Transportband.
Conveyor belt. The invention relates to a conveyor belt for papers, telegram forms, checks, letters, etc., which conveys the conveyed goods vertically upwards or upwards at a very steep angle. The essence of the invention is that the material is not conveyed by two endless belts, as was previously the case, but by two parts of a single endless belt lying on top of one another and running in the same direction.
In the drawing, Fig. 1 shows an exemplary embodiment from with an endless belt that is rotated 180 degrees, and Fig. 2 shows a detailed variant of this Ausführungsbei game.
In the embodiment form according to FIG. 1, the endless belt is arranged in such a way that it leads upwards and on between the rollers d, .e in two closely spaced belt parts. takes the conveyed goods along this route. These two parts of the band that rise together are rotated by 180 degrees, so the piece of band that rests directly on roller d must also run directly over roller e and vice versa.
Then the belt part running directly over roll d and e is continued over rolls a, b and c and now above the other belt part over rolls d and further over rolls f, </ I> g and returned again directly over the role d üsw. For better identification of the tape guide, the tapes are shown lifted from the guide rollers in the drawing, and furthermore the piece of tape lying directly on rollers d and e is shown in dash-dotted lines, the piece running on it is shown in dashed lines.
The rotation of the belt takes place between d and e and reaches an angle of 90 degrees at i . At this point it is now possible to lead the tape out of the previous running plane, as shown in FIG. 2, and for example continue to feed it horizontally, as shown in FIG. 2, or at an angle.
The advantage of this embodiment of the invention over the previously customary Ge is that only a single endless belt is available, and that as a result, only a single tension roller, in the drawing, the roller b is needed. With this arrangement, all parts of the belt are kept under even tension, and as a result of this and as a result of the belt rotation, it is completely excluded that the conveyed material slips back down or falls sideways from the rising belts.
The drive of the belt is thought by a. The conveyed material is placed on the horizontally running piece of tape at k, is taken up in the ascending and rotated part, reappears at l, passes over roller a and, for example, reaches the slide nt and from there to its destination .
