line connection contact pieces are arranged in a concealed manner on the underside of the mount body. One socket has a removable cap, and its contact pieces are only connected to the contact rods for the lamp base mounted inside the socket body when the cap is plugged in with the aid of at least one power supply rod attached to it, such as plugs or the like.
The other socket, on the other hand, has a cap firmly connected to the socket body - and in its inside the contact spring which supplies the current to the lamp socket to be inserted into this cap.
Several examples of the new equipment are shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a stirring lamp, the left base of which is in a socket with a removable cap and the right of which is in a socket with a fixed protective cap;
FIG. 2 is a section along line 2-22 in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 schematically shows the circuit of the two single threads according to FIG. 1 and 2; Figures 4 and 5 show schematically two further circuits of two simple mounts; FIGS. 6 to 10 schematically show five circuits of a series of several tube lamps with two single sockets at the ends and between double sockets.
In FIGS.  3  to  10 , the outlines of the sockets with a removable cap are drawn with dotted lines and those of the sockets with a fixed cap with full lines. The n  7  _e: a one of two versions Fia-.  11  12 shows a double version with a fixed protective cap in a longitudinal section and in cross section along line 12-12 in FIG. 11; FIG. 13 shows a detail belonging to this double version;
14 and 15 show leash consisting of a socket with a fixed and a socket with a removable cap double version in longitudinal section and in front view from the right with partial section; Fig. 16 shows a detail belonging to this version.
In all versions, the Fas sung body contains A respectively. A ' on the inside of current-carrying parts only one resp. the two contact springs B, B ', ; which, in individual sockets (Fig. 1, 2), are attached to a base of a lamp J or . in double sockets (Fig. 11 to 14) each supply the current to a base of two adjacent lamps J .
In -the embodiment according to Fig. 1 to 3 , the socket body A of the left socket contains four mutually isolated lines on its underside. Connection contact pieces C, D, K, L, as female parts with the piercing pins Ü-, l? ' of the protective cap E and are connected to one another in pairs when they are put on.
Of the four contact pieces, C and L are used to draw the current from one pole of the feed line, D is permanently connected to the contact spring B on the top, and K is connected to -dem via an auxiliary line W Contact piece D ' of the right socket and thus with its contact spring B' in connection.
The contact pins F, F 'are inserted into the protective cap E insulated from one another, and they correspond to two holes in the socket body A , one of which is the separating joint between the two contact pieces C, D and the other of the separating structure between those in the kitchen pieces K, L is opposite. When the protective cap is attached, the contact pin F or connect. F 'the two contact pieces C, D and L, K leading with each other.
In the embodiment shown, the socket body A furthermore has, on the side facing the lamp J w # b, an end wall G, which the 1-contact spring B against Longitudinal contact from the side facing away from the lamp J protects.
In the right-hand version, the protective cap E ' is firmly connected to the body A' . Your contact spring B 'lies on the rear wall G' of the protective cap E ' and is connected to the contact piece D' , which is attached to the underside of the Socket body A ' is attached hidden.
To insert a lamp, remove the protective cap EI from the left socket, insert the right lamp socket into the right socket, place the linear socket against the contact spring B of the left socket and finally put its protective cap < B> E again.
From Figg. 3 it results that each of the two contact springs B, B ' are only then under voltage and therefore current can only flow through the lamp J when the protective cap E is on. The reason for this is that the connection between each of the two springs B, B ' and the associated pole of the feed line is one. There is an interruption in the left-hand version, and that this is only canceled when the protective cap E is opened by its pins F, F '.
The circuits according to FIGS. 4 and 5 show simplifications that can be made if one pole of the line network is grounded, as is the case, for example, with three-wire and star networks. This pole is therefore denoted by 0 in FIGS. 4 and 5. The other pole can be positive or negative and is accordingly designated with + and - .
In this case, the connection between the neutral conductor and the associated spring B needs respectively. B 'apparently no interruption and the removable protective cap E only has a contact pin. Furthermore, according to FIG. 4, a special contact piece C, is omitted in that the 'Kul conductor can be connected directly to the contact piece D . According to FIG. 5, the two contact pieces K, L and the auxiliary line W between the two sockets are omitted.
For rows of two or more lamps (Fig. 6 to 10), the thin sockets and double sockets in between are conveniently used with the for example according to FIGS. 11 to 13, respectively. 14 to 16 , and their training will be described in detail later.
The circuits according to FIGS. 6 to 8 respectively. 9 and 10 are multiple circuits in series according to FIG. 3 and FIG. 5. The double sockets in the circuits according to FIGS. 6, 8 and 9 have each one fixed and one removable Cap according to Aden Fig. 14 to 16. The double sockets in the circuits according to Figs. 7 and 10 have alternating two fixed caps according to Fig. 11 'to 13 resp. two removable caps.
While in the circuits according to FIGS. 6, 7, 9 and 10, each lamp is connected to both mains. is to be connected to the circuit according to Fig. 8, the one power line only needs to be connected to the first lamp in the series, because here the auxiliary lines W also carry the current to the other lamps.
The double sockets according to FIGS. 11 to 13 and 14 to 16 have in common that with them the contact piece Ybezw. the contact pieces D, K, L for the purpose of facilitating the connection on special clamping plates X (Fig. 13 resp. 16) are applied, which are respectively from the hollow mount body A '. A, A ' are covered.
In the double socket according to FIGS. 11 to 13, the two contact springs R are likewise attached to the clamping plate X and pass through a slot in the Socket body A ' upwards into the inside of the fixed cap E' .
In the double version according to FIGS. 14 to 16, the contact springs B respectively. B 'on the facing rear walls of the removable respectively. fixed cap E resp. E ' and their lower ends pass through slots of the common socket C body A, A' in order to insert them into the, Contacts D, D 'intervene, which are designed here in the manner of knife switches.
The contact spring B thus takes over the effect of the contact pin F according to FIG. 2, so that a special contact piece C is not required and the feed line can be connected directly to the contact piece D .
The other contact pin F 'according to FIG. 2 is replaced by a sheet metal Y' that is attached to the removable cap E and with its lower end through a slot in the socket body A, < / B> A ' in order to engage in the contact stitches K, L, which in turn are designed in the manner of full knife switches. Two springs Y are used to hold the detachable cap E and are attached to the socket body A, A ' .
Instead of single sockets, you can also use double sockets everywhere, of which only half is connected.
