Bei grossen Förderhöhen ist die Charakteri stik der Pumpe jedoch in der Regel sehr steil. so dass eine Regelung auf konstante Temperaturf#rhöhung unverhältnismässig grosse Pumpen und grosse Energieverluste mit sich bringen wiii-de. Man wird daher vorteilhaft auf l;
Fig. 1 zeigt die Vorrichtung in schema tischer Darstellung, während Fig. 2 Einzelheiten darstellt.
Method and device for generating steam. The invention relates to a method for generating steam, in which the heat is supplied to water that is inevitably set in order and the steam is formed by reducing the pressure in separate elements. It is known to generate steam in such a way that the steam formation in a radiator is prevented by the fact that the water, which is forced into circulation, is put under such high pressure that the steam formation cannot occur. The steam formation is then made possible at any point by throttling the pressure below the saturation pressure corresponding to the water temperature.
The steam can be used for any purpose, while the water that has not evaporated is recirculated.
Such a method has the disadvantage that a considerable amount of work ability is lost due to the throttling.
According to the invention, the novelty of the present method is that the pressure reduction and steam formation in the circulating water using the work capacity of the resulting steam-water mixture corresponding to the relief. The energy gain to be achieved in this way can be greater than the power required by a circulating pump to increase the pressure of the circulating water. This new process can be used with the same advantage both for the recovery of waste heat and for the generation of steam from fire gases in a boiler.
In the latter case, the water can be circulated under increased pressure either over the whole or only over part of the boiler heating surface, the water being evaporated in the remaining parts of the boiler in the usual manner. The pressure in a heating pipe system, through which the water is circulated by means of a pump, can be increased to any level, for example to 60 to 80 atmospheres overpressure, or to the critical pressure or beyond.
Steam formation in the boiler part in which the water is circulated by means of the pump can be prevented by regulating the amount of water circulating, the water pressure or by regulating the supply of heat.
In particular, the fuel supply can be shut off manually or automatically if the pump fails, or the natural water circulation at boiler pressure can be caused by opening one or more bypass lines of the pump and a power engine designed to utilize the working capacity of the steam water mixture, whereby Then the steam generation in the whole boiler takes place in the usual way.
In the bypass lines, valves or Rückschlagkla.ppen that are subject to filing or weight loading can be arranged, which resp. can be opened by spring pressure and only held depending on the work of the pump, for example by the increased @ Vasserdrucli #. Of course, special safety valves can be provided in the boiler section that is under higher pressure.
In order to prevent heat losses through blowing, these can be set up so that they blow in a normal pressure part, for example under water. The engine used to utilize the work ability can be directly coupled to the pump, which is used to increase the pressure and promote the LTmwälzw water.
In this case you can use. Another device, for example in an electrical generator, can be connected to the prime mover, which is used in normal operation to dissipate excess energy from the prime mover and to drive the pump during start-up.
The relaxation of the water respectively. the formation of the steam-water mixture can follow in the engine itself or in front of it. Since the separation of the steam from the water can take place wholly or partially in the machine, this can be done with appropriate devices, such as a steam dome forming the upper part of the machine and one or more forming the lower part of the machine Sludge collectors are provided.
The discharge of the steam respectively. Water can accordingly take place in a common or in separate lines; In the hall in which the water is already relaxed in front of the machine, such as when using free-jet turbines, the turbine usually has to be higher than a collector in which the steam and the non-evaporated water are collected, as the The water emerging from the turbine is in the state of evaporation and cannot be sucked in.
If the collector still has to be set up higher, a throttle device with automatic control is expediently switched on in the steam line from the turbine to the collector, which artificially creates an overpressure in the machine compared to the collector and thus fills the turbine with water during the process operation is prevented. In order to be able to remove the water that collects in the turbine after pauses in operation, a water jet pump can be provided, whereby the feed water can serve as a driving liquid.
The feed water can also be fed into the supply line of the pump which causes the positive circulation.
As already mentioned above, the water circulation can be regulated. When using a centrifugal pump with flat pump characteristics, this can be done by throttling or by regulating the speed of the pump and thus the amount of circulating water in such a way that the temperature increase of the circulating water remains as unchanged as possible under different loads. This arrangement has the advantage that, when controlled by throttling, the engine used to drive the pump is driven at a constant speed -, verden, and with simultaneous coupling with an electric generator always current of the same voltage or respectively. emits the same frequency.
At high heads, however, the characteristics of the pump are usually very steep. so that a regulation to a constant temperature increase would entail disproportionately large pumps and large energy losses. It is therefore advantageous to use l;
oii #, t ant (@ pressure inference between saturation @ lrn @ l; mid pressure in the water circuit or uul 'l; un @ tantc temperature difference between (1 (.idi @ m water pressure corresponding saturation temperature' and the Regulate water temperature.
In this case, it is useful to allow a speed change in the engine and to generate voltage BEZW. To keep the frequency constant by regulating the generator, which may be coupled with the regulation of the pump.
As already mentioned above, it is also possible to combine the steam generation according to the present method with the usual steam generation; Here, the entire heat transfer body can be structurally uniform and a part can be used to generate water vapor with natural water circulation, while a part works under forced circulation, increased pressure and work recovery according to the present method. Here, the ar processing part with natural water circulation can be connected upstream or downstream of the other in relation to the direction of the flow of fire gas.
The drawing illustrates in an exemplary embodiment a device for performing the method.
Fig. 1 shows the device in a schematic representation, while Fig. 2 shows details.
According to Fig. 1. The water is removed by the pump 1 from the collector 2 and the radiator BEZW after increasing the pressure. Radiator system ä supplied. After heating in this it comes to the power machine 4, in which it is relaxed using the ability to work. The steam that forms during this expansion is fed to the collector 2 through the line 5 and the non-evaporated water through the line 6. The steam can be taken from the collector for any purpose, and the water flows to the pump and is recirculated.
In Fig. 2, a high pressure boiler is provided. The water is taken through the Lei device 1 from the drum 2, for example under a pressure of 20 atmospheres overpressure, brought by the pump 3 to a pressure of, for example, 80 atmospheres overpressure and through the line 4 the pipe system 5 of the example Kind of a water tube boiler from formed and usually heated boiler supplied, in which it is heated to about 280 'to <B> 290' </B>.
The flow cross-sections of the individual heating pipes can be dimensioned in such a way that the temperature increase of the water in the individual pipes is the same despite different heat input due to the different temperature of the heating gases on the individual pipes. From here it reaches ge via line 6 to the engine 7, where it is again relaxed to 20 Atmä Ren overpressure and is partially evaporated. The steam that is formed is passed through line 8 in the steam section of drum 2 and from there passes into superheater 9, from which it flows to a point of consumption.
The water that has not evaporated collects under the engine in the container 10 and from there reaches the drum 2 or directly into the pump 3 to be circulated again. The engine 7 and the pump 3 are, for example, directly coupled to one another; In addition, they are connected to a motor generator 11, which runs as a generator in normal operation, but is used to drive the pump 3 when starting up. To bypass the engine, valves 12 are provided, which are opened when the pump fails.
In this case, the whole boiler runs like a normal boiler with 20 atmospheres overpressure, in which a natural water circulation takes place due to the difference in specific weights. In the present case this circulation takes place in the same direction as the forced one; however, reverse circulation can occur with the same boiler design.
