Einstellbarer Dübelverschluss für Hodellkernkasten und ähnliche zerlegbare Gegenstände. Die älteren Arten von 1Modellkernkasten- verschlüssen, durch die das Zusammenhalten der Kernkastenteile bewirkt werden soll, haben verschiedene Nachteile und Übelstände, welche teils iri ihrer Anbringung, teils in der Art ihrer Wirkung liegen, indem sie leicht ein Verkippen oder Verkanten ver ursachen.
Man hat daher besondere Dübel schrauben für Kernkastenverbindungen ge schaffen, bei denen der Anzug der Kern kastenteiledurch Exzenterhebelhervorgebracht wurde. Aber diese Art von Verschlüssen war nicht nur kompliziert und teuer, sowie sehr sperrig und beim Gebrauch der Kernkasten unbequem, sondern konnte sich auch leicht unabsichtlich lösen, besass mithin nicht die erforderliche Sicherheit.
Gegenstand vorliegen der Erfindung ist nun ein Dübelverschluss für Kernkasten und ähnliche zerlegbare Gegenstände, welcher alle diese Missstände dadurch vermeidet, dass der Schraubdübel durch eine Art Verschlusskeil in Form eines flachen Vorreibers zum Anzug gebracht wird, der auf der äussern Fläche des aufzusetzenden Kastenteils schwenkbar angeordnet ist und der bei entsprechendem Verschwenken mit einem Schlitz mit keilförmig abgeschärften seitlichen Rändern derart über einen eiDge- drehten Hals der Dübelschraube greift,
dass die Keilflächen gegen den Kopf des Dübels pressen, wodurch ein vollkommen sicherer und in keiner Weise störender Verschluss gegeben ist, da die einzelnen Teile desselben nur wenig aussen hervorragen. Dazu kommt, dass der neue Verschluss äusserst einfach und leicht berzustellen und damit sehr billig ist.
Die Erfindung ist auf der anliegenden Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dar gestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 den ganzen Verschluss an einem Kernkasten in der Schlussstellung bei einem Schnitt durch die Kernkastenwände, Fig. 2 eine Aussenansicht des Verschlusses, Fig. 3 den Vorreiber in Ansicht und Seitenansicht, und Fig. 4 den Dübel in Seitenansicht und Draufsicht.
Man erkennt aus der Zeichnung den mit Holzgewinde versehenen Dübel a, dessen Kopf b mit seitlichen Flächen c versehen ist, durch die man, unter Zuhilfenahme eines passenden Schlüssels. den Dübel in die Stirn seite des Kernkastenbrettes d einschrauben kann. Auf dem andern Kernkastenbrett e ist. auf dessen Aussenseite anliegeud _ der flache Vorreiber f mittelst einer Schraube g schwenk bar befestigt.
Dieser Vorreiber hat einen Schlitz h, und zu beiden Seiten dieses Schlitzes ist auf der Reiberaussenseite je eine keilförmige Abschrägung i vorgesehen, welche, sobald der Vorreiber mit dem Schlitz<I>lt</I> über den eingedrehten Hals /c des Dübels a. ge schoben wird, gegen den Dübelkopf anpressen und dadurch ein entsprechendes festes An ziehen der Verbindung bewirken.
Dabei hat man es in der Hand, durch mehr oder min der tiefes Einschrauben des Dübels die Festigkeit der Verbindung jederzeit genau zu regulieren und kann eventuell in der Schlussstellung den Vorreiber durch nach- heriges Festziehen des Dübels auch ganz feststellen, falls beispielsweise die Kern1iäSten längere Zeit verbunden zuriickgestelltwerden sollen.
