Reduktionstachymeter.
In der Zeichnung ist in Abb. 1 und 2 ein erfindungsgemäss ausgebildetes Reduktions- tachvrneter in einem Grundriss und einem Seitenriss dargestellt; dabei ist Abb. 1 ein Schnitt nach der Linie 1-1 der Abb. 2, und Abb. 2 ein Schnitt nach der Linie 2-2 der Abb. 1; Abb. 3 zeigt in einem Seitenriss ein zweites Ausführungsbeispiel;
Abb. 4 und 5 zeigen in einem Grundriss und in einem Seitenriss ein drittes Ausführungsbeispiel; dabei ist Abb. 4 ein Schnitt nach der Linie 4-4 der Abb. 5, und Abb. 5 ein Schnitt nach der Linie 5-5 der Abb. 4: Abb. 6 und 7 zeigen die wesentlichen Teile eines vierten Ausführungsbeispiels im Aufriss und im Grundrifä; dabei ist Abb. 7 ein Schnitt nach der Linie 7-7 der Abb. 6;
Reduction total station. The present invention relates to a reduction total station with a telescope which is equipped with two semi-lens systems for the purpose of generating double images, of which at least one automatically adjusts itself when the elevation angle of the telescope changes. Such a total station has become known, for example, from the French patent specification 514536.
The aim of the present invention is to provide the simplest possible transmission for the automatic reduction, i.e. for the automatic display of the distance projected into the horizontal plane of a target point not at the same height as the location of the total station.
A particularly simple device for this purpose is obtained if the direction of that adjustment (provided that the optical axis between the lens system and the tilt axis is unbroken) is selected to be parallel to the tilt axis of the telescope (if one wag the right yardstick is assumed), and if, furthermore, at least one of the two semi-lens systems cooperates with a device which contains a flat surface and a sensor which is in contact with this surface,
that when the elevation angle changes, a mutual adjustment of the sensor and the surface and thus the necessary adjustment of at least one of the two half-lens systems occurs.
Another useful device is obtained when that device contains a gearbox designed in the manner of a crank loop, the backdrop of this gearbox presenting that flat surface, while the pin cooperating with the backdrop represents that sensor.
The invention is applicable to total stations of the kind that work with a fixed measuring angle, so different distances correspond to different staff sections, as well as to total stations of the other type; at them. the measuring angle for true-to-scale target lines can be varied in such a way that all distances correspond to one and the same bar section. A particularly simple Ausfüh approximately form results when that flat surface of the vertical axis of the telescope is parallel and the tilt axis of the telescope intersects at an angle other than 90.
If this angle is adjustable, the result is a simple arrangement for a tachymeter of the type in which one and the same staff section corresponds to all distances. With total stations of the other type, in which different distances correspond to different staff sections, the fact that this angle is made adjustable enables simple adjustment, so that when the distance between the double images was a whole multiple of the image of the unit of the staff division deviates (i.e. two graduation marks on the staff do not coincide), read off the exact fraction of the distance that corresponds to the set fraction of this unit.
A device serving the same purpose can also be created without that angle being adjustable. It consists in the fact that the upper or lower half of the objective is preceded by a plane-parallel plate which can be rotated along an axis perpendicular to the tilt axis and to the optical axis of the objective.
Another embodiment results when using the above-mentioned flat surface when it is attached to a slide which is coupled to the telescope in such a way that it takes part in rotations about the tilting axis, and which is driven by a gear mechanism designed in the manner of a crank loop at Dre movements of the telescope around the tilt axis experiences a shift perpendicular to the tilt axis.
So that the read distances are directly the distances from the standing axis of the telescope, it is advisable to choose the distances of the telescope objective and the half lens systems from the tilt axis and the focal length of the objective so that your objective is at the location of the tilt axis a virtual image of the cut Lirrsensystem is designed.
In the drawing, FIGS. 1 and 2 show a reduction tachvrneter designed according to the invention in a plan view and a side view; Fig. 1 is a section along the line 1-1 of Fig. 2, and Fig. 2 is a section along the line 2-2 of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 shows a second embodiment in a side elevation;
FIGS. 4 and 5 show a third exemplary embodiment in a plan view and in a side elevation; Fig. 4 is a section along the line 4-4 of Fig. 5, and Fig. 5 is a section along the line 5-5 of Fig. 4: Figs. 6 and 7 show the essential parts of a fourth embodiment in elevation and in the Grundrifä; Fig. 7 is a section along line 7-7 of Fig. 6;
FIG. 8 shows a staff which is preferably intended for measuring by means of the reduction total stations shown in the first, third and fourth exemplary embodiments; Fig. 9 is a picture of this staff in the telescope; Fig. 10 shows a staff that can be used for measuring by means of the reduction tachymeter illustrated by the second embodiment; Fig. 11 is a picture of this staff in the telescope.
In the example shown in Fig. 1 and 2, different distances correspond to different slat sections. A carrier b, which contains a fork b1, is rotatably mounted on a carrier body a about an axis X-X (which forms the vertical axis of the instrument). A telescope e is rotatably mounted in this fork in such a way that an axis of rotation Y-Y (the tilt axis of the instrument) intersects the standing axis 27-X perpendicularly.
The telescope c contains an objective c1, an eyepiece c -, a glass plate c3 provided with a line cross and two half-lenses c1 and c ', the flat limiting surfaces of which are parallel to the tilt axis Y-Y. The distances of the objective c 'and the half lenses e1 and c' from the tilt axis Y-Y are chosen so, and the objective has such a focal length that the half lenses are virtually imaged by the objective at the location of the tilt axis.
Each of the half lenses has two pins c 'and c1 which are guided in the housing of the telescope c; the axes of these pins lie in the plane containing the tilt axis and the axis of the lens. Each 'of the pegs c7 is equipped at its free end with a ball c, which lies against a flat surface of a plate d, with a spring c arranged between each half-lens and the telescope housing and wound around the associated peg c' for permanent Ensures contact between ball and plate.
Each plate d is arranged on the fork G 'in such a way that its flat surface cd' is parallel to the standing axis X- X and forms an angle with the tilting axis YY that would be <B> 900 </B>, if the half-lenses were in their central position, i.e. in such a position that their axes coincide with the axis of the objective c '.
While the plate <I> d </I> corresponding to the half lens c 'is clamped tightly to the fork b' by means of a clamping screw <I> d '</I>, the plate d corresponding to the half lens cl is centered on the fork b' a shaft d2, which can be rotated by a drive knob d2, rotatably mounted about the axis ZZ of this shaft.
The Z-Z axis is parallel to the standing axis X - X and intersects the tilt axis Y-Y. A toothed wheel d 'is fastened on the shaft d2 and is in mesh with a toothed wheel e mounted on the carrier <I> b </I> so as to be rotatable about the vertical axis X-X. This gear e is firmly connected to a drum et, the axis of which coincides with the axis X-X and which cooperates with one of its axis parallel, attached to the carrier b pointer b2.
On the one hand, a family of circular lines e2 is applied to the drum e ', which after distances Ei, F2. . . are numbered, and on the other hand a family of curves e3, which after additional distances 0 Fi, 0 L2. . . are numbered.
The arrangement described in this way serves to provide a more precise one in those cases in which the mutual spacing of the double images of the targeted measuring stick resulting from the displacements of the half-lenses from their central position deviates from a whole multiple of the image of the unit of the staff division Ensure a reading than would be possible by estimating the relevant fraction of this unit.
Before use, the total station must be adjusted in the horizontal position of the telescope so that the length of the part of the staff by which the two double images are shifted from one another in the image field, multiplied by a round number (e.g. the number 100) the distance indicates. The distances si and s2 of the half-lenses c4 and c5 from their central position have a very specific value, and it must be ensured that the plate d; which belongs to the half lens c4, is clamped to the fork b 'according to the value si.
For use, the instrument must be set up in such a way that the vertical axis X-X is perpendicular and pointed to the measuring staff <I> 7a </I> (see Fig. 8) set up parallel to the tilting axis Y-Y. In general, the mutual distance between the two double images will then not be equal to a whole multiple of the image of the unity of the lath division, i.e. the sections of one double image will not coincide with the stripes of the other double image.
This case is based on the picture of the staff in the Fernrobr, which Fig. 9 illustrates. The zero line (and also, of course, any other graduation) of one double image does not coincide with a graduation of the other double image.
In this case Mau reduces the distance s2 of the half lens c 'from its central position by turning the associated plate d by means of the drive knob d2 until the distance between the double images is equal to a whole multiple, i.e. until the zero line of the in Fig. 9 one double image is opposite the graduation 30 of the other double image, the distance corresponding to this new distance is determined by the above-mentioned multiplication with the apparatus constant and adds the additional distance to this distance,
which results from the setting of the pointer b2 relative to the drum e '. The curve e3 that goes through the intersection of the pointer with the distance corresponding to the circle line e2 determined from the whole multiple of the distance between the double images applies. During the measurement, the half-lenses c1 and c 'experience, as a result of the sliding of the balls es' on the plates d, a shift such that the distances found are the horizontal distances.
The second exemplary embodiment shown in Fig. 3 is intended to work with one and the same slat section zii. It differs from that of the first exemplary embodiment in that the half lens cl is fastened to the housing of the telescope c in such a way that it occupies the central position mentioned in the description of the first example. The automatic reduction of the distance now only takes place through a single plate d, which belongs to the half-lens <B> e5 </B>.
The device met in the first example for the purpose of accurately reading the fractions of the unit of the slat division has been omitted. What is new is a graduation b3, numbered according to distance, which is attached conaxially to the shaft d = all of the fork b1 and which works together with a pointer d 'firmly connected to the drive knob d3.
When using the instrument, it is advisable to use a staff i, which is designed as shown in Fig. 10. By turning the plate d by means of the drive knob d ″, such a distance between the two double images can be set so that one end of one double image coincides with the other end of the other double image.
This setting is based on the image of the staff in the telescope shown in Fig. 11. The reduced distance of the ruler can then be read from all of the graduation b '.
The third exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5 is intended to work with an unchangeable measuring angle, that is to say with different slat sections. As in the second example, the half-lens e4 is attached to the telescope housing, but differently in such a way that it is shifted from its central position by the amount s'. Only the half lens c \ can be adjusted for the purpose of reduction.
To reduce the distance, a bevel gear f 'is used here, which is rotatably mounted on an arm c' attached to the housing of the telescope c about an axis parallel to the axis of the objective c '. This bevel gear engages on the one hand in a bevel gear b3 fastened to the fork h 'be, on the other hand it carries a pin f' which engages in the slot of a link c 'firmly connected to the pin c'.
The distance of the pin fl is full of the axis of rotation of the bevel wheel f so chosen that it is equal to the sum of the invariable shift gi of the half lens c 'and that shift s- "of the half lens c' depending on the associated central position that is too horizontal Position of the telescope heard.
When using the tachymeter, when setting an elevation angle deviating from zero, the bevel gear f rolls on the bevel gear b ', whereby it experiences such a rotary movement around its own axis of rotation that the angular amount of the rotation always equals the corresponding angle amount of the rotation of the Telescope uni its tilt axis is Y - Y.
As a result of the engagement of the pin f 1 in the backdrop c ', the half lens <B> e </B> experiences such a displacement that the distance between the double images from one another, as required, is a measure of the reduced distance. The staff required for the measuring eleven can be formed according to Fig. In this case the rod images corresponding to Fig. 9 would result in the telescope. The respective set fraction of the unit of the staff division must be estimated in this embodiment.
The fourth embodiment shown in Fig. Fi and 7 is intended to work with different slat sections. The optical device is to be thought of as taken exactly as in the exemplary embodiments described in Voilier, namely that the arrangement of the second example (see Fig. 3) is based on the one half lens (which is not visible in the drawing) for the half lenses Assumes central position and is attached in this position to the housing of the telescope c.
For the purpose of reducing the distance to the horizontal, a square rod g is mounted on the telescope housing so as to be displaceable parallel to the objective axis and carries a gate g1, in the slot of which a pin b 'engages. This pin is attached to the fork b1 in such a way that its axis is parallel to the tilting axis <I> YY </I> and lies with this in one and the same horizontal plane.
The square bar g carries a slider g2, which is equipped with a flat surface gg, against which the spring c presses the ball cs of the pin c 'firmly connected to the half lens c.
The inclination of the surface g3 against the tilt axis YY and the distance of the pin b4 from the tilt axis are chosen so that the displacement of the square rod g caused when the telescope is rotated about its tilt axis causes such an adjustment of the half lens cl that the The distance between the double images, as required, is a measure of the reduced distance. The staff required for measuring can be designed as shown in Fig. 8.
In this case, the rod images in the telescope corresponding to Fig. 9 would result. The exemplary embodiment assumes an estimate of the respectively set fraction of the unit of the slat division.
