Description

  

      Zweitaktverbrennungskraftmasehine.       Die Erfindung betrifft eine     Zweitaktver-          brennungskraftmaschine,    bei der Kurbel und  Pleuelstange im Kolben angeordnet sind, der  mit beiden Enden in je einen Zylinder ar  beitet.  



  Gemäss der Erfindung haben die beiden  Zylinder- und die zugehörigen Kolbenteile  verschieden grossen Durchmesser. Der grö  ssere Zylinder dient als     Ladepumpenraum,     während im kleineren die Verbrennung und  die Expansion stattfindet.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel einer     Zweita.ktverbrennungskraft-          maschine    nach vorliegender Erfindung dar  gestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt einen     Achsialschnitt    normal  zur Kurbelwelle und     Fig.    2 zum Teil eine  Ansicht zum Teil einen     Achsialschnitt    pa  rallel zur Kurbelwelle.  



  In den beiden Zylindern 1 und 1', die  koaxial zueinander angeordnet sind und  verschiedenen Durchmesser haben, spielt der  Stufenkolben 4, ein dünnwandiger hohler  Körper, der oben einen     Ablenker    20 be  sitzt, an beiden Enden mit Kolbenringen 6  versehen ist und durch die Pleuelstange 9         i-4it    der Kurbel 8 der Kurbelwelle 7 ver  bunden wird. Diese ist mit einem Schwung  rad 24 versehen, durch die beiden diametral  gegenüberliegenden Längsschlitze 5 des Kol  bens 4 geführt und in zwei Kurbellagern 2  gelagert, die zwischen die beiden Zylinder  t und 1' eingesetzt sind. Das freie Spiel der  Kurbel 8 und der Pleuelstange 9 ermög  lichen Fenster 10 im Kolben 4 und Nischen  11 in den beiden Zylindern 1 und 1'.

   Im  obern Zylinder 1 ist der Arbeitsraum 12  und im untern Zylinder 1' der Verdichtungs  raum 13 der Ladepumpe angeordnet. Beide  Räume stehen durch den Kanal 14 mitein  ander in Verbindung. Die Mündung des  selben im Arbeitsraum 12 ist so tief ange  ordnet, dass sie auf dem grössten Teil des  Kolbenweges durch den Kolben verschlossen  ist und erst in der Nähe des untern Hub  endes geöffnet wird, nachdem der Kolben  schon nicht gezeichnete Auspuffschlitze ab  gedeckt hat. Der Zylinder 1 ist mit     I@ühl-          rippen    versehen.

   Um den untern Zylinder 1'  ist ein hohlzylindrischer Mantel 25     (Fig.    2)  gebildet, durch den das anzusaugende Gas  gemisch in den Verdichtungsraum 13      strömt, sobald der Kolben 4 beim     Aufwäits-          hub    den Schlitz 21 freigibt. Durch diese       Anordnung    wird eine Kühlung der Lade  pumpe bewirkt, und die entzogene Küh  lungswärme wird dem Ladegemisch zuge  führt. Aussen am Mantel 25 ist auf einer  Seile das Vergasergehäuse 16 und auf der  andern der Ölbehälter 17 angeordnet, der  eine luftdicht verschliessbare Füllöffnung 18  besitzt. Der in dem Gehäuse 16 eingebaute  Vergaser wird     mittelst    des     Bowdenkabels     1.9 eingestellt.  



  Im     obern    Zylinder ist ein ringförmiger  Kanal 22 vorgesehen, der feine Austritts  öffnungen gegen das Zylinderinnere be  sitzt und dem Schmieröl unter Druck durch    eine nicht     gezeichnete    Ölpumpe zugeführt  wird.  



  Die Zündeinrichtung ist nicht     angegeben.

   The working chamber 12 is arranged in the upper cylinder 1 and the compression chamber 13 of the charge pump is arranged in the lower cylinder 1 '. Both rooms are connected to each other through the channel 14.    A hollow cylindrical jacket 25 (FIG. 2) is formed around the lower cylinder 1 ', through which the gas mixture to be sucked in flows into the compression chamber 13 as soon as the piston 4 releases the slot 21 on the upward stroke. This arrangement causes the charging pump to be cooled and the cooling heat extracted is added to the charge mixture. On the outside of the jacket 25, the carburetor housing 16 is arranged on one cable and the oil container 17 is arranged on the other, which has an airtight, closable filling opening 18.
