Refrigeration machine with steam jet ejector. The invention relates to a refrigeration machine with a steam jet ejector. In this type of refrigeration machine, the cold steam is known to be torn out of the evaporator by the working steam flowing out of a nozzle at high speed and pressed into the condenser, where both types of steam are reflected. Part of the water that forms is then pressed into the evaporator, where it evaporates again, and from there it returns to the condenser.
Another part of the condensate that forms in the condenser enters a heated container, where the working steam required to operate the ejector is generated. -LTni with known refrigeration machines of this type to achieve that the water from the condenser is partly pressed into the evaporator and partly into the steam generator,
the evaporator is assigned so much above and the steam generator so much below the condenser that the liquid columns between the condenser and evaporator on the one hand and the condenser and steam generator on the other hand keep the existing pressure differences in balance.
This requires a construction that takes up a lot of space, which is extremely disadvantageous, especially in the case of refrigeration machines for small Lei. To this one! To remedy the problem, so for the purpose of creating a refrigeration machine of compact design, learn according to the invention of the container in which the operating steam for the ejector is generated, and the condenser a rotation around a common axis, and they are designed as communicating vessels,
the pressure equalization between the container and condenser space is effected by the centrifugal force of the liquid. The evaporator can expediently rotate around the same axis as the condenser, and the condenser and 'evaporator can also be used as communicating. Vessels be formed. In such a refrigeration machine, the cooling of the condenser can only be done by the air flow generated when it rotates.
On the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the invention is illustrated. 1 denotes a container in which the one used in a condenser \? built-in steam jet ejector, 5 serving steam is generated, and 3 denotes an evaporator.
The vessels 1,?. 3 are uni a common axis @ 4 rotatably arranged; They receive their rotary motion fully from a drive device, not shown. The container 1 and the condenser? on the one hand, as well as the latter and the evaporator i on the other hand, are designed as communicating vessels, in that the container 1 and the condenser 2 communicate via tubes 6 and the condenser 2 and the evaporator 3 via oil tubes 7.
Near the Innenuinfailg of the container 1, an electrical Heizvor device 9 is arranged; on the other hand, the condenser 2 is cooled, for which purpose a line 11 serving to lead cooling water is provided in connection with the same. The inside of the evaporator 3 forming vapors of the refrigerant are brought from a line 10 in the Be rich of the steam jet of the ejector 5 ge.
In the embodiment shown is. it is generally assumed that the same substance is used, for example, to generate the operating steam required for the ejector 5 and to generate the cold.
During the operation of the refrigeration machine described, that is, -when the vessels 1, 2, 3 rotate about the axis 4.-4 he drive. the heating device 9 is switched on and cooling water flows through the line 11, the liquid part of the operating material contained in those vessels forms under the effect of the centrifugal force liquid rings 8, which are attached to the inner wall of the container 1 or the condenser 2 and of the evaporator 3 snugly.
If at a given number of revolutions of the machine and at given pressures in the interior of the vessels 1, 2. 3 that is not filled with liquid, it is ensured that the liquid columns lrl and h_ are of a certain height, then takes place under the influence of the liquid in vessels 1, 2.
3 centrifugal force exerted a pressure equalization between the lines of the container 1 and the condenser \? on the one hand and the rooms of the liondensaior? and evaporator 3 other se ita. The operating steam generated in the Behällc-r 1 acts when flowing through the ejector: i sucking out the cold vapors developed in the evaporator 3.
Is the mixture full of operating and cold steam int the condenser? ilic-dergesclllagexi, whereby a part of the forming liquid is pressed by centrifugal force through the tubes G back into the container 1 and the other part through the tubes 7 back into the evaporator 3.
It is not absolutely necessary that the verdanil) fe r 3 also rotate uni the axis 4-d. learns and that the evaporator and condenser space are designed as communicating vessels.
It is only essential that the vessels 1 and 2 are rotatable about the axis mentioned. especially since the liquid column to be provided between these two parts would have to be high, if not the fluid force effect of liquid to equalize pressure between the container and the container. Condenser room would be drawn empty.
In many cases the Iiclndens @ itor does not need to be cooled with water because. the draft of air generated when it is turned is enough to cool this vessel down in the required mass. The number of tubes between the vessels 1 and 2, as well as 2 and 3 respectively. 7 can be chosen in different sizes.
