  Giesskasten.    Die Erfindung betrifft einen Giesskasten  für     Gussformen,    die in einem vorzugsweise  zweiteiligen     Abschlagformkasten    hergestellt  sind und für den Guss mit diesem Kasten  umkleidet werden.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand  der Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel  dargestellt. Es sind:       Fig.    1 eine Seitenansicht des Giess  kastens,       Fig.    2 ein     Grundriss,,          Fig.    3 ein Schnitt nach der Linie 7-7  der     Fig.    2.  



  Der Giesskasten besitzt einen Mantel 30  von der gleichen Innenform wie der Form  kasten, in dem die     Gussform    hergestellt wird,  so     da.ss    er diese dicht umschliesst. Er besteht  aus Metallblech und besitzt Öffnungen 31  für den Abzug von Gasen beim Giessen und  oben einen Flansch 33 mit Schlitzen 34, in  welchen Versteifungsschienen 38 mittelst  Schrauben 35 und Muttern 36 derart be-    Der Mantel 30 besitzt Supports 41, in  welchen Haken 40 mit Griffen 45 gelagert  sind, die zum Festklammern des Mantels  am Brett 43 mit den Fussleisten 44 dienen.

    Die     Form    kommt auf dem Brett 43 von der  Formmaschine; zum Giessen wird der     Guss-          kasten    über die Form gestülpt, auf das Brett  43 gestellt und mittelst der Haken 40 am  Brett festgeklammert. Darnach erfolgt der  Guss, worauf der Mantel entfernt wird,  um bei einer andern Form verwendet  zu werden.  



  Bei Benutzung des Giesskastens kann der  Formkasten sofort nach dem Herstellen der  Form abgenommen und für die Herstellung  weiterer Formen benutzt werden. Der     Guss-          kasten    wird erst kurz vor dem Giessen über  die Form gestülpt und nach dem Guss' so  gleich wieder benutzt. Gewöhnlich verwen  det man für mehrere     Formen    zwei bis drei       Gusskästen,    indem man den einen nach er  folgtem Guss auf eine andere Form aufsetzt,  während der andere auf einer Form, in der
