Vorrichtung zum Befestigen eines Bettuches an einer Matratze. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vor richtung zum Befestigen eines Bettuches an einer Matratze. Diese soll das lästige Ver- iutschen des Bettuches bei unruhigem Schlaf verhindern, indem sie Bettuch mit Matratze fest verbindet.
Es geschieht durch an der untern wulstartigen Kante der Matratze zu befestigende Hohlklammern und durch an den darüber liegenden Bettuchenden anzu bringende Flachklammern, deren Scharniere nach rückwärts je eine angeleckte Haken leiste aufweisen, während die Klemmschie nen jeder Hohlklammer mit einem Bügel ausgestattet sind, in welchen die Hakenleiste derjenigen Flachklammer einzuhängen ist, die über der Hohlklammer am Bettuch an geklammert wird.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge- .tellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Flachklammer in Draufsicht, Fig. 9 eine Stirnansicht zu Fig. 1, Fig. 3 eine Hohlklammer in Draufsicht, und Fig. 4 eine Stirnansicht zu Fig. 3, Fig. 5 und 6 die Vorrichtung in der An wendung.
Die Flachklammer besteht aus den bei den Schienen a, welche durch ein verhältnis mässig starkes Federscharnier b zusammen gehalten werden. An dieses Scharnier ist nach rückwärts eine Hakenleiste c ange leckt. In einer Schiene a befindet sich eine Vertiefung d, um die Klammer bequem öffnen zu können. Die Hohlklammer be steht aus den beiden gebogenen Schienen e, welche ebenfalls durch ein starkes Feder scharnier<I>f</I> verbunden sind. Dessen Splint<I>g</I> ist nach aussen zu einem Bügel h ver längert.
Die feste Verbindung zwischen Bettuch und Matratze erfolgt nun, wie aus den Fig. 5 und 6 ersichtlich, derart, dass an den Schmalseiten der Matratze i an deren un tern Wulst k die Hohlklammern und dar über an den dort befindlichen Enden des Bettuches die Flachklammern befestigt wer den, worauf die Hakenleiste einer Hohl klammer in den Bügel einer Flachklammer eingehängt wird. Sollte das Bettuch länger sein als die Matratzenlänge zuzüglich ihrer doppelten .Stärke, so müssen die Bettuch enden entsprechend umgeschlagen und an den ganten der Flachklammern aasgeklemmt werden.
Wesentlich ist, dass das Bettuch mittelst der Klammern straff über die Ma tratze gespannt ist. Iin allgemeinen werden hierzu je vier Klammern genügen, jedoch können nach Bedarf mehr angebracht wer den. Beim Wenden der Matratze müssen natürlich die Hohlklammern stets erst so versetzt werden, dass sie sich wieder an der untern Wulstkante befinden. Die Flach klammern verbleiben dagegen zweckmässiger weise am Bettuch, bis dieses gegen ein neues ausgetauscht wird.
Das mit der Vorrichtung an einer Ma tratze befestigte Bettuch liegt stets glatt auf ersterer und wird hierdurch. auch ge schont. Ebenso wird der unschöne Anblick der Matratze bei verschobenem Bettuch ver mieden, und dadurch, dass die Hakenleiste an das Scharnier der Flachklammern aas gelenkt ist, können sich diese stets an die Matratze anschmiegen und verhindern das Einlegen der Matratze in das Bettgestell nicht.
