Schuhwerkverschluss. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Schuh werkverschluss, welcher dadurch gekennzeich net ist, dass die beiden Lappen des Schuh werkes durch mindestens eine elastisch streck bare Gliederspange lösbar miteinander ver bunden sind.
In beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.
Fig 1 veranschaulieht einen Halbschuh von oben gesehen, bei geschlossenem Ver- schluss ; Fig. 2 zeigt einzeln die Gliederspange in grösserem 1VIassstabe und in gestreckter Stel lung Fig. 3 veranschaulicht einen Schnitt nach der Linie 4-B-C-D-E-I' der Fig. 2, wobei die Lappen des Schuhwerkes dargestellt und eine zweite Stellung der Gliederspange eingezeichnet ist.
Die beiden Lappen 1, 2 sind mittelst zwei elastisch streckbaren Gliederspangen 3 mit einander verbunden. Jede Gliederspange be sitzt zwei ineinandergreifende, federnd mit einander verbundene Glieder 4 bezw. 5. Das Glied 4 besteht aus der Platte 6 und den beiden mit letzterer durch ein Scharnier 8 verbundenen Bügeln 7. Die Platte 6 ist am Lappen 1 festgenietet. Die. Bügel 7 greifen in zwei entsprechende Aussparungen 9 des Gliedes 5.
In jedem Bügel 7 liegt eine Schraubenfeder 10, welche sich einerseits gegen das freie Ende des Bügels, anderseits gegen das freie, den Bügel 7 durchsetzende Ende 5' des Gliedes 5 abstützt und daher stets bestrebt ist, die beiden Glieder 4 und 5 ineinanderzustossen. Das äussere freie Ende des Gliedes 5 - besitzt' eine Öse 11, sowie ein Bügelclien 12.. Die Öse 11, welche einen ver engten Teil aufweist, bildet mit einem am Lappen 2 befestigten Knopf 13 eine an sich bekannte Schliesse.
Das Bügelchen 12 ge stattet, das Glied 5 bequem zu erfassen, die Schliesse 11, 13 zu lösen und das Glied 5 zu öffnen, wie in Fig. 3 strichpunktiert dar gestellt.
In der Schliesslage der Spangen sind die Lappen 1 und 2 durch die Wirkung der Fe dern 10 elastisch miteinander verbunden. Der Verschluss kann bequem und schnell wieder gelöst werden. Die Gliederspangen, welche wesentlich zur Ausstattung,des Schuhwerkes beitragen, kön nen aus irgend einem geeigneten Metall her -etellt sein und in bezub auf ihre Bauart von dem dargestellten Beispiel abweichen.
Jede Gliederspange könnte zum Beispiel mehr wie zwei federnd ineinanderbreifende Glieder aufweisen, ähnlich einem ausdehnbaren Glie- derarmband. Die Schliesse 11, 13 könnte er setzt werdcii durch eine andere zweclzentspre- chende Vorrichtung, zum Beispiel durch eine Druekknopfschliesse, eine Hakenschliesse usw.
Ferner könnte die Spange beidseitig mit dem Sehuhwerk lösbar verbunden sein, in welchem Falle die Spangen des Schuhwerkes nach Be lieben durch andere, etwa in Farbe oder Form an ,jenen sich unterscheidende Spangen er- etzt werden könnten.
Der Verschluss kann eine oder mehrere Gliederspangen aufweisen.

The two flaps 1, 2 are connected to one another by means of two elastically stretchable link clasps 3. Each link clasp be seated two interlocking, resiliently interconnected links 4 respectively. 5.
