I -I, II-II, III-III bezeichnet.
Process for the production of a conductor element consisting of twisted partial conductors for slot windings in electrical machines. The suppression of the additional conductor losses in conductors with large cross sections can be done by stranding the conductor or by dividing it into several superimposed, parallel sub-conductors that are appropriately restricted or twisted inside or outside the groove. The wiring requires round sub-conductors, which results in poorer utilization of the groove cross-section.
When twisting outside the groove, the superimposed sub-conductors must be guided through the entire winding through parallel, while the twist within the groove leads to the arrangement of two adjacent groups of cranked sub-conductors or to cross-sectional violations of the latter.
These disadvantages can be remedied by the use of conductor elements which are produced according to the method forming the subject of the present invention. According to this method, one uses to produce a conductor element, wel Ches consists of twisted sub-conductors, for the latter sheet metal strips, which are folded so that each sub-conductor runs through the conductor element in a helical manner.
In Figures 1 to 3 and 4 to 6 with the accompanying drawing, an example of the production of a conductor element is shown in front of the method; Fig. 7 to 9 show possible uses of conductor elements produced by the present method.
According to the first example, the conductor element is produced by folding a sheet metal strip a three times with a parallel A cut b, through which sub-conductors 1 to 8 are formed. In Fig. 1 the basic shape of the conductor element is shown; the fold lines are marked I -I, II-II, III-III. Fig. 2 illustrates the two times and Fig. 3 shows the three times folded tape ended. In the completely folded sheet metal strip, each sub-conductor runs through the conductor element once in a screw-like manner.
According to the second example, two tapes c and d are used, which also have a section b and are each folded twice (FIGS. 5 and 6), specifically along the fold lines x-x and y-y; Fig. 4 shows the basic shape of the band c, which also corresponds to that of the band d. If the folded strips c and d are now put together so that the middle parts of the partial conductors 5 to 8 of the band d in FIG. 6 come to rest on the middle parts of the partial conductors 1 to the band c in FIG. 4, this results exactly the same picture of Fig. 3.
The incisions b can be made, for example, by punching, cutting or milling. But it can also be used sheet metal strips that, placed side by side and soldered and welded ver at the ends, form a band that is folded; it would of course also be possible to use these sheet metal strips according to FLg.
or 5, 6 and to assemble these folded sheet metal strips to form the conductor element shown in FIG. 3, in which case the ends of the strips would only be connected to one another. The length L of the sub-ladder is expediently selected according to the iron width of the machine. In any case, the conductor elements produced according to the present process have flat surfaces, which can be achieved by practically complete utilization of the stressed groove cross-section through the conductor material. lying ladders; each ladder is made up of three ladder elements.
