Establishment for the joint control of generators and drive motors for the same. 1) tircli the D. R. P. No. 206575 and 207891 of the inventor has become known a process for the simultaneous control of drive motors and generators by using a special relay for generator control,
whose movement is initiated by the tachometer sleeve or by the movement of the motor regulation -Ind its per se even final movement is independent of the final time of the motor regulation, if necessary different, both for mechanical and hydraulic actuation.
According to the present invention, the dependent movement of the engine control device of a relay for the excitation control by a cylinder with piston and adjustable oil circulation is accelerated and then delayed. The purpose of the initial advance results from the following consideration: 1.
If a three-phase generator is operated at a certain speed and mains voltage is idle and the position of the excitation resistance is marked, then loaded to full load V while reducing the excitation resistance and then relieved to idle L with simultaneous setting of the excitation to the same contact as when idling during starting, the result is that the machine carries a considerably higher voltage than before when starting.
If the excitation current is then further weakened even temporarily, the voltage initially observed is set again when the excitation control returns to the same contact.
If the fully loaded machine just considered is suddenly relieved of load, for example to idling, without adjusting the excitation, a considerable increase in voltage occurs, for the following two reasons: 2. Because the speed of the relieved machine inevitably increases until the motor the motor control device, for example that of a turbine, has closed as far as is necessary for idling under voltage. The excess power generated in the final time of the motor control must be absorbed by the centrifugal masses while increasing the speed.
The voltage peak generated is of the order of magnitude when the excitation is not adjusted by the exciter machine operated at a relatively constant speed
EMI0002.0005
if E is voltage and n is speed before discharge, E is voltage and n is speed after discharge.
d. With unchanged excitation and unchanged speed, but from full load to 0 reduced amp. Number in the outer circuit, the voltage of the three-phase generator increases, in the order of magnitude of 6 to <I> 20 </I> '/' 0, depending on the power factor cos cp at full load.
The reduction of the voltage peak is one task, the correct setting of the voltage at the end of the control process taking into account the consideration under 1 is the other task, the solution of which the present invention serves.
The embodiment of the new device shown in the drawing will be described below.
The unequal-armed lever Hl, H2 in Fig. 1 carries at the short end H, a rod d with two stops a., And a2, against which the spring plates T, and T2 put, which are fixed by the intermediate spring F with in advance Force to be tensioned. The end of the lever H. is rotatably connected to the cylinder C, the speed of which can be regulated by the throttle screw D of the piston K.
Let D, for example, be set so that the piston K can move relative to the cylinder at an average of tenth the speed of the lever end H2. A lever h.i, h2 connects the rod of the piston K with the sleeve B of the spring <I> F; in </I> according to, the control piston K1 is connected, which controls the oil admission to piston h2.
This piston K2 is drawn as a winged piston for the sake of simplicity, it can just as well be designed as an ordinary piston in a straight cylinder or also be represented by a gear transmission or other liquid transmission. From the movement of the piston or liquid gearbox bes is by means of the control curve piece S ', the return P reinforced, which the. Position of point 7a3 adjusted.
The resistor 11'2 of the excitation circuit is connected to the resistor 11 'on the control panel in such a way that the open circuit voltage of the 1Ia.- sehine is set or changed with the help of TT', while TZ'- is to be moved automatically that the desired voltage and, with three-phase current, the desirable ratio of cos cp can be achieved with every power output.
Let us now consider the work process when the load is relieved from full load T 'to idle L: The relay that carries out the generator control consists of the unequal lever Hl, Hz, the lever h.', 1a2, the rod <I> d, </ I> the rod carrying the piston, the spring sleeve B, which establishes the connection between the rod d and the lever hl, lay, the cylinder C in which the piston K is guided and one with the lever h ',
la 'articulated control piston K1. The mode of operation of this relay and the construction in detail can best be seen by looking at the work process.
The lever Hl, H2 is. suitably connected either by the shaft L1 to the motor control device or by the rod Z to the sleeve of the speedometer.
If the end of the lever H., is moved from T 'to L in the final time t6, the piston Ii is forced, with the selected setting of screw D, to cover this path at the same time' / '"and the point Ir. From V to move <I> L '</I>, whereby lt., Initially acts as the momentary pivot point.
As a result, the spring sleeve B is initially given a greater path than is given to the stops a, un; 1 n2 from the lever end 1I. The spring is compressed by the bushing as a result of the plate T2 being carried along, and the bushing lifts off from the spring plate T.
The piston slide K1 releases large openings in the control channels, and the piston K2 sets me in motion at great speed, moving the contact arm of the resistor from full load to idle and, as we will see, beyond it.
Let the oil supply be dimensioned, for example, in such a way that the piston h "finite its entire stroke with a final time
EMI0003.0017
can cover. The movement of K2 and S @ causes the return li and thus the point Ir. "To be moved by spring action:
(hach dry ztt) that the control piston K1 again approaches the closing position (middle position), narrows the channels and thus delays the speed of movement of IS'2.
Under the influence of the spring h ', the piston K in the cylinder C is also moved to the left for a long time until the spring plate T has come into contact with it, the piston K closing completely. The oil brake C and the brake device are built in the same way as the regulator's Iodrome devices.
The same parts have not yet been used in the.
Rotary valves with pistons and adjustable circulation along with springs can also be installed in the oil guide, as is usually the case with turbine control, without changing anything in the (= ring, "# sets.
The pretensioned spring I 'aims, up to the contact of the spring plate T, a corresponding standing force is present at the stop of the bushing.
The operation of the device described can best be overlooked in a diagram that shows the individual movement processes plotted over time, Fig.?. The time in seconds is plotted on the horizontal. The line labeled ra shows the course of the speeds again. The scale on the left in percentage refers to the stresses E ,.
E_ and E and speeds ras of the right-hand bar in percent refers to the adjustment of the control resistor TV 2. In order to keep the figure quite clear, it is assumed that with sudden relief; from full load to idle there was a maximum temporary increase in the speed of 20 and a permanent increase in speed of 5%. These values can of course be very different depending on the character of the system.
The dotted curve denoted by E represents the course of the voltage without actuation of the excitation control resistor, the dot-dash curve denoted by E2 the course of the voltage with regulation according to D. R. P. 206573 and 207891, curve E solid, the. The course of the voltage in an exemplary embodiment according to the invention.
When looking at the curves, please note those under 1, \? and 3 indicated laws. After 2, the voltage would rise at the maximum speed
EMI0003.0105
from 3 follows an increase of 10 / ö, that is to say one, l-fold; hence from 2 and 3 to E1 = E .1,22. <B> 1.1 </B> = 1.58.
E, in the steady state with still 5 'o increase in speed to El = E .1.052. 1.1, i.e.-1.21 times. Because of the onset of excitation control, curve E2 only reaches the 1, -lfaclie, and at the end of the control process only the, ienige voltage increase that results from consideration 1 remains.
In Fig. 2 it is assumed that in the new device, the speed of the voltage control in the beginning, up to the maximum of the speed n is increased to three times the previous speed ge; consequently, the voltage increase is only roughly the third part as in curve E2. The regulating speed can be selected higher or lower for reasons of convenience.
From the maximum speed to the end of the control process, the delaying effect of the (Isoclrom) device built into the voltage control in the form of cylinder C with U inlet and spring F comes into play. The curves are therefore elongated with gentle transitions. The time for the piston to move can be adjusted with the screw.
If this movement is delayed sufficiently, a temporary weakening of the excitation below the level required, for example, for no-load operation with voltage, can be achieved. This is expressed in FIG. 2 by the downwardly curved part of the 2-curve, which indicates the adjustment of the resistance of the W = as a percentage. The excitement then returns gradually to the required level. The curve 2 = indicates the adjustment of the resistor W2 in the event that the voltage curve EZ is obtained.
In Fig. 2, the affiliation of the individual curves is indicated by the Strichpunk orientation (E, 92) and by the full extension of the curves (o, E, 7a).
In passing, it should be pointed out that increasing voltage can be set to compensate for the line loss even with increasing power.
When the levers H1 and Hz are driven by the tachometer sleeve, similar movements result, which is why special consideration can be dispensed with. The curve venstück S, as shown in Fig. 3, made light by longitudinal displacement on the axis to bring a number of different curves with the return in connection. The purpose of this is to adapt the device to different ratios of excitation current to power, as they result from different machine constructions and network conditions.
The same device can be used to adjust the whole system so that either the same voltage or the same for all loads. is regulated to the same phase shift, or to a more or less increasing voltage or changing phase shift with the load. This setting takes place in the company according to the respective operating conditions.
