In dem Laufrad c kann hier bei hinter der Einführungsstelle sowohl der vom Hochdruckteil der Turbine kommende Arbeitsdampf, als auch der Zusatzdampf höhererSpannung voll zur Wirkung kommen. Im G regensatz zu den bekannten Turbinen;
1-stage steam turbine with additional steam supply in an intermediate stage. The invention relates to a multi-stage steam turbine which is provided with a device for supplying additional steam to an intermediate stage, for example, to temporarily overload the turbine. The available additional steam usually has a higher pressure than the main steam flow in the relevant intermediate stage.
If this excess steam pressure is throttled, the energy contained in the additional steam is used unfavorably. therefore blue has. already proposed to introduce the additional steam higher pressure without throttling the pressure difference in the turbine. In a known embodiment, this is done in such a way that part of the order of the stator belonging to the intermediate stage is used exclusively for the introduction of the additional steam. However, this arrangement has the unfavorable consequence that the main steam flow is limited to the remaining part of the stator, so it has to be strongly deflected to the side when passing from an impeller that is fully loaded.
A further disadvantage is that when operating without additional steam, the intermediate stage and the following stages are not full, i.e. they are admittedly unfavorable. In another known design, the additional nozzles in the stator were arranged around the nozzles of the main steam flow and the blades of the following impeller were lengthened accordingly in the radial direction, so that these blades fished the main steam flow on their inner part and the supply on their outer part Record set steam flow.
This design initially has the disadvantage that a normal impeller cannot be used in the intermediate stage; In addition, there is also the disadvantage that when the additional steam supply is interrupted, the impeller is not fully loaded, this time not at full blade height, so that an unfavorable steam flow and ventilation losses occur. According to a third proposal, the additional steam should be introduced into the main steam flow upstream of the guide wheel of the relevant intermediate stage, that is, it should not be guided through the guide apparatus on a special path.
However, this arrangement has the disadvantage that the energy corresponding to the excess pressure of the additional steam is lost, even if it is injected into the additional nozzles or when it is converted into speed, because the steam speed cannot be used in the following guide wheel.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in such a way that the additional steam in front of an impeller rim, which is fully acted upon by the main steam flow both in the radial direction and in the circumferential direction at normal power, is introduced through nozzles, which the excess steam so in the Introduce the main steam flow so that its speed is increased by the kinetic energy released during the expansion of the additional steam. In this arrangement, the energy corresponding to the excess pressure of the additional steam is shared with the total steam flow and can consequently be made usable in the following rotor blades.
At the same time, the advantage is preserved that when the supply of additional steam is interrupted, the impeller rim is fully pressurized, that is to say it works with favorable efficiency.
The subject of the invention is illustrated in the drawing in three exemplary embodiments, in which Fig. 1 shows a turbine executed in the inven tion sense in the longitudinal section and Fig. 2 shows a cross-section through the additional nozzles on a larger scale. Fig. 3 and 4 show deviations in the way in which the additional steam is introduced.
It denotes a multi-stage steam turbine in which additional steam is introduced into the turbine in front of an impeller, the additional steam having a higher voltage than the main steam at the feed point. The supply of the additional steam is carried out by means of the additional nozzles b, the arrangement of which is shown in Figs. 1 and 2. They are arranged outside the gap of the step in question, the width of which is expediently not increased compared to the normal one, and are inclined so that the additional steam entering radially from the outside inwards at the same time in the direction of the direction of rotation of the impeller is steered.
In this way it gives the main steam flow a further impulse in such a way that the speed of the total steam flow is increased compared to that of the main steam flow. As a result of the increased steam speed, no special flow cross-section needs to be provided for the additional steam flow; on the other hand, the energy present in the additional steam is not lost, as is the case with other designs in which no separate flow cross-section is created for the additional steam.
In the impeller c both the working steam coming from the high pressure part of the turbine and the additional steam with a higher voltage can come into full effect behind the introduction point. In contrast to the well-known turbines;
in which also no special Durelrflutäqunitte is seen for the additional steam, in the case of overload at the feed point and in the previous stages only a little higher steam pressure arises because the speed of the total steam flow is increased; This small amount of stress is not harmful, so that the existing passage cross-sections in the following impeller are sufficient for all operating conditions. The cross-sections of the previous stages can be regulated if necessary.
Instead of the additional steam being introduced into the gap between its guide ring and the following impeller, its supply can also be between two running rings, as shown in Fig. 4. For this purpose, the blades in the corresponding impeller are divided in their width, the width of the nenden gap for introducing the additional steam can be approximately equal to the normal gap width.
In steam turbines with a sudden change in the diameter of the rotating part, as illustrated in Fig. 3, the addition of steam is expediently fed into the steam at the transition from one diameter to the other between two rotor blade rings in the axial direction.
The introduction of additional steam can of course, if necessary, take place at several points in the turbine.
To avoid thermal stresses crazy housing and also for reasons of steam technology, it is advisable to make the introduction of the additional steam on the whole order.
