Description
Flechtvorrichtung für Vierechdrahtgefiecht. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Flechtvorrichtung zur Herstellung von Viereckdrahtgeflechten aus Flechtdraht- schrauben, bei der gleichzeitig zwei Flecht- drahtschrauben mittelst Flechtschnecke und Flechtmessers hergestellt werden.
Bei bekannten derartigen Flechtmaschi- nen wird infolge der raschen Umdrehungen des Flechtmessers durch -die Reibung der Drehwindungen in der verhältnismässig sehr langen Schnecke grosse Wärme erzeugt.
Die vorliegende Erfindung beseitigt die sen Übelstand dadurch, dass anstatt dieser einen Flechtschnecke wenigstens zwei im Ab stand von einander liegende Flechtschnecken verwendet werden, wobei ein gemeinsames rotierendes Flechtmesser mit beiden Flecht- schnecken zusammenarbeitet, das heisst durch beide Flechtschnecken hindurchgeht.
Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist auf der Zeichnung beispielsweise in einer Ausführungsform dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt die Flechteinrichtung in Sei tenansicht, wobei die zur Erläuterung der Er- findung@überflüssigen Teile weggelassen sind; Fig. 2 ist ein Querschnitt durch die erste Flechtschnecke.
Das Flechten unter Herstellung der fla chen Doppeldrahtschrauben aus den beiden wie üblich zulaufenden Drähten b wird in an sich bekannter Weise mittelst rotierenden Flechtmessers c und ruhender Flechtschnecke vorgenommen.
Anstatt einer Flechtschnecke wie üblich sind nun zwei Flechtschnecken d und e ver wendet. Die Flechtschnecke e liegt in ge wissem Abstand von der Flechtschnecke d, und zwar ist dieser Abstand derart gewählt, dass die Drahtschrauben, wenn sie die Flecht schnecke d verlassen haben, etwas in der Längsrichtung gedehnt werden, um in die Gänge der Flechtschnecke e eintreten zu können.
Wenn die Drahtwindungen a dann aus der Flechtschnecke e austreten, so haben sie vermöge der ihnen zwischen den beiden Flechtschnecken d und e in,der Längsrichtung erteilten Dehnung eine bleibend gleichmässige Länge und Steigung. Zweckmässigerweise kann die Flecht- schnecke e gegen die Flechtschnecke d durch Drehung um ihre Achse eingestellt werden.
Nötigenfalls kann die Zahl der Flecht schnecken auch erhöht werden.
Braiding device for four-wire braided. The present invention relates to a braiding device for the production of square wire braids from braiding wire screws, in which two braiding wire screws are produced simultaneously by means of a braiding screw and a braiding knife.
In known braiding machines of this type, due to the rapid revolutions of the braiding knife, great heat is generated by the friction of the rotary windings in the relatively very long screw.
The present invention eliminates this drawback in that instead of this one braiding screw at least two spaced braiding screws are used, a common rotating braiding knife cooperating with both braiding screws, that is, passes through both braiding screws.
The subject matter of the present invention is shown in the drawing, for example in one embodiment.
1 shows the braiding device in side view, the parts which are superfluous to explain the invention being omitted; Fig. 2 is a cross section through the first braiding screw.
The braiding, with the production of the flat twin wire screws from the two wires b tapering as usual, is carried out in a manner known per se by means of a rotating braiding knife c and a stationary braiding screw.
Instead of one braider as usual, two braiders d and e are now used. The braiding screw e lies at a certain distance from the braiding screw d, and this distance is chosen such that the wire screws, when they have left the braiding screw d, are stretched somewhat in the longitudinal direction in order to enter the threads of the braiding screw e can.
When the wire windings a then emerge from the braiding screw e, they have a constant length and gradient due to the elongation imparted to them between the two braiding screws d and e in the longitudinal direction. The braiding screw e can expediently be set against the braiding screw d by rotating it about its axis.
If necessary, the number of lichen snails can also be increased.
