Description
Magnetspule. Zwecks Anbringung und Wegnahme der Magnetspulen elektrischer Maschinen mit umlaufenden Feldmagneten werden im all gemeinen die Polräder mit abnehmbaren Pol kernen oder abnehmbaren Polschuhen aus gestattet. Die Befestigung dieser massiven oder geblätterten Polradteile macht besonders bei Maschinen mit hohen Umfangsgeschwin digkeiten Schwierigkeit. Bei der Verwen dung der den Gegenstand vorliegender Er findung bildenden Magnetspule können die Polkerne und die Polschuhe mit dem Pol rad unlöslich verbunden, das heisst das ganze Polrad aus einem Stück gegossen oder mit aus einem Stück ausgestanzten Blechen her gestellt sein.
Die beiliegende schematische Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Magnet spule gemäss Erfindung.
Die in Fig. 1 schaubildlich dargestellte Magnetspule besteht aus U-förmig gebogenen Leitern 1, welche, durch Zwischenlagen von Streifen aus Isoliermaterial (nicht gezeich net) voneinander getrennt, aufeinander lagern. Ein derart ausgebildeter Spulenkörperteil lässt sich durch die offene Seite 2 auf einen Polkern 8 (Fig. 2), der mit dem Polschuh 4 auf dem Polradkranz 5 ein Stück bildet, seitlich aufschieben. Zur Verbindung der Leiterenden 6 dienen Leiterstücke 7, welche wie die Leiter 1 aufeinander liegen und kettenartig zwischen die Leiterenden 6 sich einpassen lassen, so dass eine Windungs spirale gebildet wird. Die Stossstellen der Leiterstücke 1 und 7 werden verschraubt oder sonstwie wieder lösbar miteinander ver bunden.
Für die Leiterstücke 1 und 7 kön nen entsprechend ausgebildete Rahmen 8 (Fig. 2) verwendet werden, von welchen der auf das Rad 5 sich abstützende Rahmenteil in bekannter Weise mittelst Schrauben usw. von unten gegen den Polschuh 4 sich an pressen lässt. Die Spule kann auch aus meh reren Lagen von Bändern, Rund- oder Form drähten bestehen. Die Zuleitungen werden vorzugsweise an den Längsseiten der U- förmigen Spule angebracht.
Die Brücken stücke 7 können in einzelnen Leitern oder als zusammengepresste Platte in die vor stehenden Enden der U-Spule eingepasst wer den, nötigenfalls mit Verlötung. Die U-Form der Leiter 1 kann mehr oder weniger ab- gerundet oder rechteckig ausfallen, oder kann auch ersetzt werden durch zwei L-förmige Leiterpakete, die von beiden Seiten an den Polkern heranbeschoben und zu einer voll ständigen Spule vereinigt werden.

The accompanying schematic drawing shows an embodiment of the magnet coil according to the invention.
The magnet coil shown diagrammatically in Fig. 1 consists of U-shaped bent conductors 1, which, separated from each other by intermediate layers of strips of insulating material (not signed net), superimposed. A bobbin part designed in this way can be pushed laterally through the open side 2 onto a pole core 8 (FIG. 2), which forms one piece with the pole shoe 4 on the pole wheel rim 5. To connect the conductor ends 6, conductor pieces 7 are used which, like the conductors 1, lie on top of one another and can be fitted in a chain-like manner between the conductor ends 6 so that a winding spiral is formed. The joints of the conductor pieces 1 and 7 are screwed or otherwise releasably connected to each other again.
For the conductor pieces 1 and 7, appropriately designed frames 8 (FIG. 2) can be used, of which the frame part supported on the wheel 5 can be pressed in a known manner by means of screws, etc. from below against the pole piece 4. The coil can also consist of several layers of strips, round or shaped wires. The supply lines are preferably attached to the longitudinal sides of the U-shaped coil.
The bridge pieces 7 can be fitted in individual conductors or as a compressed plate in the front of the ends of the U-coil, if necessary with soldering. The U-shape of the conductors 1 can be more or less rounded or rectangular, or can also be replaced by two L-shaped conductor packages that are pushed up to the pole core from both sides and combined to form a complete coil.
