Description
Sehneidapparat für Gemüse, Fleischwaren ete. Das in der Zeichnung dargestellte Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes zeigt einen Apparat, welcher ermöglicht, Nah rungsmittel, z. B. Zwiebeln, Kartoffeln, Fleisch etc. in gleichmässige Stücke zu zerschneiden.
Fig. 1 zeigt den Apparat im Aufriss, bei hochgehobenem Messer; Fig. 2 stellt den Apparat im Grundriss dar und veranschaulicht speziell die Stellung des Anschlages zum besser.
Das Messer besteht aus dem Handgriff a und der eigentlichen Klinge d. Es ist mittelst des Drehbolzens<I>f</I> am Ständer<I>i</I> schwingbar befestigt und wird am hintern Teil der Klinge durch die Kulisse g geführt. Der Anschlag e wird an der Klinge d durch die Anschlag halter d gehalten. Durch Lösen der Schrauben b kann der Anschlag e seitlich zum Messer verschoben werden; die Dicke der Schnitze wird dementsprechend grösser oder kleiner ausfallen. Durch die Feder c werden die Schnitze abgestreift und fallen in eine bereit gestellte Schüssel oder in ein speziell für diesen Zweck hergestelltes Becken, welches bequem am Apparat befestigt werden kann.
Um einen besseren Schnitt zu erhalten, ist das Messer einseitig hohl geschliffen. h ist ein Brett aus Hartholz mit einer Weich holzeinlage und dient als Unterlage für das Messer und das Schnittgut. Die Schraube k ermöglicht, den Apparat an einem Tisch festzumachen.

Fig. 1 shows the apparatus in elevation with the knife raised; Fig. 2 shows the apparatus in plan and specifically illustrates the position of the stop for better.
The knife consists of the handle a and the actual blade d. It is swingably attached to the stand <I> i </I> by means of the pivot pin <I> f </I> and is guided through the gate g on the rear part of the blade. The stop e is held on the blade d by the stop holder d. By loosening the screws b, the stop e can be moved sideways to the knife; the thickness of the slices will be larger or smaller accordingly. The slices are stripped off by the spring c and fall into a prepared bowl or into a basin made especially for this purpose, which can be conveniently attached to the apparatus.
To get a better cut, the knife is ground hollow on one side. h is a board made of hardwood with a soft wood insert and serves as a base for the knife and the cut material. The screw k enables the apparatus to be fastened to a table.
