Description
Device for attaching pole bodies to rotors of electrical machines. It is, inter alia, a device for attaching pole bodies to rotors elec tric machines known in which the pole cores have claw-like fastening means (see. Attached Fig. 1). Such a fastening device has considerable disadvantages in terms of workshop technology and also in terms of strength. The slots and seats of the claws 1 (Fig. 1) in the rotor body must be planed or milled. This construction requires more or less sharp corners, especially in the heavily claimed parts, in which different types of stress merge.
Such corners affect the strength in a very unfavorable sense by leading to considerable edge stresses.
All these disadvantages are avoided by the device forming the subject of the present invention.
2 and 3 show Ausführungsbei games of the subject invention.
The pole core 2, which in a known manner can be composed of solid or individual sheet metal pieces or can be provided with inserted, laminated pole face, has in the direction of its longitudinal axis extending, claw-shaped lugs 3, the grooves in round, semi-closed longitudinal of the rotor body 4 of the front side can be pushed in, whereby according to Fig. 2, the gaps are filled with cylindrical cut-out, fitted, possibly provided with a suit wedges 5, according to FIG. Between the seat surfaces of the pole cores and the outer surface of the rotor body, wedges 6 (FIG. 3) can be placed in a known manner, which allow the pole cores to be pressed outwards.
The rotor body can be massive or be available in a known manner from one or more spaced rings that are pressed onto an arm star; These rings can also be composed of sheet metal disks and in this case, for example, be placed on the star with horny.
As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, this type of fastening of the pole cores does not require any sharp corners, particularly in the rotor body, which increases the strength of the connecting parts. The claw seats in the rotor body can be drilled out, turned or punched out.
