Elektriselier Motor.
Elektriselier Motor. The present invention relates to an electric motor. In the same, the motor axis is stored at both ends in roller bearings ge, in which roller bearings one of the two races does not have any Achsialbewe movement of the same hindering edges. This enables the rotor and the stator to move axially to one another following the mutual centering efforts when the field is excited.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment and shows: FIG. 1 an end view of a motor, partly in section, while FIG. 2 shows one of the roller bearings of the same in vertical section and on a larger scale.
It is 1 the rotor, which sits firmly on the motor axis 2, and 3 the stator, which sits firmly on the housing 4. 5 are parts of the Be winding of the stator and 6 those of the Ro sector.
The motor axis 2 is mounted in roller bearings at both ends, namely the roller bearings are not designed as ball bearings, but rather as roller bearings through the arrangement of the rollers 7. Both roller bearings A and B are identical to one another. For each bearing, 8 is the inner race, which sits firmly on a shoulder of the motor axis 2. This has, in the known manner, Seitenrä n- 9 which are intended to absorb the axial pressure of the rollers 7. Each bearing also has an outer race 10.
In contrast to the races 8, these races 10 now have no edges at the points 11, which means that the races 10 can move axially to the whales 7 without any axial pressure being exerted on the rollers 7. Since the inner races 8 are rigidly connected to the rotor 1 and the outer races 10 are connected to the stator 3, there is therefore the possibility that the stator and rotor can move axially to one another at the sides. This ability to move is limited by stop rings 12 and 13, which are firmly clamped next to the outer races 10. These stop rings are on opposite sides of bearings A and B so that the axial displacement is limited to both sides.
The purpose of the described design of the bearing is to prevent axial pressures from occurring on the bearings while the engine is running. Well known. As soon as the electric field is excited, rotor and stator tend to center each other, that is, both tend to move with their vertical central planes into the vertical central plane C-D according to Fig. 1 by the force of the magnetic field. With ball bearings, however, it is not possible for such an adjustment to take place without a large axial pressure being created on the balls, which are not axially movable in the raceways, which is harmful to the running of the motor on the rollers 7.
The stop is borrowed. In the subject of the present invention according to the embodiment of FIG. 1, the vertical center plane of the rotor can shift laterally by axial displacement of the motor axis 2 into the vertical center plane of the stator, either to the right or to the left, so that both center planes in the vertical plane CD fall without an axial pressure rings 12 and 13 prevent the displacement to one of the two sides from becoming too great, which could possibly pull parts 5 and 6 of the Bewiehlung in passion.
