Trigger device of the fuse, on projectile detonators. The present invention relates to a triggering device for the fuse protection on projectile fuses.
The subject matter of the invention is shown, for example, in the accompanying drawing, in which FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of an embodiment according to the invention.
Figures 2 and 3 are sections through the lower part of two different detonator triggering devices.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes an ignition charge, 2 is the rear part of the ignition head, 3 is the explosive charge in the housing 3 ', 4 is a spring, 5 is a ball by means of which the explosive charge housing 3' is kept locked in the ignition head body; 6 denotes a second locking member, 7 is a locking disk, 8 is a spring, 9 is a piston and 10 is a guide bushing which guides the piston and part of the spring; 11 is a flange located at the front end of the sleeve.
The housing 3 'with the explosive charge 3 is held by means of the ball 5 in a secured position at the rear end of the ignition head, which is prevented by the locking member 6 from moving inwards. The locking member 6 is held in the explosive charge housing 3 'by means of the disk 7. A central channel is provided on the rear part of the explosive charge housing 3 ′, which is guided through the charge by means of the guide bush 10. This sleeve 10 is screwed into the rear part of the housing 3 '. The spring 6 and the piston 9 are arranged in the channel and the sleeve.
The rear end of the spring 8 rests on a flange of the housing 3 ′ and the front end pushes against the piston 9. The front end of the latter rests in the flange 11 of the guide bush 10.
When firing the gun, the spring 8 is pushed together by the piston 9, which hits against the locking member 6 and releases it. The locking member 6 in turn adjusts the disc 7. The Ku gel 5 is then pushed inwards, where the load 3 is released through the housing 3 '. The housing 3 'is pushed forward by the spring 4 so that the sleeve 2' encloses the ignition charge; the fuse is triggered.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the ignition head is provided at the rear end with an opening which is closed by a disk. The latter is inserted into the ignition head and can be adjusted by the locking member 6 so that the locking member with the ball can fall out of the opening.
On the ignition head according to FIG. 3, the piston 9 'and the opening 12 at the end of the channel in the explosive charge housing are formed conically so that the piston 9' is held in the explosive charge housing 3 'after it has triggered the locking member of the ignition head.
