Description

  

  Ölbrenner mit umlaufendem Zerstäuber.    Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ölbrenner  mit umlaufendem Zerstäuber nach dem Pa  tentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, mit einem  Flügelrad zur Lieferung der Verbrennungs  luft. Sie besteht darin, dass die Verbren  nungsluft über eine von der Flamme erhitzte  Wand des     Brennergehäuses    so zu dem Zer  stäuber geführt wird, dass sie den Brenn  stoff in vorgewärmtem Zustand erreicht.  



  Ein     Ausführungsbeispiel    des Erfindungs  gegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung zur Dar  stellung gebracht.  



  In dem Zündgehäuse a eines nicht weiter  gezeichneten Heizkessels, dessen Feuerraum  mit     b    bezeichnet ist, befindet sich der um  laufende Ölzerstäuber c, der das Öl durch  seine bei<I>i</I> gelagerte Hohlwelle<I>d</I> in bekann  ter Weise zugeführt erhält und es durch       Zentrifugalwirkung    zerstäubt. Die von ihm       ab.geschleuderten    Ölteilchen werden von  einem von dem Flügelrad f erzeugten und  durch den Ringspalt e hindurchgeführten  Luftstrom erfasst und in den Feuerraum ab-    gelenkt, um dort mit der Luft zu verbren  nen.

   Die Verbrennungsluft wird dabei durch  Führungswände g derart über die von der  Flamme erhitzte Wand h des     Brennergehäu-          ses    zu dem Zerstäuber geführt, dass sie den  Brennstoff in vorgewärmtem Zustand er  reicht und dadurch die Verbrennung ver  bessert.

PATENTANSPRUCH Ölbrenner mit umlaufendem Zerstäuber nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpaten tes, mit Flügelrad zur Lieferung der Ver brennungsluft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbrennungsluft über eine von der Flamme erhitzte Wand des Brennergehäuses so zu dem Zerstäuber geführt wird, dass sie den Brennstoff in vorgewärmtem Zustand er reicht.
