Description

  

  Gleitschutzkette für pneubereifte Fahrzeugräder, insbesondere solche  von Motorfahrrädern.    Gleitschutzketten - auch Schneeketten  geheissen -für Automobile sind längst be  kannt; jedoch hat man für kleine und leich  tere, pneubereifte Fahrzeugräder, insbeson  dere für solche von Motorfahrrädern etc.  Schnee- und Gleitschutzketten nicht verwen  det, obwohl bei solchen das gleiche Bedürf  nis vorhanden ist. Die bisher für Automobile  verwendeten Schnee- und Gleitschutzketten  lassen sich für Motorfahrräder nicht verwen  den, da sie zu viel Raum beanspruchen  würden, sowie zu schwer und nicht wirksam  genug wären.  



  Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  nun eine Gleitschutzkette, welche diesem  Mangel abhelfen soll. Dieselbe besitzt     mit-          telst    Seitenlaschen gelenkartig verbundene,  gepresste Greiferbügel, welche an der Lauf  fläche längs den Bügelrändern mit zuein  ander annähernd parallelen Greifkämmen  versehen sind.  



  In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der  Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel  dargestellt, und es zeigt:    Fig. 1 die Schutzkette, auf einem Pneu  montiert, in Seitenansicht,  Fig. 2 einen Greiferbügel in Stirnansicht,  Fig. 3 denselben im Schnitt,  Fig. 4 denselben in Draufsicht, und  Fig. 5 und 6 stellen Einzelheiten dar.  Es sind 1 aus Stahl gepresste, in der Form  dem Querschnittsumfang des Pneus 4 an  gepasste Greiferbügel, welche durch Seiten  laschen 2 mit Nieten 3 zu einer Kette ge  lenkig verbunden sind. Die Greiferbügel 1  haben an der Lauffläche 5 zueinander an  nähernd parallele und wellenförmige (Fig.4)  Greiferkämme 6, welche längs den Bügel  rändern durch Pressung entstanden sind.  Ferner hat jeder Bügel an seiner Lauf  fläche 5 in der Mitte eine nach innen ein  gepresste Verstärkungs-Hohlrippe 7.

   Zwei  sich gegenüberliegende Seitenlaschenpaare 8  sind als auswechselbare Verschlussketten  glieder ausgebildet. Dies ist durch Schraub  bolzen 9 erzielt, die einen konischen Versenk  kopf 10 und einen zylindrischen, glatten  Schaftteil 11     (Fig.    6) haben. An dem Kopf  10 sind Zacken 12 angeordnet. Die äussern      Verschluss-Kettenglieder 8 haben den Zacken  12 entsprechende Vertiefungen 14 an ihren  Löchern 13. Durch die Zacken 12 und Ver  tiefungen 14 können die Schraubbolzen 9  gegen ungewollte Drehung gesichert werden.  Durch die Wahl der Länge der auswechsel  baren Verschlusskettenglieder 8 kann man  die Länge der Kette dem Durchmesser des  Pneus entsprechend einstellen.  



  Um nach Aufbringen der Kette ein Rut  schen derselben in ihrer Längsrichtung zu  vermeiden, wird dieselbe zweckmässig bei  nicht ganz aufgeblasenem Pneu aufmontiert.  Wird dann nach Aufmontierung der Kette  der Pneu ganz aufgeblasen, so dringen die  Hohlrippen 7 in den Schlauch ein und hal  ten die Kette gegen Längsverschiebung ge  sichert.  



  An Stelle der Schraubbolzen können auch  Nietbolzen angeordnet sein.

  The subject matter of the present invention is an anti-skid chain which is intended to remedy this deficiency. The same has side flaps connected in the manner of a joint, pressed gripper brackets which are provided on the running surface along the bracket edges with gripping combs that are approximately parallel to one another.



  In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment, and it shows: FIG. 1 the protective chain, mounted on a tire, in side view, FIG. 2 a gripper bar in front view, FIG. 3 the same in section, FIG. 4 the same in plan view, and Fig. 5 and 6 show details. There are 1 pressed steel, in the form of the cross-sectional circumference of the tire 4 to fitted gripper bracket, which are hinged by side tabs 2 with rivets 3 to form a chain. The hook bars 1 have on the running surface 5 to each other at approximately parallel and wave-shaped (Figure 4) gripper combs 6, which are created along the hanger edges by pressing. Furthermore, each bracket has on its running surface 5 in the middle a reinforcing hollow rib 7 pressed inward.

   Two opposing pairs of side plates 8 are designed as interchangeable locking chains. This is achieved by screw bolts 9, which have a conical countersunk head 10 and a cylindrical, smooth shaft part 11 (Fig. 6). Prongs 12 are arranged on the head 10. The outer closure chain links 8 have the prongs 12 corresponding depressions 14 at their holes 13. By the prongs 12 and Ver depressions 14, the screw bolts 9 can be secured against unwanted rotation. By choosing the length of the interchangeable locking chain links 8, the length of the chain can be adjusted according to the diameter of the tire.



  In order to prevent the chain from slipping in its longitudinal direction after the chain has been attached, it is advisable to mount it when the tire is not fully inflated. If then, after mounting the chain, the tire is completely inflated, the hollow ribs 7 penetrate into the hose and keep the chain secured against longitudinal displacement.



  Instead of the screw bolts, rivet bolts can also be arranged.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Gleitschutzkette für pneubereifte Fahr zeugräder, insbesondere solche von Motor fahrrädern, gekennzeichnet durch mittelst Seitenlaschen gelenkartig verbundene, ge presste Greiferbügel, welche an der Lauf fläche längs den Bügelrändern mit zuein- ander annähernd parallelen Greifkämmen versehen sind. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Gleitschutzkette nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greif kämme wellenförmig gepresst sind. 2. Gleitschutzkette nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lauffläche in ihrer Mitte eine gepresste Verstärkungs- Hohlrippe besitzt. 3. Gleitschutzkette nach Patentanspruch und Unteranspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschlusskettenglieder gelenkig mittelst Bolzen an den benachbarten Greiferbügeln gehalten sind, welche Bol zen durch in Vertiefungen der Verschluss kettenglieder eingreifende Zacken ihrer Bolzenkö pfe gegen Selbstlösung gesichert sind.
