Projection apparatus, in particular for light advertising purposes. The present invention is a projection apparatus, in particular for light advertising purposes, which is shown on the accompanying drawings in an exemplary embodiment from. It shows: FIG. 1 an interior view of the transmission of the projection apparatus; Fig. 2 is a cross section; Fig. 3 shows the complete projection apparatus in side view; Fig. 4 shows a detail.
1 is a housing which has an eye 2 in its center, in which last rem an axis 3 is rotatably supported. With its free end, protruding from the eye, the axis 3 carries a round disc 4, which has a larger diameter than the housing 1. The disc 4 has openings BEZW distributed at equal intervals close to its circumference. Fields 5, which are used to receive translucent, the advertising-bearing panels. The number of fields 5 can be chosen arbitrarily.
On the housing 1, a lens carrier serving as a flap 6 is cast, which has a bore 7, the axis of which intersects the trajectory of the Be movement of the fields 5, the lens can be of a known type, and is on the flap 6 and by partial insertion in the hole 7 attached.
In order to be able to move the fields 5 or the billboards arranged therein step by step at certain time intervals in front of the bore 7 according to the arrow, Fig. 1, a weight drive is provided, but this is controlled by a spring clockwork known and respectively released and blocked becomes.
A cable drum 10 is firmly seated on a winding shaft 8, which is rotatably supported on the one hand in the housing wall and on the other hand in a plate 9 fastened in the housing 1. The latter has a toothed locking ring 11. One end of the winding shaft 8 protrudes from the housing 1 and there has a square 12 for attaching a crank. On the cable drum, a pulling element 13 is wound to which a weight 14 is hanging. A spur gear 15, which carries a pawl 16, rests loosely rotatably on the winding shaft 8.
This engages in the teeth of the toothed locking ring 14, so that the spur gear 15 is rotated by the falling weight with the drum 10, iber in the direction of rotation of the drum 10, which is reversed from the film, that is, when the winding shaft 8 is finite for the purpose of the cable drum Raising the Ge weight 14 is rotated, is not taken.
The rotary movements of the spur gear 15 -erden transferred to a switching disk 17, which is stuck on a shaft 18. For the purpose of transmitting these rotary movements, a number of transmission gears 19 to 23 are used, which translate the rotations of the spur gear 15 at high speed. All of the shafts of the transmission units 19 to 23 and that of the switching disk 17 are rotatably supported at one end in the housing and cinderencls in the plate 9.
In the switching disk 17 there are recesses 24 distributed at equal intervals on the circumference, with pins 2: i distributed in the disk 4 at the next angular intervals being fastened. The latter protrude from the disc 4 and can with. the recesses 24 of the switching disk 17 are brought into engagement, the disk 4 being moved along with the rotation of the switching disk.
The weight drive mechanism is controlled by a spring clock mechanism known per se, or by a locking disk 27 which is arranged on the minute hand shaft and has pins 28. In the path of the latter, the free end of a locking arm 29, which is stuck on a shaft 30, protrudes.
On this wave. 30, a toothed piston 31 is attached, which meshes with a spur gear 32 of the shaft 18, with a Nockens.clieibe 33 still sitting firmly on the toothed piston shaft 30, at the same time a wind vane 34, which parts 29, 33 and 34 underneath the influence of the weight 14 are available, but the locking disk 27 can be controlled. A pin 34 ′ of an angular lever 35, which can swing about a pin 36, rests on the cam disk 33.
At its free end the lever 35 is designed as a widened cover plate 37, which the latter can be moved from the cam 33 in front of and from the lens wea. (The two end positions are shown in the drawing.) A dial 38 rests on the hour hand shaft, which has holes 39 on its circumference, into which piercing pins 40 can be inserted interchangeably.
An arm 41 protrudes in the same path and rests on a bolt 4? pivotally mounted, which arm 41 ends by means of two lugs 43, 44 next to a release disk 45 which carries two stops 46, 47 (FIG. 4). This release disk 45 sits on a shaft 48 which has a contact disk 49, against which the latter brushes 50 rest. One half of the contact washer 49 is electrically conductive. The other half is insulated.
The shaft 48 has a spring housing 51 of a known type, -% like a spring strives to rotate the shaft 48 together with the parts 45, 49 according to arrow II (FIG. 4). The brushes 50 are closed in the circuit of the projection lamp 52.
This projection lamp 52 is located in a housing 54 which can be moved ver by rods 53 and support, which lamp 52 is installed between a capacitor 55 and a mirror 56. The rods 53 are screwed into a light beam catcher 57, the latter being pivotable on the housing 1 about an axis 58. The housing 1 rests on a stand 59.
The mode of operation is as follows: First and foremost, the spring mechanism of the clock 26 and that of the housing 51 are pulled open and the weight 14 is tightened by rotating the drum 1.0. Assuming, for example, that the projection apparatus should work from 19 to 21 Ulrr, then a pin 40 is inserted into the hole of the number 19 and 21 of the dial 38.
At 19 LThr the corresponding pin 40 now comes to rest against the .Irin 41 and lifts it. This releases the stop 47 through the nose 43, which means that:
the release disk 45 rotates, namely only half a turn, until the stop 46, as shown in g-c-, hits the nose 43, but before the stop 47 hits the arm 41.
by means of the nose 44 by striking it back into the starting position. Through this half turn, the brushes came into contact with the conductive part of the contact disk 49, whereby the striker was closed , and it remains closed until 21.
Since the locking disk 27 is rotated according to arrow II and the locking arm 29 rests against the locking pin lying above it due to the weight 14, the locking arm 29 is gradually released. In this Mo- #_, after releasing the arm 29 this describes approximately a full turn, where at the same time all parts 8 to 23 are rotated ge, by the released train force cles weight 14 and these rotations last until the locking arm 29 below the next locking pin 28 engages.
During these rotations, the disc 4 with the slides was also switched by means of a medium. the switching disk 17. As soon as the locking arm 29 is stopped by the next locking pin 28, the disk 4 also stops, for the purpose of projecting the slide behind the lens onto the projection surface of a known type, which slide appears as long on the image until the Locking arm 29 is exposed again from the locking pins 28 during the continuous rotation of the locking disk, the process already described starting again.
that means again the disc 4 rotated step by step and the following slide behind the lens be moved, etc.
In order not to be able to see the shifting of the pictures on the picture surface, this is not illuminated during the switching of the pictures. This is done in that the plate 37 is moved in front of the lens when the locking arm 29 and the cam 33 are rotated, so that the light cone cannot reach the image surface until the disk 4 has come to a complete standstill after switching. The plate 37 is immediately moved back into the open position by the Noek disc.
The apparatus works completely automatically until the set time 21 o'clock, at which time the pin 40 again raises the arm 41, whereby the stop 46 is exposed from the nose 43 and half the rotation of the contact disc 49 takes place, whereby the circuit to others Day 7 p.m. uninterrupted. The apparatus can of course be set to any time by adjusting the pins 40 in the holes 39 of the dial 38.
The disk 4 can be exchanged about the axis 58 after the light beam catcher has been pivoted downwards. The number of fields 5 can be 'arbitrary, and the exposure time of the slides can be chosen arbitrarily, but preferably, 15 to 20 seconds.
