Compressed air throwing device for concrete, mortar, sand and similar substances. When throwing concrete, mortar, sand and similar materials by means of compressed air for the production of objects such as artificial stone, cladding or molds for foundry purposes, the disadvantage has arisen that 'due to the intimate mixture: the material to be thrown with the Compressed air when the mixture hits, a considerable part of the thrown material does not stick to the side of the compressed air, but is carried away by the compressed air, i.e. is uselessly lost.
In addition, the operators are hindered in their work to a considerable extent.
To avoid this inconvenience, according to the invention, the compressed air centrifugal device is designed so that the mixture of conveyed goods and compressed air is guided on in a curved path after the conveyed goods have reached the highest speed, the conveyed goods. by the centrifugal force of the compressed air. is separated.
It has been found that by guiding the concrete, mortar, sand, etc. air mixture in a curved path, a deflection of the individual mass grains moving at high speed from their previous direction of flow is effected by causing the mass bodies to move as a result of the centrifugal force. be pushed outwards, so that almost only pure mass grains emerge from the outer curved part of the nozzle, while only pure air emerges from the inner part.
There. the specific gravity of the sand etc. is about 1000 times as great as that of the air, so there is such a perfect separation between sand etc. when the mixture passes through the curved part of the conveyor track. and air instead, that there is almost no sand etc. in the internal air stream.
As a result, one can let the conveyed material freed from the compressed air come out for itself and use it for its intended purpose, while the compressed air flow separated from the conveyed good can be directed in such a way that it no longer hits and influences the flow of the conveyed good. In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown schematically by two embodiments.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the centrifugal mixture consisting of compressed air and the material to be conveyed enters the centrifugal nozzle 2 through the hose 1. However, instead of letting the mixture emerge from the nozzle 2 in the same straight flow direction, the nozzle is given a curvature near the nozzle end when the maximum speed of the conveyed material is reached, so that the mixing can therefore be easily removed from the straight flow line a curved path is guided.
As a result of this, the centrifugal force pushes the material, which is heavier than the load, to the outer circumference of the curved path, while the specifically light compressed air continues to move inside the curved path. so that a jet 3 consisting essentially of conveyed material and a jet consisting essentially of compressed air are produced. This can be diverted laterally by means not shown in the drawing, so that it cannot in any way affect the jet of the conveyed material.
For this purpose, according to the embodiment of FIG. 2, which otherwise corresponds to that shown in FIG. 1, a deflector 5 can be appropriately adjustable on the nozzle pipe 2 by means of a clamp band or the like, where the compressed air flow 4 provides a Receives a good 3 different directions from the conveyor.
