Description

  

  Haffeebüchse mit Misch- und Abfüllvorrichtung.    Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung  betrifft eine Kaffebüchse mit Misch- und  Abfüllvorrichtung.  



  Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstancdes  schematisch dargestellt.  



  Fig. 1 ist eine Seitenansicht mit durch  schnitten Bedachtem Gehäuse, Fig. 2 eine  Seitenansicht der Förderschnecke im rechten  Winkel zur Ansicht nach Fig. 2, und Fig. 3  eine Aufsicht der Abfüllvorrichtung.  



  Es bedeutet 1 das Aufbewahrungs- und  Mischgefäss, 2 den Deckel mit     verscohliess-          barem    Einfülltrichter, 3 eine Welle mit     För-          derschnecke,    4 eine Kurbel, 5 eine Abfüllvor  richtung (Schieber), 6 ein Abfüllglas, 7 den  Glashalter und 8 ein Holzbrett. Die Kurbel  4 ist durch die Welle 3 mit der     Förder-          schnecke    fest verbunden, wobei sowohl deren  oberer Teil a, als unterer Teil c zu steilgän       gigen        Schraubenflächen    ausgebildet sind, die  in der Mitte in einen gegenläufigen Teil b  von schwacher Steigung übergellen.  



  Die     Bedienungsweise    der Mischmaschine       i.4    folgende: Nach Öffnen des mit einem       Schiebedeckel        versehenen    Trichters 2 wird    der gemahlene Kaffee mit diversen Zutaten  in das Milchgefäss 1 gebracht und der Deckel  des Trichters 2 geschlossen. Durch Drehen  der Kurbel 4 im Sinne des Uhrzeigers wird  die     Schnecke    in Bewegung gesetzt und das  Mischgut bis zum     Punkt    b empor gehoben,  von wo es in den durch das Drehen der  Schnecke gebildeten Hohlraum fällt und der  art kräftig gemischt wird.

   Durch Verstellen  des mit zwei Öffnungen versehenen und um  die Welle 3 drehbaren Schiebers 5, welcher  zwischen zwei mit entsprechenden Öffnungen  versehenen Scheiben läuft, die gleichzeitig  den Boden der Kaffeebüchse und den Deckel  des Glasringes bilden, um eine     V1ert01Sdre-          hung    nach vorn und durch nachfolgendes  Drehen der Kurbel 4 im     Uhrzeigersinne    tritt  das gemischte Kaffeepulver durch die Öff  nungen des Schiebers 5 in das Abfüllglas 6.  Nach Ablauf des gewünschten Quantums wird  der Schieber 5 wieder in seine frühere Lage  gebracht und es sind die Öffnungen der Ab  füllvorrichtung wieder verschlossen.

   Das  Aroma des nun abgefüllten Kaffeepulvers  kann sich auch jetzt noch nicht verflüchtigen,  da das Glas 6 durch den federnden Glashal-      ter 7 geben den Glasring der Abfüllvorrich  tung gepresst wird.

  It means 1 the storage and mixing vessel, 2 the lid with a closable filling funnel, 3 a shaft with a screw conveyor, 4 a crank, 5 a filling device (slide), 6 a filling glass, 7 the glass holder and 8 a wooden board. The crank 4 is firmly connected to the screw conveyor by the shaft 3, with both its upper part a and lower part c being formed into steep-pitched helical surfaces that overlap in the middle in a counter-rotating part b with a slight slope.



  The operation of the mixer i.4 is as follows: After opening the funnel 2 with a sliding cover, the ground coffee with various ingredients is placed in the milk container 1 and the cover of the funnel 2 is closed. By turning the crank 4 clockwise, the screw is set in motion and the material to be mixed is lifted up to point b, from where it falls into the cavity formed by the rotation of the screw and is vigorously mixed.

   By adjusting the slider 5, which is provided with two openings and rotatable around the shaft 3 and which runs between two disks provided with corresponding openings, which simultaneously form the bottom of the coffee mug and the lid of the glass ring, by a V1ert01S turn forwards and by subsequent turning the crank 4 clockwise enters the mixed coffee powder through the openings of the slide 5 in the filling glass 6. After the desired amount of the slide 5 is returned to its previous position and the openings of the filling device are closed again.

   The aroma of the now filled coffee powder cannot evaporate even now, since the glass 6 is pressed by the resilient glass holder 7 giving the glass ring of the filling device.
