Description
Device for connecting bodies which have mutually opposite, spaced apart fastening surfaces. The present invention relates to a device for connecting bodies that have opposite, from each other di punched fastening surfaces that are self-contained, after their common Ringaxe inclined ring surfaces, between which a split in diameter and variable in shape spring ring is inserted automatically clamped, preventing longitudinal displacement and, if necessary, removed to release the fastening. The fastening surfaces can be shaped according to a straight or curved generation line.
In the drawing several Ausfüh approximately examples of the device are illustrated. In the execution shown in Fig. 1, the bodies to be connected ge are drawn separately, namely a is a running ring or a sleeve with an inclined ring surface b after the ring axis. The collar ring c has the same-directionally inclined ring surface but of a larger diameter. The smallest inner diameter d of the ring surface at c is at least as large as the largest diameter of the ring surface b, so that the collar c can be pushed over b. Then a split in diameter and variable in shape spring ring e is inserted into the clearance resulting at b and c, so that a connection of the bodies a, c and e, as shown in Fig. 2 in sectional form, is created.
The spring ring e clamps on the annular surface b, the collar c can no longer be pushed back and withstands the axial pressures shown by arrows in FIG. The spring ring e has, for example, at f from savings, which make it possible to remove the spring ring e by a tool g if necessary and to loosen the fastening.
In the arrangement shown in FIG. 3, a is a bolt with an annular surface b, and c is a washer which is connected to the bolt a by the spring ring e. According to Fig. 4, a screw locking device is shown as a further embodiment, wherein the nut is formed with a ring c from; In the clearance between b and c, a round spring ring e, also divided in diameter, is inserted, which, when tightening the nut on the inclined ring surface b of the bolt a, automatically readjusts and secures itself inwards under the effect of its clamping force, so that turning back the nut without removing the spring washer is impossible.
The joint piece a shown in Fig. 5 has at b and the bearing ring c inside in a recess each a spherically arched ring surface, which two fastening surfaces are spaced from each other, with the likewise shaped and split spring ring e is inserted and a longitudinal displacement prevented. According to Fig. 6, the same device for fastening a flange c on a pipe section a is used, according to Fig. 7, an annular flat body a is held in a cone piece c by the spring ring e. Likewise, according to FIG. 8, the ring c is held in the hub a of a wheel tire by a spring ring e and according to FIG. 9 the sealing washer c is held in a flange piece a by two-part spring rings e.
This device for connecting bodies is very versatile and can be used for other types not described here. The purpose of the device is a secure and firm connection, instead of a connection by mortising, riveting, screws, wedges, pins and the like.
