Device for stopping the thread delivery device and the spindle on twisting machines. The present invention relates to a still sc: tzungseinrichtung the thread delivery device and the spindle on twisting machines with a single spindle drive, that is, a device for temporarily interrupting the twisting process of each individual spindle unit. It is of particular importance that a belt running over a tensioning and guide roller has been used for the individual drive of the spindle. Equally important is the arrangement of an empty reel onto which the relaxed tape runs automatically at the moment the twisting process is interrupted.
The drawing shows an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention
Fig. 1 shows the view of a complete spindle unit in the operating state, Fig. 2 shows the same arrangement, but with the spindle stopped and the thread delivery interrupted.
The explanation of the shutdown process is preceded by a brief description of the elements of the facility. The serving for the guidance and recording of the printing cylinder D and pivotable about the point o cylinder locks C is articulated on the crossbar T angeord and has a handle-like arm G, on which the locking lever A is movably fastened in its lower parts . This catch of the locking lever engages in a nose of the cross member T and thereby locks the cylinder box C.
In addition, the locking lever A, or the sen latch on the pull rod Z away from the spindle stop actuating roller lever R. At this at point m rotatably mounted lever, the tension roller bracket B is slidably and pivotably attached. The angled arm of the roller lever R engages at n in the slot of the spindle brake E. whose brake plug can be adjusted and readjusted by means of the toggle screw K. The spindle itself is provided with an empty roll F.
The process of shutting down the thread delivery device and spindle is as follows: If the locking lever A is deprived of its support by disengaging the detent, the cylinder box C rotates, caused by the weight of the roller lever B and tension roller bracket B transferred by the pull rod Z and tension and guide roller S around point o and loves the pressure = cylinder D from the delivery cylinder L , which interrupts the thread delivery.
At the same moment, as a result of the connection between the cylinder box C and the roller lever R by means of the tie rod Z, the tension and guide roller .S falls so far below until the brake plug of the spindle brake E in motion rests on the braking edge of the whorl W and the spindle in Decelerates at the moment.
A second process that takes place at the same time and is brought about by the lowering of the guide roller S 'is that the spindle operating belt running over the drive drum TI in the direction of the arrow is changed down onto the empty roller F of the spindle and is relaxed in the process.
If the twisting process is to be continued, all that is required is a pull on the handle-like arm G of the cylinder box C until the catch of the locking lever A engages again in the nose of the traverse T; The spindle operating belt is transferred to the spindle whorl TV by the raised tensioning roller and the brake plug is withdrawn.
