One-time filling bottle. The invention relates to a bottle for one-time filling, in which means are provided in order to be able to empty the contents of the bottle, but to make refilling of the bottle impossible. According to the invention, the bottle has a lower opening and a piston which can be actuated directly through this and which expels the liquid or semi-liquid contents of the bottle when it moves forward.
In addition, the bottle is equipped with a non-accessible non-return valve, through which the contents of the bottle are emptied when the piston is moved forward, so that no spring-controlled valve is required for this bottle of simplified design.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in the drawing in the vertical section.
Inside the bottle 1, a movable piston 2 is provided. The bottle 1 has at its lower end an opening 3 through which the piston 2 can be actuated to empty the contents of the bottle ent. Bottle body and bottle neck form a coherent whole. The neck 4 of the bottle 1 has in its interior a valve body 5, which is equipped with a tightly closing, elastic tube 6 which is conical to the valve body, for example made of vulcanized rubber or other elastic material, which is equipped with the action of the liquid or semi-liquid bottle contents, such as. B. liquor, acids or condensed milk, is not affected after part.
In order to securely fasten the tube 6, the neck 4 is provided at 7 with an annular shoulder against which the tube 6 is pressed when the valve body 5 is screwed into the bottle neck at 8. The upper end of the valve body 5 is provided with a deflector 9 which protrudes laterally beyond the upper end of the tube 6, so that it is not possible to get to the tube 6 by inserting tools through the hole 10 to the transverse opening 11 -to cover in body 5. The hole 10 is located in the middle of the deflector 9 and is seen with a screw plug 12 ver, which is conveniently arranged for ventilation in those cases in which an internal pressure can arise in the space 13.
The width 14 of the bottle 1 extends to its lower end and accommodates the piston 2, the sliding surface of which can be rubbed at 15 with a lubricant or paraffin or provided with one or more piston rings; usually such means are not required if the piston is properly fitted. The open un lower end of the bottle 1 is provided with a ring 16 which is screwed into the lower end of the bottle and rests against the end part of the piston for habitual Lich.
In order to be able to empty the entire contents of the bottle, the piston 2 is provided with a projection 18 which loosely leads in a longitudinal channel 19 of the valve body 5 when the piston 2 moves up to the limit of its stroke, with a small gap between the extension 18 and the channel 19 allows the passage of the liquid to the transverse opening 11.
In the case of the use of semi-liquid substances, it has proven to be expedient to screw the piston 2 into the opening 14, in which case the bottom of the piston 2 can be provided with finger holes for rotating the piston.
The procedure for filling the bottle is as follows: The plunger 2 is removed and the liquid or semi-liquid substance is poured into the bottle 1, which is upside down, until the filling is completed. The piston 2 is then reinserted and advanced until its bottom forms a surface with the bottom of the bottle. As a result, all excess liquid and all the air is expelled through the opening 11 of the valve 6 speed.
The filled bottle can now be stored or used; and the contents of the bottle will remain in good condition until use, or even with temporary use of parts of its contents, since the air is excluded. After emptying the bottle 1 cannot be refilled in its original closed state.
In use, the ring 16 made of glass or metal can be permanently fused in place with the glass bottle to prevent it from unscrewing.
